The end part of the discharging guide rod 22 far away from the discharging plate 29 is fixed with the body of the detection machine, so that the discharging plate 29 is guided during discharging movement, and meanwhile, the discharging plate 29 is ensured to move stably, and the collision of the discharging plate 29 and the discharging sleeve 30 on the mounting head 34 and the female connector during discharging is avoided.
As shown in fig. 6, the mounting head 34 of the present technique includes a hollow post 26 inserted into the test hole 31 and communicating with the test air passage. The hollow column tube 26 is provided at one end with a mounting flange 28 and fixedly connected to the manifold plate 24, and at the other end with a connecting step 27 for fixing a female connector. The discharge mechanism is arranged at the rear part of the connecting step 27. When the female connector is connected, the female connector is manually inserted into the hollow cylindrical pipe 26, so that the self-locking elastic buckle on the female connector crosses the connecting step 27, and the female connector is fixed by the connecting step 27. During discharging, the discharging sleeve 30 pushes the female connector outwards, so that the self-locking elastic buckle clamp on the female connector is separated from the connecting step 27, and discharging of the female connector is achieved.
The detection module in the technology comprises an air source, a supercharger 8 and a detection switch connected with a detection air passage. The detection switch controls each installation module to carry out detection respectively, so that the left detection module and the right detection module realize cycle work. The air source is also connected with an air valve which is communicated with the detection air passage. And after the female joint is sealed and detected, the air valve works and blows the air valve into the female joint pipeline, and wastes generated in the pipeline due to processing are removed.

The female joint pipe seal detecting machine according to claim 1, wherein the mounting head includes a hollow cylindrical pipe inserted into the detecting hole and communicating with the detecting air passage, the hollow cylindrical pipe is provided at one end with a mounting flange and fixedly connected to the manifold plate, the other end with a connecting step for fixing the female joint, and the discharging mechanism is provided at a rear portion of the connecting step.
