Abstract

本发明公开了一种真空隔热板用玻璃纤维芯材,包括板体和定位结构,所述板体的左右两侧均设置有限位夹轨,且限位夹轨的内部开设有卯眼,所述板体的内侧设置有夹板,且夹板的内侧设置有铝箔纸层,所述铝箔纸层的内侧设置有橡胶垫,且橡胶垫的内侧设置有真空薄膜管,所述定位结构设置于卯眼的内部。本发明通过设置木材材质的夹板能够对整个隔热板起到承载夹持支撑的效果,同时木材材质能够减轻整个隔热板的重量,夹板通过限位槽轨和限位滑块能够在限位夹轨中进行抽拉,如此能方便对夹板进行更换;同时橡胶垫通过匹配槽能够与真空薄膜管之间相互匹配,如此能保证真空薄膜管位置结构的稳定性,避免真空薄膜管发生移位的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及真空隔热板技术领域,具体为一种真空隔热板用玻璃纤维芯材。
背景技术
真空隔热板(VIP板)是英文VacuumInsulationPanel的简称,是真空保温材料中的一种,是由填充芯材与真空保护表层复合而成,它有效地避免空气对流引起的热传递,因此导热系数可大幅度降低,小于0.035w/(㎡.k),并且不含有任何ODS(ozonedepletingsubstances)材料,具有环保和高效节能的特性,是目前世界上最先进的高效保温材料。玻璃纤维是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,种类繁多,优点是绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,机械强度高,但缺点是性脆,耐磨性较差。
一般真空隔热板内部的材质不易进行更换,如此真空隔热板内部零部件损坏后,就造成整个装置的损坏,降低了装置的使用寿命,同时芯材材质复杂,价格昂贵,而且芯材位置固定不紧固,易造成芯材脱落的问题,为此,我们提出一种真空隔热板用玻璃纤维芯材。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种真空隔热板用玻璃纤维芯材,解决了现有的一般真空隔热板内部的材质不易进行更换,如此真空隔热板内部零部件损坏后,就造成整个装置的损坏,降低了装置的使用寿命,同时芯材材质复杂,价格昂贵,而且芯材位置固定不紧固,易造成芯材脱落的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种真空隔热板用玻璃纤维芯材,包括板体和定位结构,所述板体的左右两侧均设置有限位夹轨,且限位夹轨的内部开设有卯眼,所述板体的内侧设置有夹板,且夹板的内侧设置有铝箔纸层,所述铝箔纸层的内侧设置有橡胶垫,且橡胶垫的内侧设置有真空薄膜管,所述定位结构设置于卯眼的内部。
优选的,所述限位夹轨的内端面开设有限位槽轨,且限位槽轨的内部安置有限位滑块。
优选的,所述限位夹轨通过限位滑块和限位槽轨与夹板之间构成滑动结构,且限位滑块和限位槽轨之间相互匹配。
优选的,所述夹板关于真空薄膜管水平中心线呈对称设置有两组,且夹板的材质为木料材质。
优选的,所述铝箔纸层关于真空薄膜管水平中心线呈对称设置有两组,且铝箔纸层的外表面与夹板和橡胶垫之间相互贴合。
优选的,所述橡胶垫的内端面开设有匹配槽,且匹配槽的结构为圆弧型结构,并且橡胶垫关于真空薄膜管水平中心线呈对称设置有两组。
优选的,所述定位结构包括限位架、限位弹簧、限位杆和锁止槽,且限位架的内部安装有限位弹簧,并且限位弹簧的内部安装有限位杆,同时限位杆的顶端外侧设置有锁止槽。
优选的,所述限位杆通过限位弹簧与限位架之间构成弹性伸缩结构,且限位杆的顶端与锁止槽之间相互匹配。
优选的,所述定位结构的底端连接有榫头,且定位结构通过榫头与卯眼之间构成榫卯结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过设置木材材质的夹板能够对整个隔热板起到承载夹持支撑的效果,同时木材材质能够减轻整个隔热板的重量,夹板通过限位槽轨和限位滑块能够在限位夹轨中进行抽拉,如此能方便对夹板进行更换,如此能提高整个隔热板的使用寿命。
2、本发明通过设置的铝箔纸层能够起到隔热的效果,并且铝箔纸层可以定性,保证遮光,同时通过粘合能够保证夹板和橡胶垫之间连接,避免铝箔纸层不会掉落,而且铝箔纸无污染,价钱便宜。
3、本发明通过设置的橡胶垫能够起到防护的效果,避免对其内部的真空薄膜管造成损伤,同时橡胶垫通过匹配槽能够与真空薄膜管之间相互匹配,如此能保证真空薄膜管位置结构的稳定性,避免真空薄膜管发生移位的问题。
4、本发明设置的真空薄膜管能够起到真空隔热的效果,同时真空薄膜管通过塑料材质制备,如此能保证隔热板整体结构的轻盈性,同时真空薄膜管各个之间相互分隔独立设置,如此能够方便对损坏的真空薄膜管进行更换维护。
5、本发明设置的定位结构能够方便对夹板的位置进行固定,如此能够保证夹板位置的稳定性,并且通过卯眼和榫头的榫卯连接,如此能保证定位结构与限位夹轨之间连接得紧固性,大大提高了该种真空隔热板用玻璃纤维芯材的实用性。

请参阅图1-5,一种真空隔热板用玻璃纤维芯材,包括板体1和定位结构10,板体1的左右两侧均设置有限位夹轨2,且限位夹轨2的内部开设有卯眼3,限位夹轨2的内端面开设有限位槽轨9,且限位槽轨9的内部安置有限位滑块8,限位夹轨2通过限位滑块8和限位槽轨9与夹板4之间构成滑动结构,且限位滑块8和限位槽轨9之间相互匹配,夹板4通过限位槽轨9和限位滑块8能够在限位夹轨2中进行抽拉,如此能方便对夹板4进行更换,如此能提高整个隔热板的使用寿命;
板体1的内侧设置有夹板4,且夹板4的内侧设置有铝箔纸层5,铝箔纸层5的内侧设置有橡胶垫6,且橡胶垫6的内侧设置有真空薄膜管7,夹板4关于真空薄膜管7水平中心线呈对称设置有两组,且夹板4的材质为木料材质,设置木材材质的夹板4能够对整个隔热板起到承载夹持支撑的效果,同时木材材质能够减轻整个隔热板的重量,
铝箔纸层5关于真空薄膜管7水平中心线呈对称设置有两组,且铝箔纸层5的外表面与夹板4和橡胶垫6之间相互贴合,通过设置的铝箔纸层5能够起到隔热的效果,并且铝箔纸层5可以定性,保证遮光,同时通过粘合能够保证夹板4和橡胶垫6之间连接,避免铝箔纸层5不会掉落,而且铝箔纸无污染,价钱便宜;
橡胶垫6的内端面开设有匹配槽12,且匹配槽12的结构为圆弧型结构,并且橡胶垫6关于真空薄膜管7水平中心线呈对称设置有两组,通过设置的橡胶垫6能够起到防护的效果,避免对其内部的真空薄膜管7造成损伤,同时橡胶垫6通过匹配槽12能够与真空薄膜管7之间相互匹配,如此能保证真空薄膜管7位置结构的稳定性,避免真空薄膜管7发生移位的问题;
定位结构10设置于卯眼3的内部,定位结构10包括限位架101、限位弹簧102、限位杆103和锁止槽104,且限位架101的内部安装有限位弹簧102,并且限位弹簧102的内部安装有限位杆103,同时限位杆103的顶端外侧设置有锁止槽104,限位杆103通过限位弹簧102与限位架101之间构成弹性伸缩结构,且限位杆103的顶端与锁止槽104之间相互匹配,定位结构10的底端连接有榫头11,且定位结构10通过榫头11与卯眼3之间构成榫卯结构,设置的定位结构10能够方便对夹板4的位置进行固定,如此能够保证夹板4位置的稳定性,并且通过卯眼3和榫头11的榫卯连接,如此能保证定位结构10与限位夹轨2之间连接得紧固性,大大提高了该种真空隔热板用玻璃纤维芯材的实用性。
工作原理:对于这类的真空隔热板用玻璃纤维芯材,首先板体1能够在上下两端面对真空隔热板进行贴合,以此保证整个真空隔热板结构的完整性,限位夹轨2能够在左右两端对其内部的玻璃纤维芯材进行夹持,保证整个装置内部的稳定性,夹板4通过限位滑块8能够在限位槽轨9中进行滑动,如此能够对限位夹轨2中的夹板4进行调节更换,并且夹板4内端面能贴合铝箔纸层5,如此通过铝箔纸层5能够起到隔热保暖的效果,铝箔纸层5的内端面通过粘合能够连接橡胶垫6,同时橡胶垫6通过匹配槽12能够匹配真空薄膜管7,如此能对真空薄膜管7起到限位的效果,夹板4左右两端的限位滑块8能够通过定位结构10进行固定,将限位架101通过榫头11能够插入卯眼3中,限位架101通过限位弹簧102能够弹伸限位杆103,如此能够将限位杆103的顶端插入锁止槽104中,如此能完成对夹板4位置的定位,避免夹板4内部的铝箔纸层5发生脱落的问题,使得整个真空隔热板用玻璃纤维芯材的实用性得到很好的提高,就这样完成整个真空隔热板用玻璃纤维芯材的使用过程。

1.一种真空隔热板用玻璃纤维芯材,包括板体(1)和定位结构(10),其特征在于:所述板体(1)的左右两侧均设置有限位夹轨(2),且限位夹轨(2)的内部开设有卯眼(3),所述板体(1)的内侧设置有夹板(4),且夹板(4)的内侧设置有铝箔纸层(5),所述铝箔纸层(5)的内侧设置有橡胶垫(6),且橡胶垫(6)的内侧设置有真空薄膜管(7),所述定位结构(10)设置于卯眼(3)的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空隔热板用玻璃纤维芯材,其特征在于:所述限位夹轨(2)的内端面开设有限位槽轨(9),且限位槽轨(9)的内部安置有限位滑块(8)。
