保温板说的通俗易懂就是给楼房保温用的板子,保温板是以聚苯乙烯树脂为原料加上其他的原辅料与聚含物,通过加热混合同时注入催化剂,然后挤塑压出成型而制造的硬质泡沫塑料板,具有防潮、防水性能,可使减少建筑物外围护结构厚度,从而增加室内使用面积。
经检索,中国专利授权号CN 202913518 U公开了一种复合保温板,包括有机材料构成的起保温作用的芯材和无机材料构成的起耐火作用的边材,边材设置于芯材的四周,边材和芯材组成保温体板。
中国专利授权号CN 202913518 U公开了一种复合保温板,在使用过程中存在板体重量过重,使用不方便,保温效果不够强且板体强度不够的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种轻质夹芯复合保温板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种轻质夹芯复合保温板,包括板体,所述板体包括有两个通过紧固螺栓连接的芯材,两个所述芯材相对一侧的中间位置均开设有凹槽,且两个凹槽形成夹腔,所述夹腔顶部内壁的两侧均通过紧固螺栓连接有一组缓冲弹簧,所述夹腔的底部内壁通过紧固螺栓连接有等距离分布的三个真空盒,两个芯材远离真空盒的一侧均粘接有活性炭层,两个所述活性炭层远离芯材的一侧均粘接有泡沫层,两个所述泡沫层远离活性炭层的一侧粘接有纤维水泥板,两个所述纤维水泥板远离泡沫层的一侧均粘接有等距离分布的纵向加强筋,所述纵向加强筋远离纤维水泥板的一侧焊接有横向加强筋,所述横向加强筋远离纵向加强筋的一侧粘接有装饰层,两个所述装饰层远离横向加强筋的一侧均涂覆有防火层,所述板体的四周均粘接有玻璃棉条,所述板体顶部四周的中间位置和底部四周的中间位置均通过紧固螺栓连接有固定角钢。

1.一种轻质夹芯复合保温板,包括板体(7),其特征在于,所述板体(7)包括有两个通过紧固螺栓连接的芯材(11),两个所述芯材(11)相对一侧的中间位置均开设有凹槽,且两个凹槽形成夹腔(12),所述夹腔(12)顶部内壁的两侧均通过紧固螺栓连接有一组缓冲弹簧(8),所述夹腔(12)的底部内壁通过紧固螺栓连接有等距离分布的三个真空盒(13),两个芯材(11)远离真空盒(13)的一侧均粘接有活性炭层(2),两个所述活性炭层(2)远离芯材(11)的一侧均粘接有泡沫层(3),两个所述泡沫层(3)远离活性炭层(2)的一侧粘接有纤维水泥板(10),两个所述纤维水泥板(10)远离泡沫层(3)的一侧均粘接有等距离分布的纵向加强筋(4),所述纵向加强筋(4)远离纤维水泥板(10)的一侧焊接有横向加强筋(9),所述横向加强筋(9)远离纵向加强筋(4)的一侧粘接有装饰层(5),两个所述装饰层(5)远离横向加强筋(9)的一侧均涂覆有防火层(6),所述板体(7)的四周均粘接有玻璃棉条(1),所述板体(7)顶部四周的中间位置和底部四周的中间位置均通过紧固螺栓连接有固定角钢(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质夹芯复合保温板,其特征在于,两组所述缓冲弹簧(8)的底部均通过紧固螺栓和夹腔(12)连接,且每组缓冲弹簧(8)位于相邻两个真空盒(13)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质夹芯复合保温板,其特征在于,八个所述固定角钢(14)均通过紧固螺栓和玻璃棉条(1)连接,且固定角钢(14)为L形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质夹芯复合保温板,其特征在于,所述纵向加强筋(4)和横向加强筋(9)均为不锈钢材质,且纵向加强筋(4)和横向加强筋(9)为垂直分布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质夹芯复合保温板,其特征在于,所述真空盒(13)为塑料材质,且真空盒(13)的外径和夹腔(12)的内径相适配。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质夹芯复合保温板,其特征在于,所述活性炭层(2)包括有两个无纺布,且两个无纺布之间填充有活性炭粉末。
