Additionally, the flows may include more or fewer operations, and the operations may be performed sequentially or in parallel. It should be noted that, the descriptions of "first", "second", etc. in this document are used for distinguishing different messages, devices, modules, etc., and do not represent a sequential order, nor limit the types of "first" and "second" to be different.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the application can be applied to a service execution scene related to a user, a service execution result can be displayed to the user through service execution, the user is allowed to execute further operation based on the service execution result, and service conversion is achieved, namely, the user performs specified task operation on the service execution result, for example, in an actual application, when the service is the user interface, and the service execution achieves that the user interface presents interface content, the user can perform further interactive operation on the presented interface content to achieve content conversion, and in the actual application, the content conversion is also service conversion.
The service execution is usually implemented according to a service execution scheme, for example, for a user interface, the service execution scheme refers to an interface design mode, and the interface design mode specifies content layout, interface decoration elements and the like in the user interface, so that the displayed user interface has a certain display effect. However, the current service execution schemes are generally uniform, and the service execution results obtained by the uniform service execution schemes have different attractions to different users, so that the service conversion is affected.
In the process of implementing the present application, although various service execution schemes may be set and personalized allocation may be performed for a user, which kind of service execution scheme is applicable to which kind of user is often unclear and can only be manually set in combination with a user behavior, but the user behavior may change, which results in that a previously applicable service execution scheme is no longer applicable to the user, and therefore this way also affects service execution accuracy and service conversion rate. The service conversion rate may refer to a ratio of the number of service conversion times corresponding to the service execution result to the number of user accesses, and in the user interface, the content conversion rate refers to a ratio of the number of content conversion times to the number of interface accesses.
In order to improve the service execution accuracy and the service conversion rate, in the embodiment of the application, the number of users corresponding to a plurality of service execution schemes is determined; respectively allocating the user to the plurality of service execution schemes according to the respective user number; monitoring service conversion measurement data of the plurality of service execution schemes in respective user groups; and adjusting the number of users corresponding to the service execution schemes respectively according to the service conversion measurement data corresponding to the service execution schemes respectively, so that the users can be redistributed and used for the service execution schemes, and the service execution schemes are continuously monitored and adjusted. The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment of an information processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method may include the following steps:
101: and determining the number of users corresponding to the plurality of service execution schemes respectively.
As an optional manner, the total number of users may be equally divided according to the total number of the multiple service execution schemes to obtain the number of users corresponding to each of the multiple execution schemes.
That is, assuming that the total number of users facing the current service is 60, and 3 service execution schemes are set, each service execution scheme may correspond to 20 users.
In addition, the number of users corresponding to the multiple service execution schemes may be preset in combination with actual service requirements, and the number of users corresponding to the multiple service execution schemes may be the same or different.
102: and respectively allocating the user to the plurality of service execution schemes according to the respective user number.
After the users are allocated to the multiple service execution schemes, the users corresponding to a certain service execution scheme can execute the service according to the service execution scheme when requesting to execute the service.
103: and monitoring service conversion measurement data of the plurality of service execution schemes in respective user groups.
After the service execution schemes are respectively allocated to the users, each service execution scheme corresponds to one user group, that is, the service execution conditions of the service execution schemes in the respective user groups can be monitored.
Since the main purpose of service execution is to hope to realize more service conversion, in order to measure the quality of the service execution scheme, service conversion measurement data can be used to measure the service conversion rate.
Optionally, the service conversion measurement data of the plurality of service execution schemes in the respective user groups in the first time period may be monitored.
104: and adjusting the number of users corresponding to the plurality of service execution schemes respectively according to the service conversion measurement data corresponding to the plurality of service execution schemes respectively.
And redistributing the users to be used for the plurality of service execution schemes according to the number of the users after the respective adjustment.
After the users are redistributed to the multiple service execution schemes, the method may return to step 103 to continue monitoring the multiple service execution schemes.
In this embodiment, according to the service conversion measurement data corresponding to each of the plurality of service execution schemes, the number of users corresponding to each of the plurality of service execution schemes can be dynamically adjusted, and the dynamic adjustment is performed in combination with the service conversion measurement data without using a uniform service execution scheme, so that the accuracy of service execution can be ensured, and the improvement of the service conversion rate is facilitated.
In an actual application, the service execution scheme may refer to an interface design mode of a target interface, and the target interface may refer to a user interface in which a plurality of interface display modes are preset.
In one or more embodiments below, the technical solution of the present application is described in detail mainly by taking an interface design mode in which a service execution scheme is taken as a target interface as an example.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another embodiment of an information processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method may include the following steps:
201: and determining the number of users corresponding to the plurality of interface design modes of the target interface respectively.
The target interface may refer to a user interface that corresponds to a plurality of interface design modes and can achieve a plurality of interface display effects.
In the embodiment of the present application, the user interface may refer to a web page that is displayed on a display screen and that can be interacted with a user.
The target interface may be associated with at least one object, which may be, for example, an audio, video, article, merchandise, etc. object that may be presented with related content through the user interface.
The various interface design modes of the target interface can be set by designers. The object related content of its associated at least one object may be displayed in the user interface in different interface design manners.
The interface design mode may include one or more of an object layout mode, an object content type, and an interface modifier element, where the interface modifier element may include an interface skin, a font, a content modifier element (such as a border of each object related content, or a background diagram of the object related content, etc.); when the object content type is specified in the interface design mode, the object related content of at least one object displayed by the target interface can be obtained according to the object content type, and if the object content type is not included in the interface design mode, the object related content of at least one object can be obtained according to the preset content type.
And different interface design modes enable the display effect of the object related content of at least one object displayed by the target interface to be different.
As an optional manner, the total number of users may be equally divided according to the total number of the plurality of interface design manners to obtain the number of users corresponding to each of the plurality of execution schemes.
That is, assuming that the total number of users facing the target interface is 60, and 3 interface design modes are correspondingly set for the target interface, each interface design mode may correspond to 20 users, respectively.
In addition, the number of users corresponding to the plurality of interface design modes can be preset by combining with actual service requirements, and the number of users corresponding to the plurality of interface design modes can be the same or different.
202: and respectively allocating the users to the plurality of interface design modes according to the respective user number.
After the plurality of interface design modes are allocated to the users, when a user corresponding to a certain interface design mode requests to display an object interface, the object related content of at least one object related to the certain interface design mode is displayed according to the interface design mode.
203: and monitoring the content conversion measurement data of the plurality of interface design modes in the respective user groups.
After the plurality of interface design modes are respectively allocated to the users, each interface design mode corresponds to one user group, and the content conversion conditions of the plurality of interface design modes in the respective user groups can be monitored.
Since the main purpose of the target interface is to hope to realize more content conversion, in order to measure the quality of the interface design mode, the content conversion rate can be measured by using the content conversion measurement data.
Optionally, the content conversion measurement data may adopt UV (Unique viewer, the number of independent visitors, that is, only 1 Visitor is counted for the same visit but multiple visits), PV-CTR (Click-through Rate, PV Click Rate, that is, the ratio of the number of interface clicks to the interface visit amount), or UV-CTR (UV Click Rate, the ratio of the number of interface clicks corresponding to an independent Visitor to the number of independent visitors); in addition, the collection amount (the total collection amount of each object in the target interface) can be used for representing; when the object associated with the target interface is a commodity, the purchase adding times (the total number of times of adding each object into the shopping cart in the target interface), the transaction conversion times (that is, the transaction times of each object in the target interface), GMV (Gross merchandisvolume, the amount of object transaction within a certain time), and the like can also be adopted.
Taking PV-CTR as an example, the larger PV-CTR generally indicates that the display effect of the target interface is more attractive to users and can bring more content conversion.
Optionally, the method may further include monitoring business transformation metrics of the plurality of interface designs in the respective user groups at a first time.
204: and adjusting the number of users corresponding to the plurality of interface design modes respectively according to the content conversion measurement data corresponding to the plurality of interface design modes respectively.
According to the number of the users after the respective adjustment, the users can be redistributed to the plurality of interface design modes, and the method can return to the step 103 to continue monitoring the plurality of interface design modes.
In this embodiment, according to the content conversion measurement data corresponding to the plurality of interface design modes, the number of users corresponding to the plurality of interface design modes can be dynamically adjusted, and dynamic allocation is performed according to the content conversion measurement data of the plurality of interface design modes without using a uniform interface design mode, so that the display accuracy of the target interface can be ensured, and the content conversion rate brought by the target interface can be improved.
In some embodiments, the adjusting the number of users corresponding to the plurality of interface design manners according to the content conversion measurement data corresponding to the plurality of interface design manners, and the redistributing the users to the plurality of interface design manners may include:
determining interface design modes at a first priority level according to content conversion measurement data respectively corresponding to the plurality of interface design modes;
increasing the number of users corresponding to the interface design mode with the first priority level, and reducing the number of users corresponding to other interface design modes which are not at the first priority level in the plurality of interface design modes;
and redistributing the users for the plurality of interface design modes according to the number of the users after respective adjustment.
That is, the priority levels of the plurality of interface design modes can be determined according to the content conversion measurement data respectively corresponding to the plurality of interface design modes, and the interface design mode at the first priority level can be found from the priority levels.
The interface design mode at the first priority level may include one or more interface design modes, and in order to further ensure the display accuracy of the interface, the interface design mode at the first priority level may include one interface design mode.
In some embodiments, the increasing the number of users of the first priority interface design may include:
determining a user increasing proportion of the interface design mode with the first priority according to the content conversion measurement data of the interface design mode with the first priority;
and increasing the number of users of the interface design mode of the first priority level according to the user increase proportion.
Optionally, the user allocation proportions corresponding to different content conversion measurement data may be preset, so that the user allocation proportions corresponding to the content conversion measurement data of the interface design manner of the first priority level may be specifically searched.
In addition, the user allocation ratio may be determined according to the data change rate of the content conversion measure data in the first time, or the user allocation ratio corresponding to different data change rates may be preset, for example, if the data change rate is higher, the user allocation ratio is larger, and if the data change rate is lower, the user allocation ratio is smaller.
The user increase ratio may be a percentage of the total number of users, such as 10%, or 90%, and then 10% of the total number of users may be used as the increase number of the interface design manner of the first priority level.
In addition, as an optional manner, the reducing the number of users respectively corresponding to each of the interface design manners that are not in the first priority level in the plurality of interface design manners may include:
according to the increased number of the interface design modes of the first priority level, equally dividing the increased number to obtain the reduced number of other interface design modes which are not at the first priority level in the plurality of interface design modes;
and according to the reduced number, reducing the number of users corresponding to the other interface design modes respectively.
As another optional manner, the reducing the number of users corresponding to each of the other interface design manners may include:
determining the respective reduction quantity of each other interface design mode according to the increase quantity of the interface design modes of the first priority level and the content conversion measurement data of each other interface design mode;
and according to the respective reduced number of the other interface design modes, reducing the number of users corresponding to the other interface design modes in the plurality of interface design modes.
According to the content conversion measurement data of other interface design modes in the plurality of interface design modes, the respective user reduction ratios of the other interface design modes can be respectively determined, and therefore the reduction quantity can be determined according to the user reduction ratios.
The user reduction ratio may refer to a ratio in the increased number, for example, if the user reduction ratio corresponding to a certain interface design mode is 10%, 10% of the increased number may be used as the interface reduction number of the interface design mode.
In some embodiments, the determining, according to the content conversion measurement data corresponding to the plurality of interface design methods, the interface design method at the first priority level may include:
and according to the content conversion measurement data corresponding to the plurality of interface design modes respectively, taking the interface design mode of which the content conversion measurement data meets the conversion requirement as the interface design mode of the first priority level.
And the interface design mode which does not meet the conversion requirement of the content conversion measurement data is the interface design mode in the non-first priority level.
When the content conversion measure data is PV, UV, PV-CTR, UV-CTR, collection amount, number of buys, number of bargaining conversion or GMV, the conversion requirement may be that PV is greater than PV threshold, UV is greater than UV threshold, PV-CTR is greater than PV-CTR, UV-CTR is greater than UV-CTR threshold, collection amount is greater than collection threshold, number of buys is greater than buyback threshold, number of bargaining conversion is greater than conversion threshold, GMV is greater than GMV threshold, etc.
In addition, because the interface design to meet the conversion requirements may include multiple, in some embodiments,
the interface design mode that the content conversion measurement data meet the conversion requirement is taken as the interface design mode of the first priority level according to the content conversion measurement data corresponding to the plurality of interface design modes respectively comprises the following steps:
judging whether the content conversion measurement data corresponding to the plurality of interface design modes respectively meet the conversion requirement;
if an interface design mode meeting the conversion requirement exists, taking the interface design mode meeting the conversion requirement as an interface design mode of a first priority level;
if at least two interface design modes meeting the conversion requirements exist, monitoring content conversion measurement data of the at least two interface design modes meeting the conversion requirements in respective user groups within a second time;
and taking the interface design mode of which the content conversion measurement data in the second time continuously meet the preset conditions in the at least two interface design modes as the interface design mode of the first priority level.
The content conversion measurement data continuously satisfying the predetermined condition may mean that the content of the content conversion measurement data of the interface design manner of the first priority level is greater than the content conversion measurement data of each of the other interface design manners at the second time.
That is, if the interface design modes meeting the conversion requirements include at least two interface design modes, the at least two interface design modes can be continuously monitored, and the interface design mode with the continuously optimal content conversion measurement data in the second time is used as the interface design mode with the first priority level.
In some embodiments, said redistributing the users to the plurality of interface design modes according to the number of users after the respective adjustment comprises:
and according to the number of the users after the respective adjustment, allocating the users in the user group of other interface design modes to the interface design mode with the first priority level.
Alternatively, the interface design method assigned to the first priority level by the user in the user group of other respective interface design methods may be randomly selected.
For convenience of understanding, in the interface allocation diagrams shown in fig. 3a to 3b, it is assumed that the target interface includes three interface design modes, which are an interface design mode 301, an interface design mode 302, and an interface design mode 303;
assume that the total number of current users is 6, including user a, user b, user c, user d, user e, and user f.
If the 6 users are evenly distributed in the initial three interface design modes, two persons can be randomly selected from the total user population and respectively distributed into the three interface design modes, for example, the interface design mode 301 corresponds to the user a and the user b, the interface design mode 302 corresponds to the user c and the user d, and the interface design mode 303 corresponds to the user e and the user f.
When the 6 users request the target interface, the object related content of at least one object associated with the target interface can be displayed according to the respective corresponding interface design modes.
At this time, the content transformation measurement data of the three interface design modes in the respective user groups can be dynamically monitored, and the PV-CTR of the three interface design modes in the respective user groups is supposed to be monitored.
If a certain interface design mode assumes that the PV-CTR corresponding to the interface design mode 303 is greater than the PV-CTR threshold, the interface design mode c is the interface design mode at the first priority level, and at this time, the number of users in the interface design mode 303 can be increased, and the users can be redistributed and used for the three interface design modes. For example, as shown in fig. 3b, it is assumed that one user (randomly selected) corresponding to each of the interface design method 301 and the interface design method 302 is assigned to the interface design method 303, so that the user group corresponding to the interface design method 303 includes a user a, a user c, a user e, and a user f.
And then, the three interface design modes can be continuously monitored, if the PV-CTR of the interface design mode 301 is greater than the PV-CTR threshold value, most users can be allocated to the interface design mode 301, and the interface design mode at the first priority level can be always ensured to be used by the most users through a dynamic allocation mode, so that the interface display accuracy is included, and the content conversion degree is effectively improved.
Optionally, if the total number of the users is increased before the interface design mode of the first priority level is not determined, the newly added users may be averagely allocated to a plurality of interface design modes; if the design mode of the first priority level is determined, and the total number of the users is increased, the newly increased users can be averagely assigned to the interface design mode of the first priority level.
