1. A preparation method of edible aerosol with calming and sleep-aiding functions is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, crushing 88-95 parts of red dates and 5-12 parts of spina date seeds, adding water, and boiling for 40-120 min, wherein the material-liquid ratio is 1: 6-10; filtering to obtain jujube liquid;
step 2, peeling oranges, squeezing pulp and peel together to obtain juice, wherein the pulp accounts for 60-70 parts, the peel accounts for 3-6 parts, and the water accounts for 24-37 parts, and filtering to obtain orange juice
And step 3: mixing the liquid obtained in the step (1) and the liquid obtained in the step (2), wherein the liquid obtained in the step (1) is 20-30 parts, and the liquid obtained in the step (2) is 70-80 parts, so as to obtain a jujube and orange mixed solution;
