本发明的目的在于提供一种一种防雾高透光防护面罩及其制备方法,其透明主罩体和透明密封边分别由特殊组分配比的原材料制成,透明主罩体和透明密封边具有良好的抗菌、防霉、耐磨、阻燃、抗氧化、耐腐蚀、耐老化性能。

19 .2份聚碳酸酯,1 .3份磷酸铁锰,2 .4份2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉,3 .1份乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯,1 .9份羧甲基纤维素钠盐,2 .2份聚(3 ,4-二氧乙基噻吩),1 .7份六甲氧基甲基三聚氢胺,1 .3份4-(2-壬酰氧基乙氧基羰基氧基)苯磺酸钠,0 .9份过硫酸钠,0 .6份荷叶提取物,1 .3份甲醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯,2 .5份N-甲基吡咯烷酮;
按重量份计,所述透明密封边由以下组分组成:
16 .3份LSR硅胶,0 .8份氨基三甲叉膦酸,1 .1份二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,2 .3份2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉,3 .5份聚氧化乙烯壬基酚醚,2 .7份聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,1 .2份乙二胺二邻羟苯基大乙酸钠,1 .1份N-羧甲基-N-甲基甘氨酸铁(III)钠盐,0 .9份亚溴酸钠,0 .6份西兰花提取物,2 .2份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,1 .8份己基癸醇。
优选的,所述透明主罩体使用单腔三板硬化模具,在80吨的卧式注塑成型机上生产,原材料预热温度为120℃,预热时间为2-4小时,模具温度设定在80-120℃,熔体温度设定在240-310℃。
优选的,所述透明主罩体生产出来后,通过过度成型,在透明主罩体边沿生产出透明密封边。
优选的,所述过度成型使用双腔双板双喷射硬化模具,在130吨立式注塑成型机上生产,模具温度设定在110-130℃,冷却系统温度设定在20-22℃。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种一种防雾高透光防护面罩及其制备方法,其透明主罩体和透明密封边分别由特殊组分配比的原材料制成,透明主罩体和透明密封边具有良好的抗菌、防霉、耐磨、阻燃、抗氧化、耐腐蚀、耐老化性能。
透明主罩体的性能是基于其材料的,而透明主罩体材料的性能是由其组分及配比所决定的,本发明对透明主罩体材料的组分及配比进行特殊优化,使透明主罩体材料具有良好的抗菌、防霉、耐磨、阻燃、抗氧化、耐腐蚀、耐老化性能。

16 .3份LSR硅胶,0 .8份氨基三甲叉膦酸,1 .1份二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,2 .3份2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉,3 .5份聚氧化乙烯壬基酚醚,2 .7份聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,1 .2份乙二胺二邻羟苯基大乙酸钠,1 .1份N-羧甲基-N-甲基甘氨酸铁(III)钠盐,0 .9份亚溴酸钠,0 .6份西兰花提取物,2 .2份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,1 .8份己基癸醇。

16 .3份LSR硅胶,0 .8份氨基三甲叉膦酸,1 .1份二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,2 .3份2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉,3 .5份聚氧化乙烯壬基酚醚,2 .7份聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,1 .2份乙二胺二邻羟苯基大乙酸钠,1 .1份N-羧甲基-N-甲基甘氨酸铁(III)钠盐,0 .9份亚溴酸钠,0 .6份西兰花提取物,2 .2份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,1 .8份己基癸醇。
