Description

Cosmetic composition containing high content of oil component and sheet-like pack using the same
Technical Field
The present application claims priority of korean patent application No. 10-2017-0108460 filed by korean patent office on 28/8/2017, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a high content of oil, and a sheet-like mask using the same, which is prepared by preparing an oil-in-water emulsion containing a high content of oil into a nanoparticulated cosmetic composition using a high pressure emulsification method, so that the cosmetic composition has fluidity similar to that of a solubilized preparation and also contains a large amount of an emulsified preparation containing oil or wax, and therefore, when the cosmetic composition is applied to a sheet-like mask, even if the cosmetic composition contains a large amount of oil, the cosmetic composition can be uniformly dispersed and filled in the sheet-like mask, and thus a sheet-like mask having a refreshing feeling in use and excellent moisture retention and durability can be prepared, and further, to a cosmetic composition containing a high content of oil, the use time of which can be adjusted by expression of a specific color, and a sheet-like mask using the cosmetic composition.
Background
A mask is a skin care product, which is applied to the skin and maintained for a certain period of time, and then removed, and is classified into various types according to its formulation and use method. The sheet-shaped mask is a product which is formed by filling a cosmetic solution containing a moisturizing agent, a whitening agent, an anti-wrinkle agent and other functional cosmetic components on a substrate of a membrane, and is used by applying the sheet-shaped mask on the skin of a user for a certain time and then removing the sheet-shaped mask.
Sheet-shaped masks are one of the most common forms of masks because of their excellent portability and convenience in use, and research and development thereof are continuously being conducted to meet various demands of consumers.
Currently, most sheet-type facial masks that are being distributed are in a form in which a cosmetic composition is filled on a base material such as a nonwoven fabric, and are prepared by folding the base material into a packaging bag, injecting the contents, and sealing. Therefore, a cosmetic water or a cosmetic liquid having low viscosity and excellent fluidity is used as the content to be injected so that it can be easily impregnated onto the base material.
However, such a cosmetic water or a cosmetic liquid is mainly a product containing a content prepared from a solubilized preparation, and the solubilized preparation is mostly water, and has an excellent instant moisturizing effect, but has problems in that it dries quickly after use, and pulls the skin, and the persistence of moisturizing is low.
As described in korean patent No. 10-1633639, etc., in order to solve the problem, attempts have been made in recent years to study a scheme of using a preparation or cream containing a large amount of oil components, but there are problems in that, when the preparation contains a large amount of oil components, the preparation cannot be uniformly filled on a sheet-like mask through a conventional sheet-like mask preparation process because of low wettability, and the feeling of use is also thick, and thus, it is practically difficult to apply the preparation containing a large amount of oil components on the sheet-like mask.
On the other hand, the sheet-shaped mask is applied for a different time depending on the type of product, and if it is applied for a long time, it may cause evaporation of moisture from the skin, and therefore, it is preferable to inform the user of the removal time in advance in order to allow the user to use the sheet-shaped mask to an optimum state.
In contrast, in korean patent No. 10-1561180, an optimum time for peeling off the sheet is suggested by a color change of the pattern on the sheet by forming a pattern layer coated with a heat-sensitive dye, but there is a problem in that an additional process for forming a pattern using a heat-sensitive dye needs to be performed on the surface of the sheet-shaped mask, thereby not only reducing the economical efficiency of the manufacturing process, but also causing skin problems when the dye for forming the pattern is absorbed into the skin.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a novel sheet-shaped mask capable of adjusting a use time by expressing a specific color without additionally adding a dye or the like containing an ingredient harmful to the human body, which has excellent moisture retention durability by containing a high content of an oil ingredient and provides a fresh use feeling, and which can be uniformly filled on the sheet-shaped mask by a conventional sheet-shaped mask manufacturing process.

Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem
Based on this, the present inventors have studied a cosmetic composition capable of adjusting a use time by expressing a specific color, which has excellent moisture retention durability by containing a high content of an oil component, and which can be uniformly filled on a sheet-shaped mask by a conventional sheet-shaped mask preparation process, and a sheet-shaped mask using the same, in order to solve the above problems, thereby completing the present invention.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a sheet-like mask that can improve moisture retention durability by using a cosmetic composition containing a large amount of oil components in the sheet-like mask, and can indicate the removal time of the sheet-like mask by expression of a specific color.
Technical scheme
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a sheet-like mask, comprising: cosmetic composition containing oil component emulsion (emulsion) and having nanometer particle; and bio-cellulose (bio-cellulose) impregnated with the cosmetic composition.
Advantageous effects
As described above, the present invention is advantageous in that an oil-in-water type emulsion containing a high content of oil components is prepared into a nanoparticulated cosmetic composition by using a high pressure emulsification technique to be uniformly filled on a sheet-shaped mask by a conventional sheet-shaped mask preparation process, so that not only can the moisturizing durability of the sheet-shaped mask be improved, but also, when it is applied to a bio-cellulose, the blue color is developed due to light scattering caused by moisture contained in the bio-cellulose and nanoparticles prepared by high pressure emulsification, and when the emulsion is absorbed by the skin, the blue color is changed into a transparent color, thereby having a function of indicating completion of absorption.

Detailed Description
In order that those skilled in the art can easily practice the present invention, the present invention will be described in detail below. However, the present invention may be embodied in various forms and is not limited to the embodiments described below.
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a high content of oil components, and a mask pack using the same. More specifically, the present invention is characterized by providing a sheet-like mask having excellent moisture retention and durability by preparing a cosmetic composition containing a large amount of oil components by forming an oil-in-water emulsion containing a high amount of oil components into nanoparticles by a high-pressure emulsification method and filling the cosmetic composition into a substrate of the sheet-like mask.
In particular, the present invention provides a sheet-like mask having a function of indicating completion of absorption, which is characterized in that a cosmetic composition formed of nanoparticles is applied to a bio-cellulose sheet by using a high pressure emulsification method, thereby not only having excellent moisture retention durability, but also showing blue color due to moisture contained in bio-cellulose and light scattering caused by nanoparticles prepared by high pressure emulsification, and after the moisture contained in the bio-cellulose and skin active ingredients are absorbed into the skin, the blue color is converted into transparent color of the bio-cellulose itself, thereby having a function of indicating completion of absorption.
Hereinafter, the cosmetic composition containing a high content of oil components according to the present invention, and the respective constituent components and the manufacturing method of the sheet-shaped mask using the same will be described in more detail.
The cosmetic composition according to the present invention is prepared by forming nanoparticles of an Oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion containing a large amount of Oil (Oil) component, which may be contained in an amount of 10 to 60 wt%, preferably 20 to 40 wt%, based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition, using a high pressure emulsification method.
The conventional sheet-type mask is mainly a product containing contents prepared from a solubilizing agent, which is mostly water, and thus, has an excellent instant moisturizing effect, but has a disadvantage in that the moisturizing effect is rapidly reduced when the mask is removed.
In order to solve the above problems, although products using contents of an emulsified preparation containing an oil component in sheet-like masks have been proposed, these sheet-like masks contain only about 3 to 4% by weight of the oil component, and have a problem in that, when a large amount of the oil component is contained in the emulsified preparation, the wettability of the sheet-like substrate is lowered by the large amount of the oil component contained therein, and thus it is difficult to uniformly fill the contents on the sheet-like substrate by a conventional sheet-like mask preparation process in which the sheet-like substrate (e.g., nonwoven fabric) is folded and placed in a packaging bag, and the contents are re-injected and sealed.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the present invention prepares a nanoparticulated cosmetic composition by using a high pressure emulsification method, thereby not only increasing the content of oil components several times to several tens times or more, but also uniformly filling it on a mask base material of a sheet-shaped mask by a conventional sheet-shaped mask preparation process.
That is, the cosmetic composition according to the present invention is prepared by forming an oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion containing a high content of an oil component (O/W) into nanoparticles by a high pressure emulsification method, and improves fluidity while maintaining the viscosity of the oil component, thereby allowing it to be uniformly filled on a sheet-shaped substrate.
Thus, the sheet-like pack using the cosmetic composition according to the present invention has advantages in that evaporation of moisture and skin active ingredients impregnated in the sheet is suppressed by a large amount of oil components contained in the cosmetic composition, which are converted into nanoparticles, thereby balancing skin oil and water, improving moisture retention durability, and being removed from the skin smoothly without irritating the skin even after being dried.
Further, the nanoparticulated oil component is advantageous in that the feeling of use of the sheet-like pack is improved by improving the feeling of use of the conventional sheet-like pack containing a large amount of oil component, so that a light and refreshing feeling is provided.
On the other hand, the cosmetic composition according to the present invention may be impregnated on various sheet-shaped substrates for use, for example, non-woven fabric, paper, foam or sponge, and the material thereof may be selected from one or more of viscose rayon, modal, lyocell, cuprammonium, polyester, Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Polyacrylonitrile (PAN), polyamide, Polyurethane (PU), polylactic acid (PLA), nylon, cotton, hemp, pulp, cellulose and bio-cellulose, but is not limited thereto.
Here, the sheet-type facial mask according to the present invention is prepared by uniformly filling a nanoparticulated cosmetic composition having a high content of oil components on a bio-cellulose sheet-type substrate through a conventional sheet-type facial mask preparation process, in which the sheet-type facial mask exhibits a blue color, and when applied to the skin, the facial mask changes from the blue color to a transparent color after moisture impregnated on the sheet-type facial mask and skin active ingredients are absorbed by the skin, thereby playing a role of indicating completion of absorption.
That is, the sheet-like mask in which the nanoparticulated cosmetic composition is impregnated into the bio-cellulose sheet can exhibit a blue light by light scattering due to moisture contained in the bio-cellulose and an oil component nanoparticulated by high-pressure emulsification, and then, after the moisture and the skin active ingredient impregnated into the sheet-like mask are absorbed into the skin, only the nanoparticulated oil component remains in the mask, and the sheet-like mask changes from blue to a transparent color of the bio-cellulose itself, thereby realizing a function of indicating completion of absorption of moisture and the skin active ingredient.
In this case, the oil component remaining in the sheet-like pack and converted into nanoparticles prevents the biocellulose from being firmly adhered to the skin due to complete dryness, and thus the sheet-like pack can be removed from the skin smoothly without irritating the skin.
Among them, the sheet-shaped mask according to the present invention can more effectively confirm whether the sheet-shaped mask is discolored by appropriately adjusting the thickness of the biocellulose impregnated with the nanoparticulated cosmetic composition, and the thickness of the biocellulose can be adjusted by adjusting the dry weight of the sheet per unit area since the biocellulose has a characteristic of a large thickness deviation according to the moisture content.
Thus, when per 100cm2When the weight of the dried biocellulose is 20mg to 300mg, blue light caused by moisture contained in the biocellulose and the oil component nanoparticulated by high-pressure emulsification becomes clearer. Preferably, every 100cm2The weight of the area of dried bio-cellulose may be 50mg-150 mg.
In addition, the biocellulose may be produced by various means of cell culture in a culture solution without limitation, and the strain for producing biocellulose may be any type of strain known in the art for producing biocellulose without limitation.
For example, one or more selected from the group consisting of Acetobacter, Rhizobium, and Agrobacterium may be used, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
On the other hand, the high pressure emulsification method used for the cosmetic composition according to the present invention is only one of methods of nanoparticulated formation of an oil-in-water type emulsion containing a large amount of oil components, and the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition to the high-pressure emulsification method, various emulsification methods for forming nanoparticles such as a PIT inversion temperature emulsification method, an inverse emulsification method, a D-phase emulsification method, an MPG (micro-porous glass) emulsification method, a liquid crystal emulsification method, a nano emulsification method, a multiple emulsification method, and a pickering emulsification method can be used.
The oil component used in the present invention is an oil-soluble component mixture having the properties of being insoluble in water, soluble in oil, solvent and the like, and may be selected from solid phase components (including fats, waxes, higher alcohols, higher fatty acids, hydrocarbons and the like having a melting point of 30 ℃ or more and being solid at room temperature); or one or more of the liquid phase components (including oils, esters, ethers, hydrocarbons, etc.).
In particular, the solid phase components may include, for example, fats (shea butter, mango seed oil, cocoa seed oil, etc.); waxes (Myristyl Myristate), tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract, jojoba oil, sunflower seed, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, beeswax, and the like); higher alcohols (cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol, and the like); higher fatty acids (caprylic/capric triglyceride, lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, and the like); and hydrocarbons (Ceresin), and the like.
In addition, the liquid-phase component may include, for example, natural oils (meadowfoam seed oil, sunflower seed oil, macadamia nut seed oil, green tea seed oil, ginger oil, ginseng oil, coconut oil, olive oil, camellia oil, and the like); esters (phytosterol/octyldodecanol lauroyl glutamate, isostearyl isostearate, methylheptyl isostearate, dioctyl carbonate, isopropyl palmitate, etc.); ethers (dioctyl ether, etc.); silicone oils (polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentasiloxane, cyclohexasiloxane, phenyl trimethicone, trisiloxane, methyl trimethicone, etc.); and hydrocarbons (squalane, etc.), etc.
In the cosmetic composition of the present invention, the nanoparticulated oil component particles prepared by the high-pressure emulsification method can be stabilized by using a surfactant, and auxiliary components generally used in the preparation of oil-in-water type cosmetics, such as polyhydric alcohols, ethanol, extracts, functional components, pigments, perfumes, thickeners, preservatives, and the like, can be appropriately contained.
As described above, the present invention is advantageous in that an oil-in-water type emulsion containing a high content of oil components is prepared as a nanoparticulated cosmetic composition by using a high pressure emulsification technique, so that even if the cosmetic composition contains a large amount of oil components, it can be uniformly filled on a sheet-like mask by a conventional sheet-like mask preparation process, and thus, not only is the moisturizing durability of the sheet-like mask improved, but also, when it is applied to a bio-cellulose, the bio-cellulose is colored blue due to moisture contained therein and light scattering caused by nano-particles prepared by high pressure emulsification, and when the emulsion is absorbed by the skin, the blue is changed into a transparent color, thereby having a function of indicating completion of absorption.
Examples
Hereinafter, the contents of the present invention will be described in more detail by examples and experimental examples. These examples are only for helping understanding of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and modifications, substitutions, and insertions well known in the art are included in the scope of the present invention.
< example 1 and comparative example 1> preparation of cosmetic composition
The oil-in-water emulsion of example 1 was prepared by the following method using the components shown in Table 1, and the oil-in-water emulsion of comparative example 1 was prepared using a conventional method (unit: wt%). Among them, comparative example 1 used a solubilizing preparation containing no oil component and no surfactant.
[ TABLE 1 ]
Figure BDA0002472222920000061
Figure BDA0002472222920000071
< preparation method >
1) An oil-in-water type emulsion was prepared using the raw materials 1 to 9 shown in table 1.
2) Example 1 the final cosmetic composition was prepared by applying a pressure of 3 cycles or more under 1,000bar conditions using a M-110EH-30 processor (Microfluidics Co.) after degassing the emulsion.
< Experimental example 1> confirmation of color development and transparentization transition of specific color
The compositions of example 1 and comparative example 1 were impregnated onto circular bio-cellulose sheets having a diameter of 4 cm. As shown in fig. 1, it was confirmed that example 1 exhibited a blue color due to light scattering caused by the oil component and the water component formed into nanoparticles, whereas comparative example 1 exhibited a transparent color. Example 1 changed from blue to transparent color with the lapse of time after being applied to the skin, while comparative example 1 showed no color change.
Further, it was confirmed that when the patch was peeled off after drying, in example 1, the oil component of the nanoparticle remaining in the biocellulose prevented the biocellulose from being completely dried, and thus the biocellulose could be peeled off smoothly from the skin without irritating the skin, whereas in comparative example 1, the dried biocellulose was firmly adhered to the skin and could not be peeled off smoothly, and thus skin irritation such as pulling the skin was brought about.
Thus, it was confirmed that the sheet-like mask according to the present invention can adjust the use time by development of a specific color without additional constituent elements such as formation of a specific pattern by using a dye of a component harmful to the human body, and can be removed smoothly without irritating the skin even in the case of drying.
< Experimental example 2> evaluation of amount of Water evaporated
A100 ml beaker was filled with an equal amount of water of 50g, and 5g of the bio-cellulose chips of example 1 and comparative example 1 having a width of 10 × 10cm was impregnated into the cup mouth cover, respectively, and then dried in an oven at 60 degrees for 3 days, and the amount of moisture remaining in the beaker was measured and shown in Table 2 below.
[ TABLE 2 ]
Example 1 Comparative example 1
Weight after drying (g) 36.03 15.20
Residual (%) 72.06 30.40
As can be seen from table 2, the moisture residual amount in example 1 was more than twice as much as that in comparative example 1, because the nanoparticulated oil component contained in example 1 formed an oil film on the surface of the sheet, thereby slowing down the moisture evaporation rate of the sheet, and thus when the sheet-like mask according to the present invention was applied to the skin, it was expected to reduce the skin dryness and improve the moisturizing effect.
< Experimental example 3> evaluation of moisturizing durability
The moisture retention durability was evaluated by measuring the skin moisture retention amount over time of the above example 1 and comparative example 1.
The human test for measuring the moisture retention was carried out after the forearm part was washed with water and stabilized under conditions of constant temperature and humidity (20 to 24 degrees, relative humidity 40 to 60%) for 30 minutes. The evaluation of the skin moisture content was performed by measuring the increase or non-increase of the skin moisture content of the sample using Corneometer CM825(Courage and khazaka, germany).
Moisture retention was measured by measuring the test site of the forearm prior to application of the sample, and then applying the test site separately
Figure BDA0002472222920000081
Figure BDA0002472222920000082
After 30 minutes of absorption, the test sites of the forearm part were measured 3 times immediately after application, 3 hours after application, and 6 hours after application, and the average value was calculated for evaluation.
As shown in fig. 2, the higher the moisture content, the higher the measured value, and the lower the moisture content, the lower the measured value. As shown in fig. 2, in comparative example 1, the moisture content was greatly increased immediately after application, and thereafter, the moisture content continued to decrease with the passage of time, and after 3 hours of application, the moisture content was decreased to a level of about 1/2 immediately after application, and after 6 hours of application, the moisture content was decreased to a level of about 1/4 immediately after application.
In contrast, in example 1, although the moisture retention immediately after application was not higher than that of comparative example 1, the moisture retention was continuously increased from the start of application, and after 3 hours of application, the moisture retention was increased to more than twice that of comparative example 1, and although the moisture retention was slightly decreased after 3 hours of application, the moisture retention was maintained at a level higher than that immediately after application, and after 6 hours of application, the moisture retention was exhibited about 3 times that of comparative example 1, whereby it was evaluated that the moisture retention durability of example 1 was significantly higher than that of comparative example 1.
Thus, it was confirmed that the sheet-like pack according to the present invention can provide water-oil balance to the skin and can improve moisture retention durability by suppressing evaporation of moisture and skin active ingredients impregnated in the sheet due to a large amount of nanoparticulated oil components contained in the cosmetic composition.
Industrial applicability
The present invention prepares an oil-in-water type emulsion containing a high content of oil components as a nanoparticulated cosmetic composition by using a high pressure emulsification technique, so that it can be uniformly filled on a sheet-like mask by the existing sheet-like mask preparation process, and therefore, it has advantages of not only improving the moisturizing durability of the sheet-like mask, but also, when it is applied to a bio-cellulose, the bio-cellulose shows blue color due to the moisture contained therein and light scattering caused by the nanoparticles prepared by high pressure emulsification, and when the emulsion is absorbed by the skin, the blue color is changed into a transparent color, thereby having a function of indicating completion of absorption.
