4) and when the filling quantity reaches a specified large filling threshold value (fine filling threshold value), completely closing the pipe clamping device.
When quantitative filling is carried out, the bottles are required to be not few, otherwise, the bottle filling and weighing are directly started.
(II) Loading calibration
Quantitative filling needs to be carried out the loading calibration, and on-line automatic calibration can be realized by combining the weighing device 21. The calibration logic is as follows:
after the pipe 5 is emptied, the bottles are continuously fed, when a group of bottles (containers 10) reaches above the weighing device 21, the tare weight is obtained, the quantitative filling is carried out for one time, the total weight is obtained again, the net weight is obtained, and the filling time is adjusted according to the net weight.
In the calibration process, for the bottle with lower net weight, filling and weighing can be started to supplement liquid, so that waste of liquid medicine is reduced.
(III) Normal quantitative filling stage
After the loading is calibrated, quantitative filling can be performed, and the pipe clamping device needs to be opened during quantitative filling, so that the pipeline 5 has a certain opening degree.
No bottle and no filling: during quantitative filling, if a bottle at a certain position is empty, the filling is directly switched into edge filling and edge weighing before filling, so that unstable filling quantity caused by influence on time pressure method control due to non-filling of one filling needle 4 is prevented.
(IV) quantitative filling, sampling and weighing

When the continuous unqualified products are not obtained and the calibration is not successful, the production can be switched to a side irrigation and side weighing device, and the continuous production in batch is ensured.
