When the lifting mechanism moves upwards or downwards, when one of the first steel wire rope and the third steel wire rope is simultaneously broken with one of the second steel wire rope and the fourth steel wire rope, the volute spiral spring storing the maximum rotation energy is quickly reset, and the first lifting winding wheel and the second lifting winding wheel both rotate quickly; in the process of rapid rotation of the lifting winding wheel, because the centrifugal force generated by the centrifugal block is large, the centrifugal block can slide out of the centrifugal block groove, one end of the centrifugal block extending out of the centrifugal block groove is always in contact with the two side cavity surfaces of the first mechanism cavity, when the lifting winding wheel drives the centrifugal block to rotate to the positions of the first clamping groove and the fourth guide groove, the centrifugal block is inserted into the interval formed by the first clamping groove or the fourth guide block and the top groove surface of the fourth guide groove under the action of the centrifugal force, under the sliding of the fourth guide block, the centrifugal block on the fourth guide block of the first lifting winding wheel and the second lifting winding wheel moves downwards, so that the first lifting winding wheel and the second lifting winding wheel continue to rotate, meanwhile, the traction of collision between the first steel wire rope and the second steel wire rope is avoided, the bucket turntable is in the process of downward movement, and the centrifugal blocks of the first lifting winding wheel and the second lifting winding wheel which continue to rotate sequentially and the clamping grooves of the first lifting winding wheel and the fourth guide block below and the top surface of the fourth guide groove are in the downward movement The buffer has the function of buffering and decelerating. In addition, when one of the first steel wire rope and the third steel wire rope and one of the second steel wire rope and the fourth steel wire rope are simultaneously broken, the first lifting winding wheel and the second lifting winding wheel do not drive the sliding block to move upwards to the maximum position any more through the fourth shaft, at the moment, under the action of the sliding block spring, the sliding block moves downwards to reset, and then under the extrusion of the sliding block, the limiting strip extends out of the total limiting strip hole to be contacted with the side groove surface of the first guide groove; when the lifting mechanism descends to the position where the limiting strip is opposite to the corresponding second clamping groove, the limiting strip is inserted into the corresponding second clamping groove under the extrusion of the sliding block; the lifting mechanism continuously falls down, and one end of the limiting strip has the effect of a round angle, so that the limiting strip is separated from the corresponding second clamping groove again, the limiting strip extrudes the sliding block in a small range at the moment, and the sliding block moves upwards in a small range; when the lifting mechanism continues to descend to the position where the limiting strip is opposite to the other corresponding second clamping groove, the movement of the limiting strip repeats the process until the lifting mechanism descends to the position where the lifting mechanism is not pulled up. The design that the limiting block enters and exits the second clamping groove and the centrifugal block enters and exits the first clamping groove and the fourth guide groove finally ensures that when the lifting mechanism falls to the minimum, trapped personnel on the bucket rotary table can bear slight falling impact, and the situation that the trapped personnel are injured again when encountering emergency is prevented. In the process, the initial rotation of the first lifting winding wheel and the second lifting winding wheel is driven by the scroll spring, the later rotation is driven by the shifting of the first clamping groove and the fourth guide groove, the rotating number of turns of the first lifting winding wheel and the second lifting winding wheel in the subsequent rotation is necessarily greater than the number of turns of the scroll spring which can deform, the scroll spring is necessarily damaged, and the damaged scroll spring needs to be replaced after the bucket turntable falls to the platform arm locking mechanism.
Compared with the traditional fire fighting technology, the lifting mechanism can drive the bucket turntable to continuously move upwards under the driving of the motor so as to rescue trapped people which cannot be rescued at a higher position of the aerial ladder fire truck, and meanwhile, when the auxiliary lifting mechanism meets an emergency, the lifting mechanism can still play a basic role in dealing with the emergency, so that the trapped people are prevented from being injured again when meeting the emergency. The invention has simple and safe structure and better practical effect.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 24 and 28, for any one of the two first stopper holes 87, the corresponding second stopper holes 88 and the corresponding third stopper holes 89 constitute a total stopper hole; one end of the limiting strip 83 is provided with a bevel 91, and the other end is provided with a round angle 52; two fifth guide blocks 84 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the limiting strip 83; the limiting strip 83 is arranged in the general limiting strip hole through the matching of the fifth guide block 84 and the fifth guide groove 90; a fifth guide block spring 85 is arranged between the fifth guide block 84 and the groove surface of the fifth guide groove 90; a fifth guide block spring 85 is located in the fifth guide groove 90; the stopper bar 83 slides in the overall stopper bar hole through the fifth guide block 84.
As shown in fig. 22 and 23, a connecting rod 28 is mounted on the lower plate surface of the lifting block 19; the suspension plate 17 is arranged at one end of the connecting rod 28 which is not connected with the lifting block 19; the upper plate surface of the suspension plate 17 is vertical to the side surface of the lifting winding wheel 20; a hook 16 is arranged on the lower plate surface of one end of the suspension plate 17, and two third guide blocks 25 are symmetrically arranged on the two side surfaces of the other end; two second guide shoes 24 are symmetrically installed on both side surfaces of the middle end of the suspension plate 17.
The distance between the second guide block 24 and the third guide block 25 on the same side is equal to the distance between the second guide groove 39 and the third guide groove 40; as shown in fig. 7, one end of the suspension plate 17, which is provided with the third guide block 25, is located in and slides in the rectangular guide groove, and the other end passes through the rectangular guide hole 38 and slides in the rectangular guide hole; the third guide blocks 25 are positioned in the corresponding third guide grooves 40 and slide in the third guide grooves 40; the second guide blocks 24 are positioned in the corresponding second guide grooves 39 and slide in the second guide grooves 39; as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the first guide blocks 23 are located in the corresponding first guide grooves 37; one end of the first guide block spring 48, which is not connected with the first guide block 23, is mounted on the low groove surface of the first guide groove 37 and the first guide block 23 slides in the first guide groove 37 through the first guide block spring 48; as shown in fig. 9, the eccentric block 29 is engaged with the corresponding fourth guide groove 33 and the first engaging groove 34, respectively.
As shown in fig. 6 and 19, the elevation winding wheel 20 adjacent to the second guide block 24 is named a first elevation winding wheel 62; the elevation winding wheel 20 adjacent to the third guide block 25 is named a second elevation winding wheel 63; the first lifting winding wheel 62 is in the same plane with the first fixed pulley 26 and the second fixed pulley 27; the second elevation winding wheel 63 is positioned on the same plane as the third fixed sheave 35 and the fourth fixed sheave 36.
As shown in fig. 11, the bevel 91 on the stop bar 83 cooperates with the bevel 91 on the slide block 81; one end of the stop strip 83 having the rounded corner 52 mates with the corresponding second detent slot 92.
As shown in fig. 34, one end of the first wire 53 is installed on the winding wire groove 14 of the first elevation winding wheel 62 and wound around the winding wire groove 14 of the first elevation winding wheel 62 by one turn, and the other end is installed with a first wire spring 95; one end of the third steel wire rope 93 is connected with one end of the first steel wire rope spring 95 which is not connected with the first steel wire rope 53, and the other end is connected with the power source of the aerial ladder fire truck 2 through the first fixed pulley 26 and the second fixed pulley 27.
As shown in fig. 35, one end of the second wire rope 54 is installed on the winding wire rope groove 14 of the second elevation winding wheel 63 and wound once around the winding wire rope groove 14 of the second elevation winding wheel 63, and the other end is installed with a second wire rope spring 96; one end of the fourth wire rope 94 is connected with one end of the second wire rope spring 96 which is not connected with the second wire rope 54, and the other end is connected with the power source of the aerial ladder fire truck 2 through the third fixed pulley 35 and the fourth fixed pulley 36.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the aerial ladder comprises a lifting platform 4, a bucket turntable 5, a platform arm locking mechanism 7, a platform frame 8, an annular hook sleeve 9, a motor 10, a ring sleeve 12, a platform winding wheel 13, a steel wire rope winding groove 14 and a first shaft 15, wherein the lifting platform 4 is arranged on the aerial ladder 3 as shown in fig. 1 and 3; a platform arm lock mechanism 7 is arranged on the lifting platform 4; the bucket rotary table 5 is arranged on the platform arm lock mechanism 7; the platform frame 8 is arranged on the bucket rotary table 5; the annular hook sleeve 9 is arranged on the platform frame 8; as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the motor 10 is mounted on the lifting platform 4 through a fixing block; one end of the first shaft 15 is connected with a shaft of the motor 10, and the other end is provided with a platform winding wheel 13; the ring sleeve 12 is arranged on the outer circular surface of the platform winding wheel 13, and the ring sleeve 12 is arranged on the lifting platform 4 through a fixed block; the outer circular surfaces of the two ends of the platform winding wheel 13 are respectively provided with a steel wire rope winding groove 14; the winding wire rope groove 14 on the platform winding wheel 13 close to the bucket turning table 5 is named as a first winding wire rope groove 60; another winding wire rope groove 14 on the platform winding wheel 13 is named as a second winding wire rope groove 61; the hook 16 is engaged with the loop-shaped shackle 9.
As shown in fig. 34, one end of the third wire 93 is connected to the end of the first wire spring 95 not connected to the first wire 53, and the other end is engaged with the first winding wire groove 60 of the platform winding wheel 13 via the first fixed sheave 26 and the second fixed sheave 27.
As shown in fig. 35, one end of the fourth wire rope 94 is connected to the end of the second wire spring 96 not connected to the second wire rope 54, and the other end is engaged with the second winding wire rope groove 61 of the platform winding wheel 13 via the third fixed pulley 35 and the fourth fixed pulley 36.
When the fourth guide block spring 32 is not compressed, the distance between the top groove surface of the fourth guide block 31 and the fourth guide groove 33 is equal to the width of the centrifugal block 29.
The end of the eccentric block 29 not connected with the eccentric block spring 30 has a round angle 52.
When the lifting block 19 is not pulled up, the suspension plate 17 is located at the bottom of the rectangular guide hole and the rectangular guide groove 41.
When the lift-winding wheel 20 is not being pulled up, the slider spring 82 is in a stretched state; the fifth guide spring 85 is in a compressed state; one end of the stopper 83 having the rounded corner 52 is inserted into the corresponding second catching groove 92;
when the winding wheel 20 is not pulled up, the slider 81 is not displaced upward relative to the elevator block 19 by being pressed by the two stopper bars 83.
The first and second wire ropes 53 and 54 are wound once in the winding wire rope grooves 14 of the corresponding elevator winding wire sheave in the present invention to function as: when the first wire rope 53 or the second wire rope 54 is rotated by the platform wire rope winding wheel, the first wire rope 53 or the second wire rope 54 is wound on the corresponding wire rope winding groove 14 of the platform wire rope winding wheel, and then the first wire rope 53 and the second wire rope 54 wound in the wire rope winding groove 14 of the lifting wire rope winding wheel are released, so that the lifting wire rope winding wheel is slowly rotated, and the lifting wire rope winding wheel stops rotating until the first wire rope 53 and the second wire rope 54 are released, so that the spiral spring 21 is compressed to store energy in the rotating process of the lifting wire rope winding wheel.
The scroll spring 21 functions as: when the first wire rope 53 or the second wire rope 54 is broken, the elevator coil rope wheel can be rapidly rotated under the condition that the spiral spring 21 releases energy instantly, so that the centrifugal block 29 extends out of the centrifugal block groove 50 to be matched with the first clamping groove 34.
In the invention, the sliding block 81 slides in the sliding cavity 80 through the sliding block spring 82, so that the sliding block spring 82 can make the sliding block 81 move and reset; two fourth shafts 44 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the sliding block 81, and a lifting steel wire winding rope wheel is arranged on the fourth shafts 44, so that the lifting steel wire winding rope wheel can rotate around the axis of the fourth shafts 44, and meanwhile, the up-and-down movement of the lifting steel wire winding rope can drive the sliding block 81 to move up and down through the fourth shafts 44.
The round corner 52 at one end of the limiting strip 83 is used for facilitating the movement of the limiting strip 83 into and out of the second locking groove 92.
