Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of pet cleaning products, in particular to a pet dry-cleaning mousse which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: phase A: 40.3% -0.8% of polyquaternium, water: the balance; phase B: 201 to 2 percent of ceteareth-201, 140.2 to 0.5 percent of polyethylene glycol, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of PEG-8 polydimethylsiloxane, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of propylene glycol and 0.1 to 0.2 percent of propylene glycol; and C phase: 8 to 10 percent of edible ethanol, 3 to 8 percent of rice starch, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of cetrimide and 0.1 to 0.5 percent of magnesium stearate; phase D: 0.4 to 0.8 percent of preservative; phase E: 8-10% of propane/butane; the invention also comprises a preparation method of the pet dry-cleaning mousse. The invention adopts rice starch, has stronger decontamination effect, can realize mild decontamination and has little residue, thereby having market prospect and being suitable for popularization.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pet cleaning products, in particular to a pet dry-cleaning mousse and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Traditional pet care products are as follows: the pet shampoo contains a large amount of surfactant, generates a large amount of foam with water, is not easy to wash clean, and wastes a large amount of water; particularly, in cold seasons, pets are not willing to have a bath even though they are afraid of water, and the washing and protecting cleaning effect is poor and the residue is large, so we propose a dry-cleaning mousse for pets and a preparation method thereof to solve the above problems.

and C phase: 8 to 10 percent of edible ethanol, 3 to 8 percent of rice starch, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of cetrimide and 0.1 to 0.5 percent of magnesium stearate;
phase D: 0.4 to 0.8 percent of preservative;
phase E: 8-10% of propane/butane.
Preferably, the preservative is one or more of propionic acid or dihydropyridine.
Preferably, the water is deionized water or softened water.
A preparation method of pet dry-cleaning mousse comprises the following steps:
s1, heating the water in the phase A to 80-85 ℃, adding polyquaternium-4 in percentage by mass, and stirring while maintaining the temperature until the polyquaternium-4 is completely dissolved;
s2, weighing the raw materials of the phase B in percentage by mass, adding the raw materials into the phase A, homogenizing for 1-3min, and stirring slowly.
S3, weighing the C-phase raw materials in percentage by mass, putting the raw materials into a clean container, mixing, and homogenizing for 1-3 min.
S4, cooling the mixture of the phase A and the phase B prepared in the step S2 to 50 ℃, adding the mixture into the phase C homogenized in the step S3, stirring and cooling to 45 ℃, adding the raw materials of the phase D and the phase E in percentage by mass, stirring uniformly, cooling to 40 ℃, and discharging.
S5, filling the discharged materials in the step S4; during filling, the mixture is filled with propane/butane according to the proportion of 8-10%, and the pressure in the bottle is controlled to be 0.35-0.45 MPa.
The pet dry-cleaning mousse and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the beneficial effects that: the invention adopts rice starch, and has stronger decontamination effect than corn starch and potato starch added in the traditional dry cleaning mousse; the polyquaternium-4 is added to be used as a cationic surfactant, so that the foaming performance and the cationic softening effect are achieved; by using ceteareth-20 and PEG-8 dimethicone as the mixed emulsifier, the dry cleaning mousse has mild detergency with little residue.

The invention is further illustrated by the following examples.
Example 1
The pet dry-cleaning mousse is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
phase A: polyquaternium-40.3%, water: the balance, wherein the water is deionized water or softened water;
phase B: ceteareth-201%, polyethylene glycol-140.2%, PEG-8 polydimethylsiloxane 0.1%, propylene glycol 0.3%, and soybean oil-based trimethyl ammonium chloride 0.1%;
and C phase: 8% of edible ethanol, 3% of rice starch, 0.1% of cetrorhium chloride and 0.1% of magnesium stearate;
phase D: 0.4% of preservative, wherein the preservative is one or more of propionic acid or dihydropyridine;
phase E: propane/butane 8%.
A preparation method of pet dry-cleaning mousse comprises the following steps:
s1, heating the water in the phase A to 80 ℃, adding polyquaternium-4 in percentage by mass, and stirring while keeping the temperature until the polyquaternium-4 is completely dissolved;
and S2, weighing the raw materials of the phase B in percentage by mass, adding the raw materials into the phase A, homogenizing for 1min, and stirring slowly.
S3, weighing the C-phase raw materials in percentage by mass, putting the raw materials into a clean container, mixing, and homogenizing for 1 min.
S4, cooling the mixture of the phase A and the phase B prepared in the step S2 to 50 ℃, adding the mixture into the phase C homogenized in the step S3, stirring and cooling to 45 ℃, adding the raw materials of the phase D and the phase E in percentage by mass, stirring uniformly, cooling to 40 ℃, and discharging.
S5, filling the discharged materials in the step S4; during filling, the mixture is filled with propane/butane according to the proportion of 8 percent, and the pressure in the bottle is controlled to be 0.35 MPa.
Example 2
The pet dry-cleaning mousse is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
phase A: polyquaternium-40.8%, water: the balance, wherein the water is deionized water or softened water;
phase B: ceteareth-202%, polyethylene glycol-140.5%, PEG-8 polydimethylsiloxane 0.3%, propylene glycol 0.5%, and soybean oil-based trimethyl ammonium chloride 0.2%;
and C phase: 10% of edible ethanol, 8% of rice starch, 0.5% of cetrorhiza chloride and 0.5% of magnesium stearate;
phase D: 0.8% of preservative, wherein the preservative is one or more of propionic acid or dihydropyridine;
phase E: propane/butane 10%.
A preparation method of pet dry-cleaning mousse comprises the following steps:
s1, heating the water in the phase A to 85 ℃, adding polyquaternium-4 in percentage by mass, and stirring while maintaining the temperature until the polyquaternium-4 is completely dissolved;
and S2, weighing the raw materials of the phase B in percentage by mass, adding the raw materials into the phase A, homogenizing for 3min, and stirring slowly.
S3, weighing the C-phase raw materials in percentage by mass, putting the raw materials into a clean container, mixing, and homogenizing for 3 min.
S4, cooling the mixture of the phase A and the phase B prepared in the step S2 to 50 ℃, adding the mixture into the phase C homogenized in the step S3, stirring and cooling to 45 ℃, adding the raw materials of the phase D and the phase E in percentage by mass, stirring uniformly, cooling to 40 ℃, and discharging.
S5, filling the discharged materials in the step S4; during filling, the mixture is filled with propane/butane according to the proportion of 10 percent, and the pressure in the bottle is controlled to be 0.45 MPa.
Example 3
The pet dry-cleaning mousse is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
phase A: polyquaternium-40.7%, water: the balance, wherein the water is deionized water or softened water;
phase B: ceteareth-201.5%, polyethylene glycol-140.4%, PEG-8 polydimethylsiloxane 0.2%, propylene glycol 0.4%, soybean oil-based trimethyl ammonium chloride 0.2%;
and C phase: 9% of edible ethanol, 6% of rice starch, 0.4% of cetrorhium chloride and 0.3% of magnesium stearate;
phase D: 0.7% of preservative, wherein the preservative is one or more of propionic acid or dihydropyridine;
phase E: propane/butane 7%.
A preparation method of pet dry-cleaning mousse comprises the following steps:
s1, heating the water in the phase A to 83 ℃, adding polyquaternium-4 in percentage by mass, and stirring while keeping the temperature until the polyquaternium-4 is completely dissolved;
and S2, weighing the raw materials of the phase B in percentage by mass, adding the raw materials into the phase A, homogenizing for 2min, and stirring slowly.
S3, weighing the C-phase raw materials in percentage by mass, putting the raw materials into a clean container, mixing, and homogenizing for 2 min.
S4, cooling the mixture of the phase A and the phase B prepared in the step S2 to 50 ℃, adding the mixture into the phase C homogenized in the step S3, stirring and cooling to 45 ℃, adding the raw materials of the phase D and the phase E in percentage by mass, stirring uniformly, cooling to 40 ℃, and discharging.
S5, filling the discharged materials in the step S4; during filling, the mixture is filled with propane/butane according to the proportion of 9 percent, and the pressure in the bottle is controlled to be 0.4 MPa.
The pet hair cleaning agent is characterized in that the can body is shaken when the pet hair cleaning agent is used, a spray head is pressed, a proper amount of foam is smeared on pet hair, fingers or a soft comb are used for gently combing the pet hair to the root of the hair until the hair disappears, and the pet hair cleaning agent can be repeatedly used as required; the polyquaternium-4 is added to be used as a cationic surfactant, so that the foaming performance and the cationic softening effect are achieved; by using ceteareth-20 and PEG-8 dimethicone as the mixed emulsifier, the dry cleaning mousse has mild detergency with little residue.

phase B: 201 to 2 percent of ceteareth-201, 140.2 to 0.5 percent of polyethylene glycol, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of PEG-8 polydimethylsiloxane, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of propylene glycol and 0.1 to 0.2 percent of soybean oil-based trimethyl ammonium chloride;
and C phase: 8 to 10 percent of edible ethanol, 3 to 8 percent of rice starch, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of cetrimide and 0.1 to 0.5 percent of magnesium stearate;
phase D: 0.4 to 0.8 percent of preservative;
phase E: 8-10% of propane/butane.
2. The dry cleaning mousse for pet according to claim 1 wherein the preservative is one or more of propionic acid or dihydropyridine.
3. The dry cleaning mousse for pet according to claim 1 wherein the water is deionized or demineralized.
4. A process for the preparation of a dry-cleaning mousse for pets according to claims 1-3, comprising the steps of:
s1, heating the water in the phase A to 80-85 ℃, adding polyquaternium-4 in percentage by mass, and stirring while maintaining the temperature until the polyquaternium-4 is completely dissolved;
s2, weighing each raw material of the phase B in percentage by mass, adding the raw materials into the phase A, homogenizing for 1-3min, and stirring slowly;
s3, weighing the C-phase raw material in percentage by mass, putting the raw material into a clean container, mixing, and homogenizing for 1-3 min;
s4, cooling the mixture of the phase A and the phase B prepared in the step S2 to 50 ℃, adding the mixture into the phase C after the homogenization treatment in the step S3, stirring and cooling to 45 ℃, adding the raw materials of the phase D and the phase E in percentage by mass, stirring uniformly, cooling to 40 ℃, and discharging;
s5, filling the discharged materials in the step S4; during filling, the mixture is filled with propane/butane according to the proportion of 8-10%, and the pressure in the bottle is controlled to be 0.35-0.45 MPa.
