Detailed Description
The invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and specific examples.
In the air evacuation method of the liquid medicine filling device of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the liquid medicine filling device includes a medicine supply device 1 and a liquid inlet valve 2, buffer tank 3, divide liquid device 4 and a plurality of needles 5 of irritating that arrange side by side, supply medicine device 1 and buffer tank 3 to pass through the feed liquor pipe connection, be equipped with feed liquor valve 2 on the feed liquor pipe, buffer tank 3 is connected through first pipeline 6 and liquid device 4's inlet 41, divide liquid device 4's bottom to be equipped with a plurality of liquid outlets 42 along length direction, each liquid outlet 42 is connected through a second pipeline 7 respectively with each irritate needle 5 (each liquid outlet 42 and each irritate needle 5 one-to-one, and each liquid outlet 42 that corresponds all is connected with second pipeline 7 between irritating needle 5), all be equipped with filling pump 71 on each second pipeline 7, inlet 41 locates the top of dividing liquid device 4, liquid medicine filling device air evacuation method includes the following step:
s1: conveying a first group of medicine bottles to the position below each filling needle 5; specifically, the medicine bottle is automatically conveyed below the filling needle 5 through the bottle conveying device, so that the production efficiency is improved.
S2: the liquid medicine is injected into the liquid separating device 4, the liquid inlet valve 2 is opened intermittently, the liquid medicine is injected into the liquid separating device 4 intermittently until the liquid separating device 4 is filled with the liquid medicine, and the gas in the liquid separating device 4 is discharged along the first pipeline 6; specifically, the liquid inlet valve 2 is opened intermittently, so that the liquid medicine can be injected into the buffer tank 3 intermittently, and if the liquid inlet valve 2 is opened, the liquid medicine is injected into the buffer tank 3, and the liquid medicine in the buffer tank 3 enters the liquid separating device 4 through the first pipeline 6; close feed liquor valve 2, divide the partial gas in the liquid device 4 to discharge to buffer tank 3 through first pipeline 6, so, through being interrupted to open feed liquor valve 2 many times, just can fill up the liquid medicine in liquid device 4 and first pipeline 6, the gas in discharge liquid device 4 and the first pipeline 6 of dividing, the accurate calculation of filling volume in the follow-up each medicine bottle of being convenient for improves the filling precision, avoid causing more unqualified waste product because the filling precision is unqualified, thereby cause a large amount of liquid medicine extravagant.

If the filling pump 71 is unqualified in filling amount, the deviation measuring module sends an adjusting signal to the unqualified filling pump 71, so that the unqualified filling pump 71 is adjusted to be qualified in filling amount.
In this embodiment, step S4 further includes the following sub-steps:
s43: when the liquid level in the buffer tank 3 reaches the designated liquid level at the bottom, the liquid medicine amount in the liquid separation device 4 is measured in real time;
s44: when the amount of the liquid medicine in the liquid separating device 4 is a first preset value, the number of the filling needles 5 is gradually reduced along with the reduction of the amount of the liquid medicine in the liquid separating device 4; specifically, divide liquid device 4 slope setting and make liquid inlet 41 of dividing liquid device 4 be located the top of dividing liquid device 4, and divide liquid device 4 for dividing the liquid pipe, the liquid medicine in dividing liquid device 4 collects to the bottom, along with dividing the reduction of liquid medicine volume in liquid device 4, filling pump 71 that the liquid outlet 42 that is arranged in dividing liquid device 4 liquid level top corresponds has not had the liquid medicine and can takes out, consequently, can stop using this filling pump 71 to correspond irritate needle 5 to along with dividing the reduction of liquid level in the liquid device 4, reduce the use quantity of irritating needle 5 gradually.
S45: and when the liquid medicine amount in the liquid separating device 4 is a second preset value smaller than the first preset value, filling by adopting a single filling needle 5, namely filling by adopting the filling needle 5 at the lowest part of the liquid separating device 4.
In the present embodiment, the first predetermined value is preferably 50% of the total capacity of the liquid separating means 4, and the second predetermined value is preferably 20% of the total capacity of the liquid separating means 4. So that the waste amount of the liquid medicine is minimized.
In this example, as shown in fig. 1, the inclination angle a of the liquid separator 4 was 3 ° to 7 °. The inclination angle a of the liquid separating device 4 is in the range of 3-7 degrees, and the waste amount of the liquid medicine is less. Divide liquid device 4 to be the tubulose, divide the bottom slope setting of liquid device 4 to make liquid inlet 41 eccentric locate the upper end (as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4) of dividing liquid device 4, make divide liquid device 4 when the tail liquid filling, can be according to the use amount of liquid medicine volume adjustment irritate needle 5 among the liquid device 4, up to the single needle 5 filling of irritating that adopts the liquid device 4 below liquid outlet 42 to correspond, make the filling of last bottle medicine bottle accomplish, thereby reduced remaining liquid medicine volume in dividing liquid device 4.
In this embodiment, the liquid amount in the liquid separating device 4 is measured by using the third sensor 9 and the calculating module, the third sensor 9 weighs the real-time weight of the buffer tank 3 and sends the real-time weight signal to the calculating module, and the calculating module calculates the liquid amount in the liquid separating device 4 according to the received signal. The third sensor 9 weighs the real-time weight of the buffer tank 3 and sends a real-time weight signal to the calculation module, and the calculation module calculates the amount of the liquid medicine in the liquid separation device 4 according to the received signal so as to facilitate selection of the usage amount of the filling needle 5.
In this embodiment, in step S3, the filling pump 71 on the second pipeline 7 is designated to open the second pipeline 7 that is not completely emptied, and the chemical liquid in the liquid separation device 4 is further drawn into the second pipeline 7 by the reciprocating motion of the filling pump 71 until the chemical liquid completely pushes out the gas in the second pipeline 7.
Of course, in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the inner bottom surface of the liquid containing cavity in the liquid separating device 4 may be configured as a V-shape or a curved surface with a concave middle portion, and the liquid inlet 41 is disposed at a high position of the top wall of the liquid containing cavity in the liquid separating device 4.
According to the air evacuation method for the liquid medicine filling device, the liquid inlet of the liquid separating device 4 is of a top opening structure, liquid medicine is injected into the liquid separating device 4, the liquid inlet valve 2 is opened discontinuously, the liquid medicine is injected into the liquid separating device 4 discontinuously until the liquid separating device 4 is filled with the liquid medicine, then the liquid medicine below the liquid separating device 4 is evacuated, the evacuation process is automatic, manual operation is not needed, the whole filling system does not have residual gas, and the filling precision and the qualification rate are high. Meanwhile, a tailing filling mode can be set, corresponding formula parameters are set according to bottle specifications, the mode of automatically switching from a normal production mode to a tailing filling mode can be realized, the filling quantity of filling pumps is sequentially closed according to the quantity of tailing by monitoring the tailing quantity in real time, and the filling quantity of filling needle heads is gradually reduced until single-needle filling is realized, so that the filling qualified rate of products is ensured to the maximum extent, the utilization rate of tailing is improved, and the waste of liquid medicine is reduced to the minimum.
