The conveying section 10 is used for conveying the stacked PCB boards into the fast suction section 20. Specifically, the conveying section 10 conveys the stacked PCB boards by a belt.
The fast suction section 20 receives the PCB boards conveyed by the conveying section 10, and sucks and conveys the stacked PCB boards one by one into the arrangement section 30.
The fast sucking section 20 is provided with a first vacuum sucking box 21 and a first conveying mechanism 22, the first vacuum sucking box 21 is used for sucking the PCB in the fast sucking section 20, and placing the sucked PCB in the arranging section 30, and the first conveying mechanism 22 is used for transporting the first vacuum sucking box 21 which sucks the PCB to the arranging section 30.

Further, the fast suction section 20 is further provided with a first lifting mechanism 23, and the first lifting mechanism 23 is used for lifting the stacked PCB to a position below the first vacuum suction box 21.
The arranging section 30 is used for receiving the PCB conveyed by the quick suction section 20, and then automatically calculating the transverse arrangement quantity and the distance according to the width size of the PCB so as to match the horizontal line feeding requirement.
An arrangement calculation formula: the conveying width (the dimension of the PCB in the X direction plus the spacing) is more than or equal to 10 mm.
The arrangement section 30 comprises an arrangement platform 31, a second lifting mechanism 32 and a third conveying mechanism 33; when the PCB is arranged on the arranging platform 31, the second lifting mechanism 32 lifts the arranging platform 31 to separate from the third conveying mechanism 33; when the arrangement of the PCB boards on the arrangement platform 31 is completed, the second lifting mechanism 32 lowers the arrangement platform 31 on the third conveying mechanism 33. The third conveying mechanism 33 is used for conveying the PCB boards on the arranging platform 31 into a horizontal line.
The steering gear 40 comprises a lifting steering gear 40 mechanism. The steering machine 40 is used for steering the horizontally conveyed PCB boards into vertical arrangement and conveying the vertically conveyed PCB boards into the speed following section 50.
The tracking section 50 includes a high speed motor. The speed following section 50 is used for adjusting the distance between the PCBs conveyed by the steering gear 40 to a preset distance, so as to facilitate the rear-end device (the straightening section 60) to receive the PCBs.
And a leveling segment 60 comprising a leveling rail. The correcting section 60 is used for correcting the PCB conveyed by the speed following section 50 to a vertical direction so that the PCB can smoothly enter the vacuum board collecting mechanism 70.
The vacuum board collecting mechanism 70 comprises a second vacuum suction box 71 and a second conveying mechanism 72, wherein the second vacuum suction box 71 is used for sucking the PCB from the vacuum board collecting mechanism 70 and placing the sucked PCB on the stacking mechanism 80, and the second conveying mechanism 72 is used for conveying the second vacuum suction box 71 which sucks the PCB to the stacking mechanism 80.
The stacking mechanism 80 includes a first stacking platform 81 and a second stacking platform 82. The first stacking platform 81 and the second stacking platform 82 can receive the PCB stacked in the vacuum receiving section. And managing according to the set stacking number, and when the stacking number reaches the set number, movably conveying the stack to the conveying platform 100. It should be noted that, when the first stacking platform 81 reaches the set stacking number, switching of the platforms is performed, the second stacking platform 82 continues to operate, the PCB of the first stacking platform 81 is conveyed to a next station, and after the conveyance is finished, the PCB returns to the zero position to be ready.
The conveying platform 100, referred to as a conventional belt conveying mechanism, is used for receiving the PCB boards stacked by the stacking mechanism 80.
In the PCB horizontal line rapid board retracting device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the PCB is sucked in the rapid sucking section 20 through the first vacuum sucking box 21, and the PCB is sucked in the vacuum board retracting mechanism 70 through the first vacuum sucking box 21, so that the PCB can be effectively prevented from being scratched in the transportation process, and the quality of PCB products is improved.
