Claims (10)
1. An aerial work gondola for use in aerial construction work for a building having a suspended beam or fixture above the work area sufficient to suspend the weight of a worker in the gondola and its gondola, comprising:
the basket frame, the lifting mechanism and the hanging mechanism;
the basket frame is used for standing operation of high-altitude operators;
the lifting mechanism is connected to the basket frame, and the height between the basket frame and the operation area can be adjusted by adjusting the connecting position of the lifting mechanism and the basket frame;
the hanging mechanism is connected with the lifting mechanism, the hanging mechanism is used for hanging the lifting mechanism and the connected basket on the suspended beam or the fixed object above the operation area, and the hanging mechanism is provided with a self-locking device for locking the hanging connection of the hanging mechanism and the suspended beam or the fixed object.
2. An aerial work basket as defined in claim 1, wherein:
the basket comprises a front column, a rear column and a plurality of railings, wherein the number of the front columns is at least two, the railings are connected between the front columns and the rear columns, or the railings are connected between the front columns and the rear columns and between two or more rear columns, the railings are also connected between the two front columns, a frame structure of the basket is formed by connecting the railings with the front columns and the rear columns, a pedal is arranged at the bottom of the frame structure, and the pedal is used for standing of high-altitude operation personnel.
3. An aerial work basket as defined in claim 2, wherein:
the railing includes preceding fence and back fence, the back fence is connected the front column with between the back post, or the back fence is connected the front column with between the back post and two and more between the back post, preceding fence swing joint is two between the front column, just preceding fence pass through the connecting piece fixed with be connected between the front column.
4. An aerial work basket as defined in claim 2, wherein:
one side of the pedal is movably connected to the bottom of the frame of the basket, and the other side of the pedal can be turned upwards or buckled on the bottom of the frame of the basket.
5. An aerial work basket as defined in claim 2, wherein:
the lifting mechanism is composed of a lifting rod which can be connected to the rear column, through holes are formed in the rear column, a plurality of holes corresponding to the through holes are formed in the lifting rod at intervals, the lifting rod is aligned with the through holes through the holes and then connected with the rear column through inserting connecting pieces, the holes in different positions on the lifting rod are adjusted to correspond to the through holes of the rear column, and then the height between the basket frame and the operation area can be adjusted through fixing through the connecting pieces.
6. An aerial work basket as defined in claim 5, wherein:
the rear column has two or more, the lifter has two, and two the lifter passes through the connecting rod and connects.
7. An aerial work basket as defined in claim 1, wherein:
the hanging mechanism is a hook with a self-locking device, the hook after the self-locking device is opened can be hung on the hanging beam or the fixed object, the self-locking device is automatically locked later, and the hook after the self-locking device is opened again can be taken out of the hanging beam or the fixed object.
8. An aerial work basket as defined in claim 6 or claim 7 wherein:
the suspension mechanism comprises a self-locking device and further comprises a hook and a flange plate, the flange plate is connected to the top of the lifting rods, or the flange plate is connected to two connecting rods between the lifting rods, and the hook is movably connected with the flange plate through the connecting piece.
9. An aerial work basket as defined in claim 2 or 5 wherein:
the frame of the basket and/or the lifting mechanism are made of angle steel, or the rear column in the basket frame and the lifting rod in the lifting mechanism are made of round pipes or square pipes which can be sleeved with each other, and the periphery of the basket frame is coated with a mask.
10. An aerial work basket as defined in any one of claims 3, 5 and 8, wherein: the connecting piece is a bolt or a bolt.
