The application provides a low temperature resistant suspending agent containing spirotetramat and flonicamid; the low-temperature resistant suspending agent can improve the low-temperature resistant capability of crops by improving the content of proline and soluble sugar, and reduce the cold injury stress of crops caused by low temperature. The low-temperature resistant suspending agent has a remarkable effect, is safe and reliable, and provides a new way for reducing the damage of low temperature to crops.

Technical Field
The invention is suitable for the agricultural preparation technology, in particular to the field of low-temperature resistant agricultural preparations, and specifically provides a low-temperature resistant suspending agent containing spirotetramat and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the growing process of crops, the crops often suffer from low temperature hazards, such as sudden temperature drop caused by late spring coldness, continuous low temperature caused by continuous rainy days and the like. The low temperature stress seriously affects the flower bud differentiation and normal metabolic function of crops, and can cause large-area destructive economic loss under extreme conditions. Reports of low temperature stress are often found in media, such as large-area flower falling of northern apples caused by late spring coldness, large yield reduction of Guangxi oranges caused by sudden low temperature drop, and the like. Although numerous studies have been made on the molecular machine for preventing low-temperature damage of various crops including citrus, no practical solution has been proposed yet. In conclusion, the growers need a scheme and a technology for improving the low temperature resistance of crops.
Flonicamid (British name: flonicamid, molecular formula: C)9H6F3N3O) is a pyridine amide (or nicotinamide) insecticide with novel action, efficiently prevents and treats piercing-sucking mouthpart pests such as aphids, plant hoppers, whiteflies and the like, has novel action mechanism, has no cross resistance with other insecticides sold in the market at present, and particularly has low toxicity to bees.
Spirotetramat (English name: spirotetramat, molecular formula: C)21H27NO5) Is a tetronic acid compound, has unique action characteristics, can be conducted in two directions in crops, and can efficiently prevent various sucking mouthparts pests, such as aphids, thrips, psyllids, mealybugs, whiteflies, scale insects and the like.
At present, no report exists on the improvement of the low-temperature damage resistance of crops by using spirotetramat and/or flonicamid.
Disclosure of Invention
The applicant has unexpectedly found in pesticide development that the early spraying of the combination of spirotetramat, particularly spirotetramat and flonicamid can improve the content of proline and soluble sugar in crops and improve the low-temperature damage resistance of crops, and the molecular mechanism of the combination can be related to CBF gene expression (only supposing that the specific molecular mechanism is under the co-study with cooperative units, no clear research result is available).
The invention aims to: provides a low-temperature resistant suspending agent containing spirotetramat and a preparation method thereof, aiming at improving the low-temperature resistance of crops and reducing the stress of low temperature to the crops by spraying in advance.
On one hand, the invention provides a low-temperature resistant suspending agent containing spirotetramat, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 15-20% of spirotetramat, 1-10% of antifreeze agent, 1-15% of dispersant, 1-5% of wetting agent, 0.1-5% of thickening agent, 0.2-1.5% of defoaming agent, 0.05-0.9% of mildew preventive, 0.1-2% of pH value regulator and the balance of water; the antifreeze agent is one or more of zinc sulfate, ferrous sulfate, calcium nitrate, magnesium nitrate, melatonin, pentaerythritol, glycerol, propylene glycol, glycerol, ethylene glycol and urea.

On the other hand, the invention provides a method for preparing the spirotetramat-containing low-temperature resistant suspending agent, which is characterized in that a wet grinding method is adopted, spirotetramat, optional flonicamid, an antifreeze agent, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a thickening agent, a defoaming agent, a mildew preventive, a pH value regulator and carrier water are stirred into uniform slurry, repeated circulating sanding is carried out through a horizontal sanding machine, and the product can be packaged after the particle size meets the requirement.
On the other hand, the invention provides the application of the prepared low-temperature resistant suspending agent containing spirotetramat in improving the low-temperature resistance of crops and relieving the cold injury stress of low temperature to the crops.

15% of spirotetramat (active ingredient);
flonicamid 10% (effective component);
0.5 percent of zinc sulfate (antifreeze);
1% of calcium nitrate (antifreeze);
melatonin 0.5% (antifreeze);
1% glycerol (antifreeze);
6% of lignosulfonate (dispersant);
agricultural milk 602# (wetting agent) 3%;
xanthan gum (thickener) 2.5%;
1% of organic silicon defoaming agent (defoaming agent);
sodium benzoate (preservative) 0.5%;
1% of diethanolamine (pH regulator);
deionized water to make up 100%.
According to the formula, raw medicines and auxiliary agents are dispersed in water in a dispersion tank with a high-speed stirrer, and are fully crushed and mixed; then conveying the coarsely crushed mixture into a grinding mill by using a quantitative pump, and finely crushing; and mixing the thickening agent liquid, uniformly mixing the materials, and repeatedly and circularly sanding the materials by a horizontal sanding machine to prepare the low-temperature resistant suspending agent containing the spirotetramat.

Example 8
An indoor test for determining the low temperature resistance of citrus seedlings using the suspending agents of examples 1-7 of the present invention was as follows:

3. Test materials: the citrus seedlings to be tested are all bred by commercially available seeds. Preheating citrus stock seeds in a water bath kettle at 50 ℃ for 5min, adjusting the temperature to 56 ℃, soaking for 50min, airing, and placing the seeds in a seedling tray for soil culture. Claims (9)

The low-temperature resistant suspending agent containing spirotetramat is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 15-20% of spirotetramat, 1-10% of antifreeze agent, 1-15% of dispersant, 1-5% of wetting agent, 0.1-5% of thickening agent, 0.2-1.5% of defoaming agent, 0.05-0.9% of mildew preventive, 0.1-2% of pH value regulator and the balance of water; the antifreeze agent is one or more of zinc sulfate, ferrous sulfate, calcium nitrate, magnesium nitrate, melatonin, pentaerythritol, glycerol, propylene glycol, glycerol, ethylene glycol and urea.
