Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of veterinary medicines, in particular to a dog castrating agent containing traditional Chinese medicine extracts, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Castration refers to the removal or loss of sexual function of the reproductive system of an animal by means other than surgery. Aims to eliminate the libido and reproductive capacity of livestock, so that the sexual emotion of the livestock becomes mild and endurable, and the management is convenient; the meat quality of the meat animals is improved, and the yield is increased; and can also control the mating behavior in the livestock group, thereby being beneficial to the propagation and breeding of improved varieties.
The traditional method mostly adopts surgical removal, but the surgical method has the disadvantages of complicated operation, easy bleeding, easy infection, easy tetanus and malignant edema, high waste rate, high labor intensity and high cost, and needs a long recovery period after the surgery, so the normal growth of animals is greatly influenced. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop more simple and low-cost castration methods.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing the dog castrating agent containing the traditional Chinese medicine extract, which can relieve the pain of operative castration of dogs, and has convenient operation and low cost.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts a technical scheme that:
provides a castration agent for dogs containing traditional Chinese medicine extract, which comprises the following components: procaine hydrochloride, phenol, sodium chloride, polyethylene glycol, calcium chloride, potassium sorbate and water.
Further, the castrating agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10% of procaine hydrochloride, 5-8% of phenol, 1-4% of sodium chloride, 2-6% of polyethylene glycol, 2-6% of calcium chloride, 1-2% of potassium sorbate and the balance of water.
Further, the castrating agent also comprises an ephedra extract and a artemisia vulgaris extract.
