本发明公开了一种插头连接器,其用于与插座连接器锁扣配合,所述插头连接器包括外壳及锁扣弹片,所述锁扣弹片安装在所述外壳上,所述锁扣弹片设有配合曲面使所述插头连接器与插座连接器之间可直接锁扣插入并解锁拔出。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种插头连接器,尤其涉及一种方便插拔的插头连接器。
【背景技术】
2018年7月31日公告的中国发明专利第CN304752572S号,其公开了一种线缆连接器,其包括外壳、收容于外壳内的电路板、与电路板连接的线缆以及锁扣弹片,所述外壳包括上壳体及与上壳体配合的下壳体,所述锁扣弹片安装在所述上壳体上。
由于该锁扣弹片为按压式结构,必须通过按压锁扣弹片才能实现与插座连接器的解锁,不方便使用。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种方便插拔的插头连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明可以采用如下技术方案:一种插头连接器,其用于与插座连接器锁扣配合,所述插头连接器包括外壳及锁扣弹片,所述锁扣弹片安装在所述外壳上,所述锁扣弹片设有配合曲面使所述插头连接器与插座连接器之间可直接锁扣插入并解锁拔出。
相较于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:通过在锁扣弹片上设置配合曲面,实现插头连接器可直接从插座连接器中插入或拔出的技术效果。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
如图1-9所示,为符合本发明的一种插头连接器100,其用于与插座连接器200锁扣配合,所述插头连接器100包括外壳1、收容于外壳1内的电路板2、与电路板2电性连接的线缆3以及锁扣弹片4。
所述外壳1包括上壳体11及与上壳体11配合的下壳体12。所述上壳体11包括位于对接端的凸台111,凹槽112,若干位于凸台111和凹槽112之间的凸肋113及卡扣件114。所述凸台111位于锁扣弹片4的两侧,并卡持所述锁扣弹片4。所述凸肋113沿对接方向排列,手指可按压该处以增大摩擦力,方便插头连接器100插拔。所述下壳体12包括沿对接方向延伸出的限位部121,位于下壳体12前端的定位柱122,位于下壳体12后端的台阶部123及与卡扣件114配合的凸块124。所述限位部121位于电路板2的两侧,以防止插头连接器100在与插座连接器200的对接过程中斜向插入,从而降低了溃PIN的风险。
所述电路板2包括与所述定位柱122对齐的对接孔21及若干位于前后两侧的焊接片22。所述定位柱122穿过所述对接孔21抵接在上壳体11的后端以固定电路板2,并提高了插头连接器100与插座连接器200的配合精度。所述焊接片22设置为左右两排,且电路板2两侧的焊接片22前后对齐,有利于插头连接器100制程标准的统一化。
所述线缆3在垂直于对接方向且沿水平方向延伸的左右方向上与电路板2的焊接片22电性连接。
所述锁扣弹片4安装在所述上壳体11上,其包括卡持于凸台111之间的固持部41及配合曲面42,其中,所述配合曲面42可使所述插头连接器100与插座连接器200之间直接锁扣插入并解锁拔出。所述配合曲面42包括自所述固持部41向上延伸的插入曲面421,位于最顶端的突出部422及自所述突出部422向下延伸的退出曲面423。所述插入曲面421形成一插入角,所述退出曲面423形成一拔出角。所述插座连接器200设有插座外壳201及位于插座外壳201上的收容槽202,所述收容槽202用于收容突出部422。如图8所示,当插头连接器100与插座连接器200对接时,锁扣弹片4受插座外壳201的作用,通过插入曲面421下压发生形变,至锁扣弹片4的突出部422位于收容槽202内,锁扣弹片4向上反弹恢复正常状态,完成插头连接器100与插座连接器200的对接过程。如图9所示,当插头连接器100退出插座连接器200时,锁扣弹片4受插座外壳201的作用,通过退出曲面423下压发生形变,直至插头连接器100与插座连接器200分离后,锁扣弹片4向上反弹恢复正常状态。

Claims (10)

1.一种插头连接器,其用于与插座连接器锁扣配合,所述插头连接器包括外壳及锁扣弹片,其特征在于:所述锁扣弹片安装在所述外壳上,所述锁扣弹片设有配合曲面使所述插头连接器与插座连接器之间可直接锁扣插入并解锁拔出,所述插头连接器沿竖向方向向前与对接连接器相配合,所述外壳上设有一对限位部,所述一对限位部沿垂直于所述竖向方向的左右方向间隔设置,所述锁扣弹片沿左右方向固定在一对限位部之间,所述配合曲面以悬臂式可偏转的方式设置在所述锁扣弹片上,所述配合曲面可以在垂直于所述竖向方向和所述左右方向的上下方向上运动,所述配合曲面的自由端在竖向方向和上下方向上均不延伸超出该对限位部,所述配合曲面为向外凸出的弯曲表面,以使得所述配合曲面能随着外壳相对于插座连接器的沿前后方向的插入或拔出而偏转。
2.如权利要求1所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述锁扣弹片还包括卡持于所述外壳上的固持部,所述配合曲面包括自所述固持部向上延伸的插入曲面,位于最顶端的突出部及自所述突出部向下延伸的退出曲面。
3.如权利要求2所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:外壳包括上壳体及与所述上壳体配合的下壳体。
4.如权利要求3所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述上壳体设有凸台,用于卡持所述锁扣弹片的固持部。
5.如权利要求3所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述上壳体包括若干凸肋及位于所述凸肋后端的凹槽,所述下壳体设有台阶部,以供手指夹持。
6.如权利要求3所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述下壳体包括沿对接方向延伸出的限位部及位于下壳体前端的定位柱。
7.如权利要求6所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述插头连接器包括收容于所述外壳内的电路板,所述电路板包括与所述定位柱对齐的对接孔。
8.如权利要求7所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述定位柱穿过所述对接孔抵接在上壳体的后端以固定电路板。
9.如权利要求7所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述插头连接器包括线缆,所述线缆在垂直于对接方向且沿水平方向延伸的左右方向上与电路板电性连接。
10.如权利要求9所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述电路板前后两侧均设有若干焊接片用于与所述线缆连接。
