Background
In stores such as unmanned supermarkets and the like, the main realization principle at present is to reduce manual participation and enable customers to finish independent shopping and settlement in the supermarkets.

As an alternative embodiment, the shop workbench 11 is further configured to determine and generate a control instruction according to the identity information identified by the image information; the system further comprises: and the intelligent sound box device 23 is used for receiving the control instruction sent by the store workbench 11, generating corresponding audio information according to the control instruction, and playing the audio information.
According to the embodiment of the application, after the shop workbench 11 identifies the images collected by the image collection device, the shop workbench can generate corresponding control instructions according to the identified identity information, so that personalized services are provided for consumers; the store system further comprises a smart sound box device 23, which can receive the control instruction sent by the store workbench 11, generate corresponding audio information according to the control instruction, and play the audio information.
For example, image information of a consumer can be recognized through the store workbench 11 for facial recognition, identity information of the consumer such as mr. a is determined, and then a personalized welcome word such as mr. a is welcomed can be played to the consumer through the smart sound box device 23.
As an optional embodiment, the store workbench 11 is further configured to send, when the identity information of the consumer is identified according to the image information, product preference information corresponding to the identity information to the smart sound box device 23, where the product preference information is preference information that the consumer has when purchasing a product; and the smart sound box device 23 is further configured to play the preference information.
According to the embodiment of the application, after the shop workbench 11 identifies the image collected by the image collecting device, the discount information corresponding to the identity information of the consumer can be determined and sent to the intelligent sound box device 23, and the sound box device plays the discount information to prompt the consumer to give a discount.
Optionally, the benefit information of the consumer may be bound with the identity information of the consumer, for example, if the consumer obtains a benefit through a terminal such as a mobile phone, the benefit information may be bound with the identity information registered in advance in the terminal, and then in the process of payment by the consumer in an store, the benefit information of the consumer may be obtained by identifying the identity information of the consumer, so as to provide a benefit to a bill paid by the consumer.
As an alternative embodiment, the system further comprises: a vending machine 25 for providing a selling service of goods and transmitting goods sales information generated when the vending machine 25 performs goods transaction to the store workbench 11; the store workbench 11 counts the sales information of the goods generated by the vending machine 25, and determines the replenishment information of the vending machine 25 according to the counting result.
In the above embodiment of the present application, the vending machine 25 may send the commodity sales information generated during commodity transaction to the store workbench 11, and the store workbench 11 performs statistics according to the commodity sales information, and determines whether the vending machine 25 needs replenishment according to the statistical result, thereby providing the replenishment information of the vending machine 25, and thus managing the vending machine 25 is achieved.
Alternatively, the vending machine 25 may help the store to extend the working time, and the store may perform 24-hour delayed business operation through the vending machine 25, and at the same time, synchronize the commodity sales information generated when the vending machine 25 performs commodity transaction to the store workbench 11, and be managed by the store workbench 11 in a unified manner.
As an alternative embodiment, the system further comprises: the consumption terminal 27 is configured to send dynamic information of the store to the member device, where the dynamic information includes at least one of: commodity information of the arrived commodity and preferential information of the purchased commodity; the shop workbench 11 is further configured to send the offer information of the goods to the payment account of the consumer through the consumption terminal 27.
In the above embodiment of the present application, the consumption terminal 27 may send dynamic information such as commodity information of the delivered commodities, preferential information of the purchased commodities, and the like to the member terminal; and the consumption terminal 27 can establish communication connection with the store workbench 11, and in the process of consumption of the consumer, the store workbench 11 can send the preference information of the commodity to the payment account number of the consumer through the consumption terminal 27, so that the consumer can receive the bill for consumption.
It should be noted that the consumption terminal 27 may be a terminal device such as a mobile phone used by a consumer, and the consumer uses a corresponding account to log in the APP of the member device, so that the account logged in the member device by the consumer is a payment account during the store consumption process, and the consumer can obtain dynamic information such as commodity information of the goods being purchased and benefit information of the purchased goods through the member device in real time.
Alternatively, the store may send the dynamic information to a terminal device such as a mobile phone of the consumer in real time, and when the consumer arrives at the store, the sent dynamic information may be checked and sold through the first POS machine 13 or the second POS machine 21.
As an alternative embodiment, the system further comprises: the interactive equipment 29 is used for providing a human-computer interaction interface, identifying human-computer interaction operation information of a consumer and the interactive equipment 29, and generating commodity preference information when commodities are purchased on the basis of the human-computer interaction operation information; and/or to present multimedia information of the store.
In the above embodiment of the present application, the interactive device 29 may provide a human-computer interaction interface, identify human-computer interaction operation information between a consumer and the interactive device 29, and generate commodity preference information when purchasing commodities based on the human-computer interaction operation information; the multimedia information of the store can be displayed through the interactive equipment 29, and the commodities of the store can be displayed and publicized.
It should be noted that the interactive device 29 may provide a human-computer interaction interface, and simultaneously display the multimedia information of the store, or may separately display the multimedia information of the store.
Alternatively, the multimedia information of the store can promote the goods of the store in the form of multimedia.
Optionally, the interactive device 29 includes an interactive screen, which can be placed at a door position of a store to interact with a consumer and issue a preference message, and can also provide some information display positions in the interactive screen to promote goods in the store and attract the consumer to the store.
Specifically, the interactive device 29 may display the preference of the store, so that the consumer may operate the interactive device 29 to generate the human-computer interaction operation information, and determine the preference information of the product corresponding to the human-computer interaction operation information, thereby completing the function of providing the preference information to the consumer.
Optionally, the interactive device 29 may include a camera device, configured to collect identity information of the consumer, and bind the benefit information with the identity information of the consumer after the consumer obtains the benefit information.
Optionally, the interaction device 29 may further communicate with a terminal device such as a mobile phone used by the consumer, and after the consumer obtains the benefit information, send the benefit information to the terminal device such as the mobile phone of the consumer, and since the terminal device used by the consumer logs in the identity information of the consumer, the binding between the identity information of the consumer and the benefit information may be implemented by the terminal device used by the consumer.
As an alternative embodiment, the shop workbench 11 is further configured to determine the number of sold commodities according to the commodity sales information collected by the first POS machine 13; and updating pre-stored commodity inventory information according to the number of sold commodities, and generating alarm information when the quantity of commodities indicated by the commodity inventory information is less than a preset threshold value.
In the embodiment of the present application, the store workbench 11 determines the number of sold commodities from the commodity sales information generated in the commodity transaction process, updates the pre-stored commodity inventory information according to the number of sold commodities, and generates the alarm information when the number of commodities indicated by the commodity inventory information is smaller than the preset threshold value, so as to prompt the store to replenish the commodities.
As an alternative embodiment, the store workbench 11 is further configured to detect the time of the product in the product inventory information; and when the in-store time reaches the preset time, generating prompt information.
In the above embodiment of the present application, the store workbench 11 detects the time of the product in the product inventory information, and generates the prompt information to prompt the overstock of the product due to too long time in the store when the time of the product in the store reaches the preset time.
According to the embodiment of the application, the shop workbench 11 can analyze data sent by each device in the shop, and remind of replenishment when the inventory goods are insufficient; when the stocked commodities are overstocked, the promotion is reminded to be carried out.
The present application also provides a preferred embodiment that provides an intelligent store system for off-line convenience stores.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a smart store system according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the smart store system can be used in off-line convenience stores and peripheral shopping areas, and includes: store workbench 11, first POS machine 13, electronic price tag (i.e., electronic price tag device 15), smart camera (i.e., image capture device 17), portable POS machine (i.e., second POS machine 21), smart speaker device, self-service unmanned vending machine/cabinet (i.e., vending machine 25), consumer terminal 27, interactive screen + cloud shelf (i.e., interactive device 29), and so forth.
In some embodiments of the present application, the store workbench is configured to perform the following functions: store entrance or registration, takeaway fulfillment, marketing management, data reporting, operation analysis, member management and seismograph data analysis.
The first POS machine is used for realizing the following functions: establishing commodity files, commodity sales, sales data, member management, warehouse entry and exit management, retail general ordering, intelligent vending machine management, daily store task small assistants, customer screen brand business marketing, commodity group goods information, order receiving reminding and new service opening reminding.
In some embodiments of the present application, the electronic price tag device is configured to, in addition to displaying price information, perform the following functions: the brand merchants promote commodities, the online drainage and lubrication are realized, and the commodity information is synchronized by one key.
The intelligent camera is used for realizing the following functions: passenger flow statistics, member identification, member information display and passenger flow data acquisition.
Optionally, the portable POS machine is configured to implement the following functions: the goods archives, the service code is received, LST goods are tested, the goods are rolled, the order is made, and the cash is received in a moving mode.
Optionally, the smart speaker device is configured to implement the following functions: successful transaction singing, takeaway order taking reminding, voice-electronic price tag price setting, marketing activity suggestion and c interaction.
Optionally, the vending machine is adapted to implement the following functions: the method comprises the steps of 24-hour delayed business, face-sweeping payment combination, coupon verification and sale, interactive game linkage and background data synchronization.
Optionally, the consumer terminal is configured to implement the following functions: consumer coupon, activity marketing, member management of small stores and real-time pushing of preferential activities.
Optionally, the interactive device is configured to implement the following functions: the game-coupon, the increase of advertisement of the brand merchant, the scanning of the code-receiving coupon, the scanning of the code payment, the attention of the small shop called member, the smile discount and the marketing display area are interacted.
Optionally, the smart store system is used for docking all the devices in the open store in the background and linking all the devices together. The relationship among the devices in the store system is complex, and the main purpose is to achieve the functions of information collection, common use, analysis, distribution, reminding and the like.
Optionally, the store workbench 11 is equivalent to a brain for collecting, displaying, analyzing and controlling data provided by each device of the store.
Alternatively, the first POS machine 13 is used to collect store data information such as sales information of commodities, member information, payment information, and the like.
Optionally, the intelligent second POS machine 21 is also used for collecting store data information, and is mainly used for collecting goods loading information, replenishment information, inventory information and the like of goods in the store, and loading, replenishment, inventory and the like of goods in the store. And also for supplementing the cash register function of the first POS machine 13.
Optionally, the electronic price tag device is used to display promotional information while also maintaining a real-time data connection with the workstation.
Alternatively, the interactive screen, i.e., interactive device 29, may be prevented from being located at the door of the store for interaction with the consumer and for issuing offers to the consumer to attract the consumer to the store. At the same time, the interactive screen also displays some information of the store in the display position.
Optionally, the intelligent camera, i.e., the image acquisition device 17, may acquire image information such as a portrait of the consumer, so as to be used by the store workbench 11 for identifying the consumer, and after identifying facial information, i.e., identity information, of the consumer, the member information of the consumer may be determined according to the facial information of the consumer, and the welcome word may be played directly through the intelligent speaker device.
Alternatively, the vending machine 25 may help the store extend the working time so that the store may perform 24-hour delayed business through the vending machine 25 while also synchronizing the information that the vending machine 25 sells goods, i.e., the second sales information, to the store workbench 11.
It should be noted that the customer express car is a member system of the simultaneous stores, and can send the real-time information of the stores to the mobile phone end (i.e. member device) of the customer, and the customer goes to the store and checks and sells through the first POS machine 13 or the second POS machine 21.
Alternatively, the branded merchant may send a coupon (i.e., coupon information) directly to the C-end consumer through the store workbench 11, and the C-end consumer receives the coupon through the mobile phone pass-through interface of the member device, so that the merchant may check and sell the coupon through the first POS machine 13 or the self-service unmanned vending machine when arriving at the store.
In some embodiments of the present application, the consumer may play the game via the interactive shopping guide screen (i.e., interactive device 29) to obtain the coupon, and then verify the sale via the first POS 13 or the vending machine.
Optionally, the brand merchant may send a coupon to the C-end consumer directly through the store workbench 11, and if the C-end consumer does not know that the coupon is owned by the consumer, when the consumer goes to a store to shop, the consumer may be subjected to face recognition by collecting a portrait (i.e., image information) of the consumer through the camera, so as to recognize the member information of the consumer. When the consumer pays through first POS 13, smart speaker device will notify the consumer which coupons it has and prompt the consumer that coupons it has available.
An embodiment of the present application provides a data processing method in a store-and-store system, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
step S302, data information from equipment in a store is acquired, wherein the equipment at least comprises: the system comprises a first POS machine, electronic price tag equipment and image acquisition equipment;
step S304, updating background data of a shop workbench according to shop data information collected by the first POS machine, wherein the shop data information includes at least one of the following: the commodity sales information, the member information and the payment information are collected by the first POS machine;
step S306, identifying the image information of the consumer collected by the image collecting device to obtain the identity information of the consumer; sending the member information corresponding to the identity information to the first POS machine;
and step S308, sending the price tag information of the commodities in the store to the electronic price tag equipment so as to display the price tag information of the commodities.
It should be noted that the execution sequence of steps S304 to S308 can be flexibly adjusted, that is, the execution sequence of steps S304 to S308 can be interchanged; in some embodiments of the present application, steps S304 to S308 may also be performed simultaneously.
In some embodiments of the present application, the portable device may also be used to collect information about the goods, for example, receive information about at least one of the following items in the store collected by the second POS machine: the second POS machine is a portable POS machine; determining the quantity of the commodities in the store according to the at least one piece of information; and updating the quantity of the commodities stored in the shop workbench. The second POS, as a supplement to the first POS, may also receive payment information of the consumer, for example, the second POS scans a barcode of a commodity to obtain price information of the commodity; receiving the scanning of the second POS machine to complete the collection of the goods payment.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a data processing apparatus in a store-and-store system, where the apparatus is configured to implement the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 3, and as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes:
an obtaining module 40, configured to obtain data information from a device in a store, where the device at least includes: the system comprises a first POS machine, electronic price tag equipment and image acquisition equipment;
an updating module 42, configured to update background data of a store workbench according to store data information collected by the first POS machine, where the store data information includes at least one of: the commodity sales information, the member information and the payment information are collected by the first POS machine;
the identity recognition module 44 is configured to recognize the image information of the consumer collected by the image collection device, so as to obtain the identity information of the consumer; sending the member information corresponding to the identity information to the first POS machine;
a sending module 46, configured to send price tag information of the goods in the store to the electronic price tag device, so as to display the price tag information of the goods.
It should be noted that, reference may be made to the description related to the embodiments shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 for a preferred embodiment mode of the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and details are not repeated here.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computing device, as shown in fig. 5, where the computing device 50 includes: a processor 502; a memory 504 for providing instructions to the processor for performing the following process steps: acquiring data information from a device in a store, wherein the device at least comprises: the system comprises a first POS machine, electronic price tag equipment and image acquisition equipment; updating background data of a shop workbench according to shop data information collected by the first POS machine, wherein the shop data information comprises at least one of the following: the commodity sales information, the member information and the payment information are collected by the first POS machine; identifying the image information of the consumer, which is acquired by the image acquisition equipment, to obtain the identity information of the consumer; sending the member information corresponding to the identity information to the first POS machine; and sending the price tag information of the commodities in the store to the electronic price tag equipment so as to display the price tag information of the commodities.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the computing device 50 includes one or more (shown in the figures as 502a, 502b, … …, 502 n) processors 502 (the processors 502 may include, but are not limited to, a processing device such as a microprocessor MCU or a programmable logic device FPGA), a memory 504 for storing data, and a transmission module 506 for communication functions. Besides, the method can also comprise the following steps: a display, an input/output interface (I/O interface), a Universal Serial Bus (USB) port (which may be included as one of the ports of the I/O interface), a network interface, a power source, and/or a camera. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 5 is only an illustration and is not intended to limit the structure of the electronic device. For example, computer terminal 50 may also include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 5, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 5.
It should be noted that the one or more processors 502 and/or other data processing circuitry described above may be referred to generally herein as "data processing circuitry". The data processing circuitry may be embodied in whole or in part in software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. Further, the data processing circuit may be a single stand-alone processing module, or incorporated in whole or in part into any of the other elements in the computer terminal 50 (or mobile device). As referred to in the embodiments of the application, the data processing circuit acts as a processor control (e.g. selection of a variable resistance termination path connected to the interface).
The memory 504 may be used to store software programs and modules of application software, and the processor 502 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the software programs and modules stored in the memory 504, i.e., implementing the vulnerability detection method of the application program. The memory 504 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, the memory 504 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 502, which may be connected to the computer terminal 50 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The transmission module 506 is used to receive or transmit data via a network. Specific examples of the network described above may include a wireless network provided by a communication provider of the computer terminal 50. In one example, the transmission module 506 includes a Network Interface Controller (NIC) that can be connected to other Network devices through a base station to communicate with the internet. In one example, the transmission module 506 may be a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used for communicating with the internet in a wireless manner.
The display may be, for example, a touch screen type Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) that may enable a user to interact with the user interface of the computer terminal 50.
The above-mentioned serial numbers of the embodiments of the present application are merely for description and do not represent the merits of the embodiments.
In the above embodiments of the present application, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed technology can be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one type of division of logical functions, and there may be other divisions when actually implemented, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, units or modules, and may be in an electrical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be substantially implemented or contributed to by the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and it should be noted that those skilled in the art can make several improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present application, and these improvements and modifications should also be considered as the protection scope of the present application.
Claims (13)
1. A store system, comprising: the system comprises a shop workbench (11), a first POS machine (13), an electronic price tag device (15) and an image acquisition device (17);
the store workbench (11) is used for managing the equipment in the store and collecting data sent by each equipment in the store;
-said first POS machine (13) for collecting store data information comprising: the commodity sales information, the member information and the payment information collected by the first POS machine (13); and sending the store data information to the store workbench (11); the store workbench (11) is further used for synchronizing background data of the store workbench (11) according to the store data information;
the electronic price tag device (15) is used for displaying price tag information of commodities in a store and is in data connection with the store workbench (11);
the image acquisition equipment (17) is used for acquiring image information of a consumer and sending the image information to the store workbench (11); the store workbench (11) is used for identifying the image information of the consumer, which is acquired by the image acquisition equipment, so as to obtain the identity information of the consumer; and sending the member information corresponding to the identity information to the first POS machine (13).
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises:
a second POS machine (21), wherein the second POS machine (21) is a portable POS machine and is used for collecting at least one of the following information of commodities in a store: the system comprises a goods loading information, a goods replenishment information and a goods checking information, and sends at least one piece of collected information to a shop workbench (11);
the store workbench (11) is used for determining the quantity of the commodities in the store according to the at least one piece of information; and updates the number of commodities stored in the store workbench (11).
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the second POS machine (21) is further configured to receive payment information for the consumer.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein,
the store workbench (11) is also used for determining and generating a control instruction according to the identity information identified by the image information;
the system further comprises: and the intelligent sound box device (23) is used for receiving the control instruction sent by the store workbench (11), generating corresponding audio information according to the control instruction, and playing the audio information.
5. The system according to claim 4, wherein the store workbench (11) is further configured to send commodity offer information corresponding to the identity information to the smart speaker device (23) when the identity information of the consumer is identified according to the image information, wherein the commodity offer information is offer information that the consumer has when purchasing a commodity; the intelligent sound box device (23) is further used for playing the discount information.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises:
a vending machine (25) for providing a selling service of goods, and transmitting goods selling information generated when the vending machine (25) performs goods transaction to the store workbench (11);
the store workbench (11) counts commodity sales information generated by the vending machine (25), and determines replenishment information of the vending machine (25) according to a counting result.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein,
the system further comprises: a consumption terminal (27) for transmitting dynamic information of stores to the member device, wherein the dynamic information comprises at least one of: commodity information of the arrived commodity and preferential information of the purchased commodity;
the store workbench (11) is further used for sending the preference information of the commodities to the payment account of the consumer through the consumption terminal (27).
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises:
the interaction equipment (29) is used for providing a human-computer interaction interface, identifying human-computer interaction operation information of a consumer and the interaction equipment (29), and generating commodity preference information when commodities are purchased on the basis of the human-computer interaction operation information; and/or presenting multimedia information of the store.
9. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the store workbench (11) is further configured to determine the number of sold items from the item sales information collected by the first POS machine (13); and updating pre-stored commodity inventory information according to the number of sold commodities, and generating alarm information when the quantity of commodities indicated by the commodity inventory information is less than a preset threshold value.
10. The system according to claim 9, wherein the store workbench (11) is further configured to detect an on-store time of the goods in the goods inventory information; and when the in-store time reaches the preset time, generating prompt information.
11. A method of data processing in a store-and-store system, comprising:
acquiring data information from a device in a store, wherein the device at least comprises: the system comprises a first POS machine, electronic price tag equipment and image acquisition equipment;
updating background data of a shop workbench according to shop data information collected by the first POS machine, wherein the shop data information comprises at least one of the following: the commodity sales information, the member information and the payment information are collected by the first POS machine;
identifying the image information of the consumer, which is acquired by the image acquisition equipment, to obtain the identity information of the consumer; sending the member information corresponding to the identity information to the first POS machine; and
and sending the price tag information of the commodities in the store to the electronic price tag equipment so as to display the price tag information of the commodities.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving at least one of the following information of the commodities in the store collected by the second POS machine: the second POS machine is a portable POS machine;
determining the quantity of the commodities in the store according to the at least one piece of information; and updating the quantity of the commodities stored in the shop workbench.
13. A computing device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for providing instructions to the processor for performing the following process steps:
acquiring data information from a device in a store, wherein the device at least comprises: the system comprises a first POS machine, electronic price tag equipment and image acquisition equipment; updating background data of a shop workbench according to shop data information collected by the first POS machine, wherein the shop data information comprises at least one of the following: the commodity sales information, the member information and the payment information are collected by the first POS machine; identifying the image information of the consumer, which is acquired by the image acquisition equipment, to obtain the identity information of the consumer; sending the member information corresponding to the identity information to the first POS machine; and sending the price tag information of the commodities in the store to the electronic price tag equipment so as to display the price tag information of the commodities.
