Abstract
本发明公开了一种含泡沫铝的轻质高强PVC‑NBR复合发泡板及其制备方法,该复合发泡板以PVC与NBR、三聚氰胺、等规聚丙烯共混作为发泡树脂基料,并加入了经硅烷偶联剂表面改性处理的泡沫铝粉,在补强的同时有辅助发泡的功效,提高发泡率,再结合其它类原料,最终制备得到具有高强、高耐热、轻质、保温、降噪吸音的复合发泡板,改善了传统PVC/NBR复合材料的缺陷,应用范围得到扩展。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及PVC发泡板技术领域,尤其涉及一种含泡沫铝的轻质高强PVC-NBR复合发泡板及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC发泡板具有防水、阻燃、耐酸碱、防蛀、质轻、保温、隔音、减震等特性,是木材、铝材、复合板材的理想替代品,广泛的应用于客车、火车车厢顶棚、箱体芯层、内部装潢用板、建筑物外墙板、内装饰用板、办公室、住宅、公共场所建筑物隔间,商用装饰架、无尘室用板、吊顶板等方面。
尽管PVC发泡板具有如此广泛的应用空间,然而其实际市场占有率却偏低,尤其在家装材料方面,主要的制约因素是产品良莠不齐,产品在强度、刚性、热稳定性等方面不尽如人意,使用时存在安全隐患,为了提高PVC板材的综合性能,使用高分子材料和无机填料共混改性是最常用的方法。《阻燃型NBR/PVC发泡材料的研究》一文将NBR与PVC共混发泡,获得了力学性能较为优良的产品,但是其耐热性差,需添加阻燃剂达到阻燃效果,但是对材料的力学性能影响较大,使用受到限制。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种含泡沫铝的轻质高强PVC-NBR复合发泡板及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种含泡沫铝的轻质高强PVC-NBR复合发泡板,该复合发泡板由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC 40-50、NBR 20-30、三聚氰胺8-10、等规聚丙烯10-15、400-600目泡沫铝粉10-15、AC发泡剂2-5、腰果壳油1-2、硼酸三乙酯1-2、光稳定剂0.5-1、钙锌稳定剂4-5、促进剂TMTD0.4-0.5、硬脂酸0.5-1、碳酸钙2-3、硫化剂PDM 1-1.5、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐1-2、硅烷偶联剂kh560 0.5-1、环氧脂肪酸甲酯5-8、甲基丙烯酸锌2-4。
所述的一种含泡沫铝的轻质高强PVC-NBR复合发泡板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)先将硅烷偶联剂kh560与泡沫铝粉混合研磨分散40-50min后备用;
(2)将NBR投入160℃密炼机中密炼15-20min,随后依次加入PVC、三聚氰胺、等规聚丙烯、腰果壳油、光稳定剂、钙锌稳定剂、甲基丙烯酸锌、碳酸钙、改性泡沫铝粉,继续密炼40-50min后得复合基料,基料自然冷却至室温备用;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的基料与其它剩余成分投入炼胶机中,在50℃条件下混炼20-30min后薄通三次后出料;
(4)将步骤(3)所得片材在模具中,在170-175℃、10-12MPa条件下热压发泡10-15min,随后卸压冷却,即得所述复合发泡板。
本发明以PVC与NBR、三聚氰胺、等规聚丙烯共混作为发泡树脂基料,并加入了经硅烷偶联剂表面改性处理的泡沫铝粉,在补强的同时有辅助发泡的功效,提高发泡率,再结合其它类原料,最终制备得到具有高强、高耐热、轻质、保温、降噪吸音的复合发泡板,改善了传统PVC/NBR复合材料的缺陷,应用范围得到扩展。
具体实施方式
一种含泡沫铝的轻质高强PVC-NBR复合发泡板,该复合发泡板由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC 40、NBR 20、三聚氰胺8、等规聚丙烯10、400目泡沫铝粉10、AC发泡剂2、腰果壳油1、硼酸三乙酯1、光稳定剂0.5、钙锌稳定剂4、促进剂TMTD 0.4、硬脂酸0.5、碳酸钙2、硫化剂PDM 1、1丁基甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐1、硅烷偶联剂kh560 0.5、环氧脂肪酸甲酯5、甲基丙烯酸锌2。
该实施例复合发泡板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)先将硅烷偶联剂kh560与泡沫铝粉混合研磨分散40min后备用;
(2)将NBR投入160℃密炼机中密炼15min,随后依次加入PVC、三聚氰胺、等规聚丙烯、腰果壳油、光稳定剂、钙锌稳定剂、甲基丙烯酸锌、碳酸钙、改性泡沫铝粉,继续密炼40min后得复合基料,基料自然冷却至室温备用;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的基料与其它剩余成分投入炼胶机中,在50℃条件下混炼20min后薄通三次后出料;
(4)将步骤(3)所得片材在模具中,在170℃、10MPa条件下热压发泡10min,随后卸压冷却,即得所述复合发泡板。
制得的发泡板遵循相关标准进行性能测试,性能测试结果为:
表观密度:0.38g/cm3;拉伸强度:42.4MPa;断裂伸长率:195.2%;撕裂强度:4.6N/m;氧指数≥32%。
Claims (2)
1.一种含泡沫铝的轻质高强PVC-NBR复合发泡板,其特征在于,该复合发泡板由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC 40-50、NBR 20-30、三聚氰胺8-10、等规聚丙烯10-15、400-600目泡沫铝粉10-15、AC发泡剂2-5、腰果壳油1-2、硼酸三乙酯1-2、光稳定剂0.5-1、钙锌稳定剂4-5、促进剂TMTD 0.4-0.5、硬脂酸0.5-1、碳酸钙2-3、硫化剂PDM 1-1.5、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐1-2、硅烷偶联剂kh560 0.5-1、环氧脂肪酸甲酯5-8、甲基丙烯酸锌2-4。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含泡沫铝的轻质高强PVC-NBR复合发泡板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)先将硅烷偶联剂kh560与泡沫铝粉混合研磨分散40-50min后备用;
(2)将NBR投入160℃密炼机中密炼15-20min,随后依次加入PVC、三聚氰胺、等规聚丙烯、腰果壳油、光稳定剂、钙锌稳定剂、甲基丙烯酸锌、碳酸钙、改性泡沫铝粉,继续密炼40-50min后得复合基料,基料自然冷却至室温备用;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的基料与其它剩余成分投入炼胶机中,在50℃条件下混炼20-30min后薄通三次后出料;
(4)将步骤(3)所得片材在模具中,在170-175℃、10-12MPa条件下热压发泡10-15min,随后卸压冷却,即得所述复合发泡板。
