S1: mixing 12 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide and 1.1 parts of yeast powder, and stirring to form a first mixture after uniform mixing;
s2: fermenting the first mixture in a stainless steel fermentation barrel to obtain lysozyme; the fermentation time is controlled at 168 hours;
s3: mixing 13 parts of taurine, 1.2 parts of citric acid, 50 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 5.5 parts of zinc oxide and 5.5 parts of ultraviolet fluorescent powder, and then adding purified water into a grinding machine for grinding to obtain a second mixture; the grinding time is 3 hours;
s4: spray drying the second mixture to obtain composite powder;
s5: mixing 11 parts of chlorophyll, 10 parts of tea polyphenol and the composite powder, and stirring uniformly to obtain a third mixture;
s6: and mixing the lysozyme, 8 parts of chitosan and the third mixture, and stirring uniformly to form a finished product of the modified antibacterial agent.

Claims (10)

1. A broad-spectrum antiviral bactericidal plastic, which is characterized by comprising: 90-96% of basic plastic grease, 1-3% of modified antibacterial agent and 0-10% of plastic additive in percentage by weight;
the modified antibacterial agent comprises the following components: 5-15 parts of chlorophyll, 5-15 parts of tea polyphenol, 8-16 parts of taurine, 0.5-2 parts of citric acid, 6-18 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 0.6-1.5 parts of yeast powder, 4-10 parts of chitosan, 30-50 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 3-8 parts of zinc oxide and 3-8 parts of ultraviolet fluorescent powder.
2. The broad-spectrum antiviral and bactericidal plastic as claimed in claim 1, wherein said base plastic is polyvinyl chloride.
3. The broad-spectrum antiviral and bactericidal plastic as claimed in claim 1, wherein said plastic adjuvant comprises: one or more of a plasticizer, a coupling agent, and a stabilizer.

The broad-spectrum antiviral and bactericidal plastic as claimed in claim 1, wherein said modified antibacterial agent comprises the following components: the composition comprises, by weight, 9 parts of chlorophyll, 9 parts of tea polyphenol, 10 parts of taurine, 0.9 part of citric acid, 12 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 0.9 part of yeast powder, 6 parts of chitosan, 38 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 4 parts of zinc oxide and 4.5 parts of ultraviolet fluorescent powder.

The broad-spectrum antiviral and bactericidal plastic as claimed in claim 1, wherein said modified antibacterial agent comprises the following components: the composition comprises, by weight, 10 parts of chlorophyll, 10 parts of tea polyphenol, 10 parts of taurine, 1 part of citric acid, 10 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 1 part of yeast powder, 8 parts of chitosan, 40 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 5 parts of zinc oxide and 5 parts of ultraviolet fluorescent powder.

The broad-spectrum antiviral and bactericidal plastic as claimed in claim 1, wherein said modified antibacterial agent comprises the following components: 11 parts of chlorophyll, 10 parts of tea polyphenol, 13 parts of taurine, 1.2 parts of citric acid, 12 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 1.1 parts of yeast powder, 8 parts of chitosan, 50 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 5.5 parts of zinc oxide and 5.5 parts of ultraviolet fluorescent powder.
7. The broad-spectrum antiviral and bactericidal plastic as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the modified antibacterial agent comprises the following steps:
mixing the isomaltooligosaccharide and the yeast powder according to a set proportion, and stirring to form a first mixture after the isomaltooligosaccharide and the yeast powder are uniformly mixed;
fermenting the first mixture to obtain lysozyme;
mixing the taurine, the citric acid, the nano titanium dioxide, the zinc oxide and the ultraviolet fluorescent powder, adding water, and grinding to obtain a second mixture;
spray drying the second mixture to obtain composite powder;
mixing the chlorophyll, the tea polyphenol and the composite powder, and stirring to obtain a third mixture;
and mixing the lysozyme, the chitosan and the third mixture, and stirring to obtain a finished product of the modified antibacterial agent.
8. The broad-spectrum antiviral and bactericidal plastic as claimed in claim 7, wherein the first mixture is fermented in a stainless steel fermentation vat for 140-180 hours.
9. The broad-spectrum antiviral and bactericidal plastic as claimed in claim 7, wherein the taurine, the citric acid, the nano titanium dioxide, the zinc oxide and the ultraviolet fluorescent powder are mixed and then ground by adding purified water in a grinding machine, and the grinding time is controlled to be 2.5-3.5 hours.
10. The use of the broad-spectrum antiviral and bactericidal plastic as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, for preparing a plastic card, wherein the plastic card comprises: bank card, ID card, traffic value card and membership card.
