Specifically, the universal fixture 10 includes a carrier 100 and a fixture unit 200.
The carrier 100 is adapted to be mounted to an assembly apparatus, such as to a frame of the assembly apparatus. In one embodiment, the stage 100 has mounting holes 110, and fasteners are used to fix the stage 100 to the assembly equipment through the mounting holes 110. The number of the mounting holes 110 is two, and the two mounting holes 110 are arranged on the carrier 100 at intervals to ensure the stability of the mounting of the carrier 100. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the jig unit 200 includes a jig main body 210 and an adsorption block 220. The jig main body 210 has a support surface 212, and the support surface 212 is used for supporting the workpiece 12. Specifically, the fixture main body 210 is a rectangular block structure, the supporting surface 212 is a top surface of the fixture main body 210, and the supporting surface 212 is parallel to the horizontal plane, so as to ensure the stability of the workpiece 12. The fixture main body 210 is provided with a vent hole 216 and an adsorption hole 218, wherein the vent hole 216 is used for being connected with a vent pipe of an external negative pressure mechanism, the adsorption hole 218 is communicated with the vent hole 216, the adsorption hole 218 extends through the supporting surface 212, and the adsorption hole 218 is used for adsorbing the workpiece 12 under negative pressure.
In one embodiment, the fixture body 210 further has a connection hole 214, and the connection hole 214 connects the suction hole 218 and the vent hole 216. Further, the number of the adsorption holes 218 is plural, a plurality of the adsorption holes 218 are arranged in an array on the support surface 212, and a plurality of rows of the adsorption holes 218 are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the vent holes 216. In order to ensure that the suction holes 218 can form a negative pressure, the connection holes 214 are provided in plurality corresponding to the plurality of rows of suction holes 218, the plurality of connection holes 214 are each communicated with the vent hole 216, and each connection hole 214 is communicated with one row of suction holes 218. In one embodiment, the vent holes 216 and the connection holes 214 are respectively disposed on adjacent sidewalls of the jig main body 210, and the plurality of connection holes 214 are spaced on the sidewalls of the jig main body 210 to correspond to the plurality of rows of suction holes 218. The connection holes 214 extend through two opposite sides of the jig main body 210, so that the connection holes 214 can be conveniently machined on the jig main body 210. After the fixture main body 210 is processed with the connection hole 214, the openings at the two ends of the connection hole 214 are sealed and plugged by using a sealing member, for example, a jackscrew is used to cooperate with a sealant to seal and plug. The vent holes 216 penetrate the other opposite sides of the jig main body 210, facilitating the connection of the vent pipes between the jig units 200.
The absorption block 220 is disposed in the jig main body 210, and the absorption block 220 and the carrier 100 are mutually attracted by a magnetic force, so as to fix the jig main body 210 on the carrier 100, and thus fix the position of the jig unit 200 on the carrier 100. In one embodiment, the adsorption block 220 is a magnet, the stage 100 may be made of a magnetic material, and the stage 100 made of the magnetic material can attract the adsorption block 220 having magnetism, so as to fix the jig unit 200 on the stage 100.
In particular, the magnet may be a permanent magnet or a soft magnet, wherein the soft magnet may be an electromagnet. In one embodiment, the adsorption block 220 is preferably a permanent magnet, which can simplify the structure of the jig unit 200. Magnetic materials are generally classified into soft magnetic materials and hard magnetic materials according to the ease of magnetization. In one embodiment, the carrier 100 is made of a soft magnetic material, so as to prevent the carrier 100 from keeping magnetism for a long time to affect other structures of other devices. In particular, the carrier 100 is made of iron, facilitating the production and processing of the carrier 100.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the adsorption block 220 may be made of a magnetic material, the stage 100 is a magnet, and the stage 100 with magnetism may attract the adsorption block 220 made of the magnetic material by a magnetic force. In particular, the magnet may be a permanent magnet or a soft magnet, wherein the soft magnet may be an electromagnet. Since the carrier 100 has the mounting holes 110, the lightening holes 120, and the like, the electromagnet is preferably used for the carrier 100, so that the carrier 100 can be conveniently machined, and the influence of the carrier 100 on other structures of other equipment due to the fact that magnetism is kept for a long time is avoided. It is understood that in other embodiments, the adsorption block 220 and the stage 100 may be both magnets, and the opposite surfaces of the adsorption block 220 and the stage 100 are opposite in magnetism. In one embodiment, since the stage 100 includes the mounting holes 110, the lightening holes 120, and the like, the stage 100 preferably uses electromagnets, which facilitates processing of the stage 100 and prevents the stage 100 from being magnetized for a long period of time and affecting other structures of other devices. The adsorption block 220 is a permanent magnet, so that the structure of the jig unit 200 can be simplified.
In one embodiment, a receiving groove 222 is formed on a surface of the jig main body 210 contacting the carrier 100, and the suction block 220 is installed in the receiving groove 222. The adsorption block 220 is installed in the accommodation groove 222, so that the adsorption block 220 can be protected, and the adsorption block 220 is prevented from being damaged by exposure. Meanwhile, the adsorption block 220 is located at the bottom of the fixture main body 210, so that sufficient adsorption force can be ensured between the adsorption block 220 and the carrier 100, and the fixture unit 200 is ensured to be fixed stably. After the absorption block 220 is installed in the accommodation groove 222, a certain gap is formed between the absorption block 220 and the carrier 100, so as to prevent the absorption block 220 and the carrier 100 from interfering with each other.

According to the assembling equipment and the jig thereof, as the jig unit 200 and the carrying platform 100 are mutually attracted through magnetic force, when the size of the workpiece 12 changes, the position of the jig unit 200 can be adjusted to adapt to the size of the workpiece 12, the universal jig 10 can be universal, different jigs are not required to be designed according to different sizes, the production cost can be saved, and the production cost is improved.
