Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型轮毂装饰罩，属于汽车零部件技术领域，包括发光车标、旋转支架、固定支座、轴承支架、线圈总成、后盖及固定螺栓；发光车标卡接在旋转支架的端面上，旋转支架的另一端面通过固定螺栓与后盖连接，旋转支架与后盖之间通过轴承连接有固定支座，固定支座卡接在车轮上，线圈总成被压紧在旋转支架和固定后盖之间，线圈总成通过导线与发光车标连接，固定支座上装有永磁体可以形成磁场，用于线圈总成切割磁力线形成电流；线圈总成通过切割固定支架上永磁体形成的磁力线进行发电。本发明实现车标不随着车轮的转动而转动，同时利用车轮转动带动装饰罩上的发电装置切割磁力线产生电流，实现自发光，让用户可以清晰的识别到轮毂上的车标。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车零部件技术领域，具体涉及一种新型轮毂装饰罩。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的发展及人民对美好生活的向往，汽车已经逐步走进千家万户。越来越多的人对汽车品质的要求越来越高，汽车车标的识别的和醒目程度直接影响到用户对车辆品牌的认知程度。
目前市场上只有高级别的车辆拥有自发光和不随动装置的轮毂装饰罩，简化结构降低成让广大用户都体验到这种高档感是主机厂的重要任务。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述缺陷，本发明提供了一种新型轮毂装饰罩，实现了车标不随着车轮的转动而转动，同时利用车轮转动带动装饰罩上的发电装置切割磁力线产生电流，点燃安装在车标上的LED灯组，实现自发光，让用户可以清晰的识别到轮毂上的车标。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现：
一种新型轮毂装饰罩，包括发光车标1、旋转支架2、固定支座3、轴承支架4、轴承5、线圈总成6、后盖7及固定螺栓8；所述发光车标1卡接在旋转支架2的端面上，旋转支架2的另一端面通过固定螺栓8与后盖7连接，所述旋转支架2与后盖7之间通过轴承5连接有固定支座3，固定支座3卡接在车轮上，线圈总成6被压紧在旋转支架2和固定后盖7之间，线圈总成6通过导线与发光车标1连接，所述固定支座3上装有永磁体可以形成磁场，用于线圈总成6切割磁力线形成电流；线圈总成6通过切割固定支架3上永磁体形成的磁力线进行发电。
进一步地，所述发光车标1内部集成有配重装置、集成电路板和LED灯组：配重装置是铁块或铅块等重物，主要是利用重力克服滚动轴承摩擦力实现车标不随车轮转动；集成电路板主要集成了直流发电机整流和稳压电路，用于调整电压和电流；LED灯组用于实现车标发光。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点如下：
1.本发明可以实现车轮运转时车标不随车轮转动；
2.本发明的车标可以根据要求安装不同色彩的发光原件点亮车标。

实施例1
一种新型轮毂装饰罩，包括发光车标1、旋转支架2、固定支座3、轴承支架4、轴承5、线圈总成6、后盖7及固定螺栓8；所述发光车标1卡接在旋转支架2的端面上，旋转支架2的另一端面通过固定螺栓8与后盖7连接，所述旋转支架2与后盖7之间通过轴承5连接有固定支座3，固定支座3卡接在车轮上，线圈总成6被压紧在旋转支架2和固定后盖7之间，线圈总成6通过导线与发光车标1连接，所述固定支座3上装有永磁体可以形成磁场，用于线圈总成6切割磁力线形成电流；线圈总成6通过切割固定支架3上永磁体形成的磁力线进行发电。
所述发光车标1内部集成有配重装置、集成电路板和LED灯组：配重装置是铁块或铅块等重物，主要是利用重力克服滚动轴承摩擦力实现车标不随车轮转动；集成电路板主要集成了直流发电机整流和稳压电路，用于调整电压和电流；LED灯组用于实现车标发光。
本发明的一种新型轮毂装饰罩的工作原理如下：
该轮毂装饰罩通过固定支座上的卡爪卡接在车轮中心的安装孔内，固定支座相对车轮固定，在轴承和配重块的作用下，使得旋转支架及其他零部件不随车轮转动，在车辆行驶过程中，车轮转动带动固定支座运动，与旋转支架及其他零部件形成相对转动。此时线圈总成和固定支座形成(磁场)相对运动，即线圈切割磁力线产生电流，通过发光车标上的整流稳压电路给发光车标上的LED灯组提供稳定的电源，实现LED灯组发光。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式，但是，本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节，在本发明的技术构思范围内，可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型，这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种新型轮毂装饰罩，其特征在于，包括发光车标(1)、旋转支架(2)、固定支座(3)、轴承支架(4)、轴承(5)、线圈总成(6)、后盖(7)及固定螺栓(8)；所述发光车标(1)卡接在旋转支架(2)的端面上，旋转支架(2)的另一端面通过固定螺栓(8)与后盖(7)连接，所述旋转支架(2)与后盖(7)之间通过轴承(5)连接有固定支座(3)，固定支座(3)卡接在车轮上，线圈总成(6)被压紧在旋转支架(2)和固定后盖(7)之间，线圈总成(6)通过导线与发光车标(1)连接，所述固定支座(3)上装有永磁体可以形成磁场，用于线圈总成(6)切割磁力线形成电流；线圈总成(6)通过切割固定支架(3)上永磁体形成的磁力线进行发电。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型轮毂装饰罩，其特征在于，所述发光车标(1)内部集成有配重装置、集成电路板和LED灯组：配重装置是铁块或铅块等重物，利用重力克服滚动轴承摩擦力实现车标不随车轮转动；集成电路板主要集成了直流发电机整流和稳压电路，用于调整电压和电流；LED灯组用于实现车标发光。
