Claims (10)

1. A large integral inspection well is characterized by comprising a cylindrical plastic outer wall, a cylindrical plastic inner wall positioned in the cylindrical interior of the plastic outer wall, an integrally cast cement concrete wall core (11) and a receiving branch pipe (10);
the cement concrete wall core (11) is positioned between the plastic outer wall and the plastic inner wall;
the plastic outer wall comprises a plastic closing-in outer wall (1), a plastic well outer wall (5) and a plastic well seat outer wall (8) with a bottom, wherein the plastic closing-in outer wall (1) is of an arc-shaped curved surface structure, the plastic closing-in outer wall (1) is provided with an upper opening and a lower opening, and the diameter of the upper opening of the plastic closing-in outer wall (1) is smaller than that of the lower opening;
the plastic inner wall comprises a plastic closing-in inner wall (2), a plastic well chamber inner wall (6) and a plastic well seat inner wall (9) with a bottom, wherein the plastic closing-in inner wall (2) is of an arc-shaped curved surface structure, the plastic closing-in inner wall (2) is provided with an upper opening and a lower opening, and the diameter of the upper opening of the plastic closing-in inner wall (2) is smaller than that of the lower opening of the plastic closing-in inner wall (2);
the outer wall (8) of the plastic well seat and the inner wall (9) of the plastic well seat are respectively provided with branch pipe joint holes along the radial direction, and the supporting branch pipe (10) is connected to the two branch pipe joint holes in a matching way and extends out of the outer wall (8) of the plastic well seat.
2. A large integral manhole according to claim 1,
the upper end surfaces of the outer wall (5) of the plastic well and the outer wall (8) of the plastic well seat are respectively provided with a receiving ring along the circumferential direction, and the inner side of the receiving ring is provided with a horizontal supporting surface (12);
the outer circumferential surface of the lower end of the plastic well outer wall (5) is matched and embedded in a bearing ring of the plastic well seat outer wall (8), and the lower end surface of the plastic well outer wall (5) is supported on the inner side horizontal supporting surface (12) of the bearing ring of the plastic well seat outer wall (8);
the outer circumferential surface of the lower end of the plastic closing-in outer wall (1) is matched and embedded in a receiving ring of the plastic well outer wall (5), and the lower end surface of the plastic closing-in outer wall (1) is supported on an inner side horizontal supporting surface (12) of the receiving ring of the plastic well outer wall (5).
3. The large integral manhole according to claim 2 wherein the height of the receiving ring is 50 to 100 mm.

The large integral inspection well according to claim 2, characterized in that a plurality of self-tapping screws (3) uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction are respectively adopted to be fixedly connected in the radial direction between the plastic closing-in outer wall (1) and the plastic closing-in inner wall (2), between the plastic well outer wall (5) and the plastic well inner wall (6), and between the plastic well base outer wall (8) and the plastic well base inner wall (9).

The large integral inspection well according to claim 4, characterized in that the number of self-tapping screws (3) between the outer wall (1) of the plastic closing-in and the inner wall (2) of the plastic closing-in is 20-50, 1-2 layers of self-tapping screws (3) are adopted, and the outer wall (1) of the plastic closing-in and the inner wall (2) of the plastic closing-in are connected and combined by the self-tapping screws (3) between the two to form the plastic closing-in of the inspection well;
the number of the self-tapping screws (3) between the outer wall (5) of the plastic well chamber and the inner wall (6) of the plastic well chamber is 20-100, 1-3 layers of the self-tapping screws (3) between the outer wall (5) of the plastic well chamber and the inner wall (6) of the plastic well chamber are adopted, and the outer wall (5) of the plastic well chamber and the inner wall (6) of the plastic well chamber are connected and combined into the plastic well chamber of the inspection well through the self-tapping screws (3) between the outer wall (5) of the plastic well chamber and the;
the number of the self-tapping screws (3) between the outer wall (8) of the plastic well seat and the inner wall (9) of the plastic well seat is 20-100, 1-3 layers of the self-tapping screws (3) between the outer wall (8) of the plastic well seat and the inner wall (9) of the plastic well seat are adopted, and the outer wall (8) of the plastic well seat and the inner wall (9) of the plastic well seat are connected and combined into the plastic well seat of the inspection well through the self-tapping screws (3) between the outer wall (8) of the plastic well seat and the;
the inspection well is composed of a plastic closing-in, a plastic well chamber and a plastic well seat;
the diameter of the tapping screw (3) is 5-10 mm, and the length is 50-120 mm.

The large integral inspection well according to claim 5, wherein the height of the plastic closing-in is 300-600 mm, the height of the plastic well chambers is 500-1000 mm, the height of the plastic well seat is 1000-1500 mm, the number of the plastic well chambers is 1-5, a plurality of plastic well chambers are combined in an up-and-down overlapping mode to form the whole inspection well chamber, and the lower end of the plastic well chamber outer wall (5) of the plastic well chamber positioned above between the adjacent plastic well chambers is matched with the bearing ring of the plastic well chamber outer wall (5) of the plastic well chamber positioned below.

The large-scale integral type inspection well according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that reinforcing rib plates (13) are respectively arranged on the outer circumferential wall surfaces of the plastic outer wall and the plastic inner wall, and the thickness and the width of the reinforcing rib plates (13) are consistent with the wall thickness of the plastic outer wall and the plastic inner wall.

The large integral inspection well according to claim 7, wherein the wall thicknesses of the plastic outer wall and the plastic inner wall are respectively 5-10 mm, the reinforcing rib plates (13) are respectively distributed on the peripheral wall surfaces of the plastic outer wall and the plastic inner wall along the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, and the distance between every two adjacent reinforcing rib plates (13) is 10-30 mm; the equal-diameter distance between the plastic outer wall and the plastic inner wall is 50-100 mm, the diameter of the inspection well is 1000-1500 mm, the height of the inspection well is 1800-7100 mm, and the plastic outer wall and the plastic inner wall are made of PP or PVC.
9. A large integral manhole according to claim 1 or 5, wherein the supporting branch pipes (10) have an outer diameter of 300-1000 mm and a number of 1-4, and a plurality of supporting branch pipes (10) are distributed along the circumferential direction of the plastic well base.
10. A large integral inspection well and a preparation method thereof are characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. preparing, namely respectively manufacturing a plastic closing-in outer wall (1), a plastic closing-in inner wall (2), a plastic well outer wall (5), a plastic well chamber inner wall (6), a plastic well seat outer wall (8), a plastic well seat inner wall (9) and a receiving branch pipe (10) by adopting injection molding, extrusion molding and welding methods according to the length, width and height of the large integral inspection well; tapping screws (3) are used for tapping, installing and combining to connect the plastic closing-in outer wall (1) and the plastic closing-in inner wall (2); tapping screws (3) are used for tapping, installing and combining to connect the outer wall (5) of the plastic well chamber and the inner wall (6) of the plastic well chamber; preparing cement concrete;
b. after the preparation work is finished, excavating a foundation pit embedded in the whole well body of the inspection well according to the construction sequence, firstly arranging the outer wall (8) of the plastic well seat in the foundation pit on the construction site, and then uniformly paving cement concrete on the upper surface of the bottom of the outer wall (8) of the plastic well seat by using mechanized equipment until the cement concrete has the same thickness as the cement concrete wall core (11) to serve as a base; then, arranging the inner wall (9) of the plastic well seat on a base of a cement concrete wall core (11), connecting the outer wall (8) of the plastic well seat with the inner wall (9) of the plastic well seat by tapping installation and combination through tapping screws (3), and connecting the outer wall (8) of the plastic well seat with the inner wall (9) of the plastic well seat through matching of a supporting branch pipe (10);
c. then, pouring cement concrete between the outer wall (8) of the plastic well seat and the inner wall (9) of the plastic well seat which are combined and connected until the height of the inner wall (9) of the plastic well seat, and simultaneously filling earth stones on the outer side of the outer wall (8) of the plastic well seat;
d. then, the outer wall (5) of the plastic well chamber and the inner wall (6) of the plastic well chamber which are connected in a combined mode are arranged on the outer wall (8) of the plastic well seat and the inner wall (9) of the plastic well seat which are connected in a combined mode, and the outer wall (5) of the plastic well chamber is matched in a bearing ring of the outer wall (8) of the plastic well seat; pouring cement concrete between the combined and connected plastic well outer wall (5) and the plastic well inner wall (6), and simultaneously filling soil and stones outside the plastic well outer wall (5);
e. then, the plastic closing-in outer wall (1) and the plastic closing-in inner wall (2) which are connected in a combined mode are arranged on the plastic well outer wall (5) and the plastic well inner wall (6), and the plastic closing-in outer wall (1) is matched with a bearing ring of the plastic well outer wall (5); and pouring cement concrete between the plastic closing-in outer wall (1) and the plastic closing-in inner wall (2) which are connected in a combined manner until the height of the inspection well is reached, and simultaneously filling earth stones on the outer side of the plastic closing-in outer wall (1).
