Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚多巴胺膜包覆膨胀石墨改性的高耐热PVC‑NBR复合发泡板及其制备方法,该复合发泡板以PVC与NBR、超细全硫化粉末橡胶共混料作为发泡基料,使得该复合板材具有良好的刚性和韧性,加入的表面包覆聚多巴胺膜层的膨胀石墨与树脂基料的结合性和分散性良好,有效的提高了复合板材的耐热、阻燃性,再结合阻燃剂苯基次磷酸铝,材料的阻燃效果更佳,在其它原料的协同作用下,最终制得了高阻燃耐热的环保板材,尤其适合对阻燃性要求较高的应用领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及PVC发泡板技术领域,尤其涉及一种聚多巴胺膜包覆膨胀石墨改性的高耐热PVC-NBR复合发泡板及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC发泡板具有防水、阻燃、耐酸碱、防蛀、质轻、保温、隔音、减震等特性,是木材、铝材、复合板材的理想替代品,广泛的应用于客车、火车车厢顶棚、箱体芯层、内部装潢用板、建筑物外墙板、内装饰用板、办公室、住宅、公共场所建筑物隔间,商用装饰架、无尘室用板、吊顶板等方面。
尽管PVC发泡板具有如此广泛的应用空间,然而其实际市场占有率却偏低,尤其在家装材料方面,主要的制约因素是产品良莠不齐,产品在强度、刚性、热稳定性等方面不尽如人意,使用时存在安全隐患,为了提高PVC板材的综合性能,使用高分子材料和无机填料共混改性是最常用的方法。《阻燃型NBR/PVC发泡材料的研究》一文将NBR与PVC共混发泡,获得了力学性能较为优良的产品,但是其耐热性差,需添加阻燃剂达到阻燃效果,但是对材料的力学性能影响较大,使用受到限制。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种聚多巴胺膜包覆膨胀石墨改性的高耐热PVC-NBR复合发泡板及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种聚多巴胺膜包覆膨胀石墨改性的高耐热PVC-NBR复合发泡板,该复合发泡板由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC 40-50、NBR 20-30、超细全硫化粉末橡胶12-15、AC发泡剂2-5、硼酸三乙酯1-2、碳酸钙2-3、盐酸多巴胺0.4-0.5、苯基次磷酸铝1-2、促进剂TMTD 0.4-0.5、硬脂酸0.5-1、硫化剂PDM 1-1.5、光稳定剂0.5-1、钙锌稳定剂4-5、膨胀石墨4-5、环氧脂肪酸甲酯5-8、甲基丙烯酸锌2-4、去离子水20-25、氨水适量。
所述的一种聚多巴胺膜包覆膨胀石墨改性的高耐热PVC-NBR复合发泡板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)先将盐酸多巴胺投入去离子水中,配制成溶液,随后加入膨胀石墨,混合均匀后加入氨水调节体系pH值为8-8.5,放置2-3d后过滤,产物水洗2-3次后烘干,得聚多巴胺膜包覆膨胀石墨备用;
(2)先将NBR投入160℃密炼机中密炼20-30min,随后加入PVC、超细全硫化粉末橡胶、苯基次磷酸铝、碳酸钙、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、光稳定剂、钙锌稳定剂、甲基丙烯酸锌以及步骤(1)所得物料,继续密炼40-50min后得复合基料,基料自然冷却至室温备用;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的基料与其它剩余成分投入炼胶机中,在50℃条件下混炼30-40min后薄通三次后出料;
(4)将步骤(3)所得片材在模具中,在160-165℃、10-15MPa条件下热压发泡12-18min,随后卸压冷却,即得所述复合发泡板。
本发明以PVC与NBR、超细全硫化粉末橡胶共混料作为发泡基料,使得该复合板材具有良好的刚性和韧性,加入的表面包覆聚多巴胺膜层的膨胀石墨与树脂基料的结合性和分散性良好,有效的提高了复合板材的耐热、阻燃性,再结合阻燃剂苯基次磷酸铝,材料的阻燃效果更佳,在其它原料的协同作用下,最终制得了高阻燃耐热的环保板材,尤其适合对阻燃性要求较高的应用领域。
具体实施方式
一种聚多巴胺膜包覆膨胀石墨改性的高耐热PVCNBR复合发泡板,该复合发泡板由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC 40、NBR 20、超细全硫化粉末橡胶12、AC发泡剂2、硼酸三乙酯1、碳酸钙2、盐酸多巴胺0.4、苯基次磷酸铝1、促进剂TMTD 0.4、硬脂酸0.5、硫化剂PDM 1、光稳定剂0.5、钙锌稳定剂4、膨胀石墨4、环氧脂肪酸甲酯5、甲基丙烯酸锌2、去离子水20、氨水适量。
该实施例复合发泡板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)先将盐酸多巴胺投入去离子水中,配制成溶液,随后加入膨胀石墨,混合均匀后加入氨水调节体系pH值为8,放置2d后过滤,产物水洗2次后烘干,得聚多巴胺膜包覆膨胀石墨备用;
(2)先将NBR投入160℃密炼机中密炼20min,随后加入PVC、超细全硫化粉末橡胶、苯基次磷酸铝、碳酸钙、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、光稳定剂、钙锌稳定剂、甲基丙烯酸锌以及步骤(1)所得物料,继续密炼40min后得复合基料,基料自然冷却至室温备用;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的基料与其它剩余成分投入炼胶机中,在50℃条件下混炼30min后薄通三次后出料;
(4)将步骤(3)所得片材在模具中,在160℃、10MPa条件下热压发泡12min,随后卸压冷却,即得所述复合发泡板。
制得的发泡板遵循相关标准进行性能测试,性能测试结果为:
表观密度:0.40g/cm3;拉伸强度:34.2MPa;断裂伸长率:178.2%;撕裂强度:3.92N/m;氧指数≥30%;耐热性:80℃条件下放置6h无变化。
Claims (2)
1.一种聚多巴胺膜包覆膨胀石墨改性的高耐热PVC-NBR复合发泡板,其特征在于,该复合发泡板由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC 40-50、NBR 20-30、超细全硫化粉末橡胶12-15、AC发泡剂2-5、硼酸三乙酯1-2、碳酸钙2-3、盐酸多巴胺0.4-0.5、苯基次磷酸铝1-2、促进剂TMTD 0.4-0.5、硬脂酸0.5-1、硫化剂PDM 1-1.5、光稳定剂0.5-1、钙锌稳定剂4-5、膨胀石墨4-5、环氧脂肪酸甲酯5-8、甲基丙烯酸锌2-4、去离子水20-25、氨水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种聚多巴胺膜包覆膨胀石墨改性的高耐热PVC-NBR复合发泡板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)先将盐酸多巴胺投入去离子水中,配制成溶液,随后加入膨胀石墨,混合均匀后加入氨水调节体系pH值为8-8.5,放置2-3d后过滤,产物水洗2-3次后烘干,得聚多巴胺膜包覆膨胀石墨备用;
(2)先将NBR投入160℃密炼机中密炼20-30min,随后加入PVC、超细全硫化粉末橡胶、苯基次磷酸铝、碳酸钙、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、光稳定剂、钙锌稳定剂、甲基丙烯酸锌以及步骤(1)所得物料,继续密炼40-50min后得复合基料,基料自然冷却至室温备用;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的基料与其它剩余成分投入炼胶机中,在50℃条件下混炼30-40min后薄通三次后出料;
