Description

Store attribution management method, device and system for electronic price tag
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic price tags, in particular to a store attribution management method, device and system of an electronic price tag.
Background
This section is intended to provide a background or context to the embodiments of the invention that are recited in the claims. The description herein is not admitted to be prior art by inclusion in this section.
As electronic price tag systems are increasingly used in various retail areas, the number of stores is increasing, the close proximity of stores to stores is becoming more apparent, and the price tag may synchronize to the base station of an adjacent store after entering a field, and at this time, if the price tag belonging store initiates communication with the price tag synchronized to the adjacent store, the communication cannot be successful. In addition, the heartbeat reporting signal of a price in a store may be received by a plurality of adjacent stores at the same time, and the background system cannot judge whether the price belongs to the store receiving the heartbeat or not through the price heartbeat received by the store, so that the price of the adjacent store may be misoperation.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the current technical means is that the customer has to create and maintain a store-level white list to confirm the store attribution relation of the price tag in advance, and the background system allows synchronous registration to the affiliated store only for the price tag in the white list through the store-level white list control and performs configuration and business communication of the affiliated store.
The electronic price tag has the advantages that the application quantity is huge, the establishment and maintenance workload of the store-level white list is great, the store personnel has higher operation requirements, a lot of inconvenience is brought to customers in the aspect of using an electronic price tag system, the store operation cost is improved, and the store operation efficiency is reduced. In addition, after the new price tag of the store is added to the store after the store-level white list is used, if the store-level white list is not added in advance, the initial binding of the price tag can fail or the initial binding speed is slow because the system does not allow the price tag to be synchronously registered.

The following explains the scheme proposed by the embodiment of the present invention based on the above-described embodiment. Aiming at three situations, in the first situation, the electronic price tag is firstly accessed to a store; in the second case, the step is out after the store has been accessed; in the third case, the customer communicates with the electronic price tag through a short-range communication mode such as NFC through the handheld device. The following will describe each.
First case:
first, a synchronization method and an anomaly method are described. In the synchronous mode, a synchronous signal is transmitted, in the asynchronous mode, an asynchronous broadcast signal is transmitted, and fig. 4 is a timing chart of signals transmitted in the synchronous mode and the asynchronous mode in the embodiment of the present invention.
S1: the electronic price tag management system controls the base station of each store to scan the synchronous signals of the base stations of adjacent stores; if the base station of each store scans the synchronizing signal of the adjacent store base station, setting whether the adjacent store identification exists in the synchronizing signal broadcast by the base station of the store.
For example, both the a store and the B store periodically transmit a synchronization signal, and the base station of the a store scans for a synchronization signal of the base station of the B store, and then the base station of the a store sets whether or not there is an adjacent store identification in the synchronization signal as present.
S2: when an electronic price tag newly enters a store, the electronic price tag does not know the home store of the electronic price tag and needs to synchronize to the base stations of the store, at the moment, the electronic price tag periodically transmits heartbeat data to the base stations of a plurality of stores, wherein the base stations of at least one store transmit a synchronization instruction to the electronic price tag after receiving the heartbeat data, the base stations of each store transmit random, and the electronic price tag selects the optimal base station in the store to synchronize and complete registration networking according to the synchronization instruction after receiving the synchronization instruction transmitted by the base station of the store for the first time.
The electronic price tag sends a registration networking message to an electronic price tag management system, wherein the registration networking message comprises a synchronous store unique code and a synchronous identifier; or sending heartbeat data to the electronic price tag management system through the base station, wherein the heartbeat data comprises the unique synchronous store code and the synchronous identification. Both of these approaches allow the electronic price tag management system to know which store the electronic price tag is synchronized with.
S3: the electronic price tag receives a synchronizing signal broadcast by the synchronizing base station, and if the adjacent store identification exists in the synchronizing signal and the electronic price tag is not bound with the commodity, the receiving state of the electronic price tag is determined to be a synchronous-asynchronous receiving state; otherwise, determining the receiving state of the electronic price tag as a synchronous receiving state. That is, since the electronic price tag is not completely bound to the specific commodity, even if the synchronous and registered networking is performed in one store, a state of asynchronously receiving another store signal is maintained.
S4: when the electronic price tag management system needs to initiate commodity binding operation aiming at the electronic price tag to a target store, judging a synchronous store of the electronic price tag; if the synchronous store of the electronic price tag is a target store, transmitting binding data to the electronic price tag in a synchronous mode, wherein the binding data is sent to the electronic price tag through a synchronous base station, and the electronic price tag binds commodities according to the binding data.
If the synchronous store of the electronic price tag is not the target store, sending an asynchronous signal to the electronic price tag to inform the electronic price tag to change the synchronous base station to be the base station of the target store, wherein the electronic price tag management system informs the base station of the target store to send the asynchronous signal to the electronic price tag, and the asynchronous signal comprises a unique code of the target store; the electronic price tag changes the synchronous base station into a base station of a target store according to the received asynchronous signal, receives binding data issued by the synchronous base station in a synchronous mode, and determines that the receiving state of the electronic price tag is a synchronous receiving state; after receiving a synchronizing signal sent by a target store synchronizing base station, receiving binding data issued by the synchronizing base station in a synchronizing mode, and determining the receiving state of the electronic price tag as a synchronous receiving state; the electronic price tag can not only receive signals sent by the synchronous base station, but also receive asynchronous signals sent by the base station in a synchronous and asynchronous receiving state;
after binding the merchandise, the current store affiliation of an electronic price tag is determined.
In the process, according to the binding data directly issued by the electronic price tag management system, the price tag can automatically manage the store attribution of the electronic price tag according to the issued binding data, no matter which store is synchronous before the store attribution is confirmed, the business instruction issued by the attribution store can be successfully received and synchronized to the attribution store, the electronic price tag determines the store attribution through the action of binding commodities, and the price tag misoperation caused by the undefined price tag store attribution can be avoided.
Second case:
roaming occurs after the electronic price tag is out of step, the electronic price tag needs to be synchronized again, two conditions can be recovered, and the first condition is that the electronic price tag periodically transmits heartbeat data after the synchronous state is changed into the out-of-step state, wherein the heartbeat data comprises an out-of-step identifier; secondly, actively sending a synchronization request to a plurality of base stations after the synchronization state is changed into the out-of-step state, wherein at least one base station sends a synchronization instruction containing a unique code of a target store to an electronic price tag in the out-of-step state;
then, the electronic price tag judges whether the current synchronous base station is the synchronous base station before the step-out state; if yes, the registration networking is not performed and the synchronous state of the electronic price tag is reported to the electronic price tag management system; if not, the current synchronous base station is registered and networked, and the registration networking message is sent to the electronic price tag management system.
According to the processing scheme, the electronic price tag is possibly taken out and put into a warehouse, taken out again to the same store for use, or taken out to a scene used by a different store, and the self-adaptive store attribution confirmation process is completed.
Third case: the customers can also communicate with the electronic price tag through the handheld device in a short-distance communication mode such as NFC and the like, the binding relation between the commodity and the electronic price tag is transmitted to the price tag, the electronic price tag reports the binding instruction to the system through the base station, price tag display data of the bound commodity are pulled from the system, the system transmits the price tag to the price tag through the base station, and the electronic price tag is displayed on the screen. As described above, the electronic price tag may be synchronized on the base station of the neighboring store before the product is unbound, and if the binding instruction is uploaded to the system through the neighboring store synchronization base station, the system determines the attribution relationship of the price tag by uploading the store and obtains the product information from the uploading store, which may result in issuing an erroneous price tag display update to the price tag. To solve this problem, the following procedure was invented on the basis of the above method:
B1: the electronic price tag management system creates a unique code for each store, is configured to a base station of the corresponding store, and is configured to a handheld device of the corresponding store when the handheld device logs in;
b2: after synchronizing the electronic price tag to a base station of a store, acquiring a store unique code; receiving a binding relation between goods and an electronic price tag and a store unique code sent by a user through handheld equipment, and checking whether the received store unique code is the same as the synchronous store unique code;
if the information is the same, the information is communicated with the electronic price tag management system in a synchronous mode to bind the commodity, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: the electronic price tag sends the binding relation to the electronic price tag management system through the synchronous base station, and after the electronic price tag management system receives the binding relation, the electronic price tag management system pulls binding data corresponding to the commodity in the binding relation and sends the binding data to the electronic price tag through the synchronous base station; and carrying out commodity binding according to the binding data.
If different, actively sending a synchronization request and synchronizing to a store base station corresponding to the received store unique code, wherein the method specifically comprises the following steps: after receiving a synchronous instruction sent by a base station of a store, the electronic price tag judges whether the unique code of the base station is consistent with the received store unique code; if yes, reporting a binding relation through the base station corresponding to the synchronous instruction, and finishing binding and registering networking; if not, continuing to wait for receiving the synchronous instruction sent by the base station of other stores until the unique code of the base station sending the synchronous instruction is consistent with the received unique code of the store. judging synchronous stores of the electronic price tag when commodity binding operation aiming at the electronic price tag needs to be initiated to a target store; if the synchronous store of the electronic price tag is a target store, issuing binding data to the electronic price tag in a synchronous mode;
If the synchronous store of the electronic price tag is not the target store, sending an asynchronous signal to the electronic price tag to inform the electronic price tag that the synchronous base station is changed to be the base station of the target store, and then issuing binding data to the electronic price tag in a synchronous mode; wherein;
electronic price tags are also used to:
after receiving an asynchronous signal sent by a base station of a target store, changing a synchronous base station into the base station of the target store, receiving binding data issued by the synchronous base station in a synchronous mode, and determining that the receiving state of the electronic price tag is a synchronous receiving state;
and binding the commodity after receiving the binding data.
