本发明涉及医疗技术领域,具体为一种心内科术后康复护理训练装置。
背景技术
心脏内科又称心脏病学或心脏科,是医学上专门研究心脏或血管疾病的学科。心脏内科和心脏外科都是以治疗心血管或心脏引起的疾病。心脏外科以手术治疗为主,如心脏搭桥术、先天性心脏病手术、瓣膜置换术等;心内科以药物治疗为主,也包括心脏介入,无创或微创手术如冠状动脉置管手术。
但是在患者进行完心内手术后,普遍身体虚弱,因而不能进行高强度的运动,只能静卧在病床后疗养,然而长时间身体运动量少会造成血液不循环,很容易导致腿脚浮肿,严重时甚至会出现褥疮等症状,因此病人不能整天待在病房里,而需要经常到户外透气散心,从而增加病人身体的恢复速度,但是现存的办法是利用轮椅将患者移动到户外进行放松,但是这样的方式只能放松病人的心情,而不能加快病人的血液循环,因此提出了一种心内科术后康复护理训练装置。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种心内科术后康复护理训练装置,解决了心内科术后的病人长时间身体运动量少会造成血液不循环,很容易导致腿脚浮肿,严重时甚至会出现褥疮等症状的问题。
(二)技术方案
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种心内科术后康复护理训练装置,包括支撑座,所述支撑座上侧开设有凹槽,且凹槽内设置有多个支撑轴,且支撑轴两端分别活动连接在凹槽的前后两侧面上,所述支撑轴上固定连接有活血辊,所述支撑座水平端前后两侧壁均固定连接有防护板,所述支撑座下侧面左右两端分别固定连接有两个固定板一以及固定板二,且前后两端的固定板一以及固定板二的相对面分别与横板的左右两端固定连接,且前后两端的固定板一的底端活动连接有同一根转轴一,所述转轴一的前后两端分别设置在两个固定板一的相背面并均固定连接有大滚轮,且前后两端的固定板二的底端活动连接有同一根转轴二,所述转轴二的前后两端分别设置在两个固定板二的相背面并固定连接有小滚轮,两个所述固定板二之间设置有皮带轮一,所述皮带轮一固定连接在转轴二上,所述皮带轮一通过皮带传动连接皮带轮二,且皮带轮二固定连接在转动轴后端,所述转动轴两端分别活动连接在两个横板的相对面上,且皮带轮二前侧设置有凸轮,所述凸轮固定连接在转动轴上,所述凸轮左侧搭接有活动杆,所述活动杆活动连接在连接板开设的活动槽内,所述连接板的前后两侧面分别与两个固定板二的相对面固定连接,所述活动杆与连接板的相对面分别与弹簧的两端固定连接,所述活动杆的左侧搭接有活动板。
优选的,所述支撑座左侧开设有活动槽,所述活动槽内设置有连接轴一,且连接轴一前后两端与活动槽的前后两端活动连接,且连接轴一上固定连接有活动板。
优选的,两个所述固定板一的相对面分别与放置箱的前后两侧面固定连接。
优选的,所述支撑座右侧面前后两端均固定连接有支撑把,所述支撑把上固定连接有防滑套。
优选的,所述支撑座竖直端左侧固定连接有靠垫。

该心内科术后康复护理训练装置,通过工作人员或者家属利用支撑把以及防滑套推动该装置,同时通过大滚轮以及小滚轮方便推动者推动,而且通过小滚轮、转轴二、皮带轮一、皮带、皮带轮二、转动轴、凸轮、活动杆以及弹簧使活动板左右移动,进而带动病人的腿部上下移动,从而带动病人的身体进行小范围活动,使病人通过多个活血辊对自身进行按摩活血,最终解决了心内科术后的病人长时间身体运动量少会造成血液不循环,很容易导致腿脚浮肿,严重时甚至会出现褥疮等症状的问题。

如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种心内科术后康复护理训练装置,包括支撑座4,支撑座4上侧开设有凹槽10,且凹槽10内设置有多个支撑轴8,凹槽10的设置是为了放置多个活血辊7,且支撑轴8两端分别活动连接在凹槽10的前后两侧面上,支撑轴8上固定连接有活血辊7,活血辊7的设置是为了按摩病人身体,进而促进病人的血液循环,支撑座4水平端前后两侧壁均固定连接有防护板5,防护板5的设置是为了增加该装置的安全性,进而增加病人使用该装置的安全性,支撑座4下侧面左右两端分别固定连接有两个固定板一13以及固定板二27,且前后两端的固定板一13以及固定板二27的相对面分别与横板17的左右两端固定连接,固定板一13,固定板二27以及横板17的设置是为了支撑该装置,从而保证该装置的稳定性,且前后两端的固定板一13的底端活动连接有同一根转轴一16,转轴一16的前后两端分别设置在两个固定板一13的相背面并均固定连接有大滚轮15,大滚轮15以及小滚轮23的设置均是为了方便该装置的移动,且前后两端的固定板二27的底端活动连接有同一根转轴二22,转轴二22的前后两端分别设置在两个固定板二27的相背面并固定连接有小滚轮23,小滚轮23的设置能够加快转轴二22的转动速度,从而增加皮带轮一21以及皮带轮二的转动速度,之后使得凸轮18转动速度增加,同时加快活动杆26左右移动的速度,活动杆26的左右移动加速使得活动板1的晃动速度适中,从而带动病人的轻微活动,进而配合多个活血辊7对病人进行按摩,达到促进病人血液循环的目的,两个固定板二27之间设置有皮带轮一21,皮带轮一21固定连接在转轴二22上,皮带轮一21通过皮带20传动连接皮带轮二,且皮带轮二固定连接在转动轴19后端,转动轴19两端分别活动连接在两个横板17的相对面上,横板17的设置是为了支撑转动轴19,且皮带轮二前侧设置有凸轮18,凸轮18固定连接在转动轴19上,凸轮18左侧搭接有活动杆26,活动杆26活动连接在连接板25开设的活动槽3内,连接板25的前后两侧面分别与两个固定板二27的相对面固定连接,连接板25的设置是为了支撑弹簧24以及活动杆26,进而使得该装置能够正常使用,活动杆26与连接板25的相对面分别与弹簧24的两端固定连接,活动杆26的左侧搭接有活动板1。
支撑座4左侧开设有活动槽3,活动槽3内设置有连接轴一2,且连接轴一2前后两端与活动槽3的前后两端活动连接,且连接轴一2上固定连接有活动板1,这样的设置能够使得活动板1能够左右移动,进而对病人产生活动的效果,进而配合活血辊7对病人的血液进行促进循环,从而避免腿脚浮肿、褥疮等症状。
两个固定板一13的相对面分别与放置箱14的前后两侧面固定连接,放置箱14能够增加该装置的实用性。
支撑座4右侧面前后两端均固定连接有支撑把12,支撑把12上固定连接有防滑套11,支撑把12以及防滑套11的设置能够方便他人推动该装置。
支撑座4竖直端左侧固定连接有靠垫9,防护板5上侧面固定连接有软垫6,靠垫9以及软垫6均是为了增加病人使用该装置的舒适性。
本发明的操作步骤为:
装置使用时,首先将病人移动到支撑座4上,然后由工作人员或者家属利用支撑把12以及防滑套11推动该装置,同时通过大滚轮15以及小滚轮23方便推动者推动,而且在左侧的小滚轮23转动时会带动转轴二22转动,转轴二22转动会带动皮带轮一21转动,皮带轮一21转动会通过皮带20带动皮带轮二转动,皮带轮二转动带动转动轴19转动,转动轴19转动带动凸轮18转动,凸轮18转动使得活动杆26向左移动,同时弹簧24会在凸轮18转动过程中使得活动杆26向右移动,进而使得活动板1左右移动,活动板1左右移动会带动病人的腿部上下移动,进而带动病人的身体进行小范围活动,而且在病人小范围移动时病人会通过多个活血辊7对自身进行按摩活血,而且该装置设置有放置箱14可以放置些病人需要的物品。
