Abstract

本发明涉及商用车地毯技术领域,尤其涉及一种易清洗高阻燃的商用车地毯及其制作方法;采用所述商用车地毯采用三明治结构:面层为聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造革,中间层为电子交联聚乙烯泡棉(IXPE),底层为化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料(XPE);以及面层、中间层和底层之间联结必要的胶水;本发明所制备的地毯,不但容易清洗,而且阻燃性能较好,在一些局部的地方还能够实现减薄处理,极大的提升了重卡、轻卡、微卡、商务车等车型的舒适性和美观性。

一种易清洗高阻燃的商用车地毯及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及商用车地毯技术领域,尤其涉及一种易清洗高阻燃的商用车地毯及其制作方法。
背景技术
随着汽车业的发展,推动了大众的消费,也带来了比较激烈的市场竞争,而汽车内饰地毯也在短短十几年的历史中进展异常迅速,特别是近几年,随着汽车款式的多样化、人性化的发展,作为汽车内饰地毯,形状变得越来越复杂,然而现有的内饰地毯清洗起来难度较大,并且在发生火情时还会出现助燃的情况。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,是针对上述存在的技术不足,提供了一种易清洗高阻燃的商用车地毯及其制作方法,采用所述商用车地毯采用三明治结构:面层为聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造革,中间层为电子交联聚乙烯泡棉(IXPE),底层为化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料(XPE);以及面层、中间层和底层之间联结必要的胶水;本发明所制备的地毯,不但容易清洗,而且阻燃性能较好,在一些局部的地方还能够实现减薄处理,极大的提升了重卡、轻卡、微卡、商务车等车型的舒适性和美观性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:所述商用车地毯采用三明治结构:面层为聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造革,中间层为电子交联聚乙烯泡棉(IXPE),底层为化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料(XPE);以及面层、中间层和底层之间联结必要的胶水。
进一步优化本技术方案,所述胶水主要由以下重量份的原料组成:丙烯酸酯20-30份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物5-10份和纯净水0.5-3份。
进一步优化本技术方案,所述胶水主要由以下重量份的原料组成:丙烯酸酯25份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物7份和纯净水1.5份。
进一步优化本技术方案,所述制作方法:步骤如下:
(1) 将电子交联聚乙烯泡棉(IXPE)用复合机进行双面涂胶水后与聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造革进行粘合,得到复合层A;
(2) 将复合层A在经过火焰复合机与化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料(XPE)进行粘合,得到复合层B;
(3) 按照生产报幕的规格将复合层B进行成型切割一次完成操作,得到复合层C;
(4) 将复合层C进行吸塑成型处理,在经过冷却成型,得到复合层D;
(5) 将复合层D用冲切模具进行冲切,然后进行分类储存,即得到所述商用车地毯。
进一步优化本技术方案,所述加热复合的温度为130-150℃,所述加热复合的速度为4-5m/min。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、所述商用车地毯采用三明治结构:面层为聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造革,中间层为电子交联聚乙烯泡棉(IXPE),底层为化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料(XPE),此材质所制备的地毯,不但容易清洗,而且阻燃性能较好,在一些局部的地方还能够实现减薄处理,极大的提升了重卡、轻卡、微卡、商务车等车型的舒适性和美观性。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面结合具体实施方式并参照附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
实施例
本发明提供一种易清洗高阻燃的商用车地毯
所述商用车地毯采用三明治结构:面层为聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造革,中间层为电子交联聚乙烯泡棉(IXPE),底层为化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料(XPE);以及面层、中间层和底层之间联结必要的胶水。
本发明提供一种易清洗高阻燃的商用车地毯制作方法
(1) 将电子交联聚乙烯泡棉(IXPE)用复合机进行双面涂胶水后与聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造革进行粘合,得到复合层A;
(2) 将复合层A在经过火焰复合机与化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料(XPE)进行粘合,得到复合层B;
(3) 按照生产报幕的规格将复合层B进行成型切割一次完成操作,得到复合层C;
(4) 将复合层C进行吸塑成型处理,在经过冷却成型,得到复合层D;
(5) 将复合层D用冲切模具进行冲切,然后进行分类储存,即得到所述商用车地毯。
效果验证
将本发明所制备的商用车地毯进行多项性能测试,其实验结果如图1-3所示;
由图1可知,本发明所制备的商用车地毯各项性能指标均满足国标和企标的要求,具有良好的阻燃性能,且无刺激性气味,保护人体健康;
由图2可知,本发明所制备的商用车地毯随着电子交联聚乙烯泡棉(IXPE)的厚度逐渐加厚,其隔音性能越好,但从成本和客户对隔音的要求考虑,电子交联聚乙烯泡棉(IXPE)的厚度选择3.0mm较好;
由图3可知,本发明所制备的商用车地毯中间层的电子交联聚乙烯泡棉(IXPE)在密度处于55-70kg/m3为最佳状态,使地毯具有良好的隔热性能。

Claims (5)

1.一种易清洗高阻燃的商用车地毯,其特征在于:所述商用车地毯采用三明治结构:面层为聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造革,中间层为电子交联聚乙烯泡棉(IXPE),底层为化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料(XPE);以及面层、中间层和底层之间联结必要的胶水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易清洗高阻燃的商用车地毯,其特征在于:所述胶水主要由以下重量份的原料组成:丙烯酸酯20-30份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物5-10份和纯净水0.5-3份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种易清洗高阻燃的商用车地毯,其特征在于:所述胶水主要由以下重量份的原料组成:丙烯酸酯25份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物7份和纯净水1.5份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种易清洗高阻燃的商用车地毯制作方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
(1)将电子交联聚乙烯泡棉(IXPE)用复合机进行双面涂胶水后与聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造革进行粘合,得到复合层A;
(2)将复合层A在经过火焰复合机与化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料(XPE)进行粘合,得到复合层B;
(3)按照生产报幕的规格将复合层B进行成型切割一次完成操作,得到复合层C;
(4)将复合层C进行吸塑成型处理,在经过冷却成型,得到复合层D;
(5)将复合层D用冲切模具进行冲切,然后进行分类储存,即得到所述商用车地毯。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种易清洗高阻燃的商用车地毯制作方法,其特征在于:所述加热复合的温度为130-150℃,所述加热复合的速度为4-5m/min。
