In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for processing marketing information of a commodity, which is applied to an intelligent device, where the intelligent device is configured with an application program for processing marketing information of the commodity, and the intelligent device interacts information with a server through the application program, so that the server executes the method for processing marketing information of the commodity according to the above embodiments.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: receiving a commodity settlement request, wherein the commodity settlement request is input by an image pickup device, a scanning device or a manual operation.
In some embodiments, the intelligent device comprises an intelligent settlement device, an intelligent sales counter and an intelligent micro-warehouse, and the method further comprises: and selecting a settlement mode according to the commodity type, wherein the settlement mode comprises face payment or code scanning payment, and if the commodity belongs to a restrictive commodity, selecting the face payment.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: receiving voice information; according to the voice information, the commodity purchasing requirement is recorded, for example, the user transmits the voice information of purchasing commodities to the intelligent device, then the intelligent device receives the voice information, and the name and the number of the purchased commodities are analyzed from the voice information.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiments, a certain order does not necessarily exist between the foregoing steps, and it can be understood by those skilled in the art from the description of the embodiments of the present invention that, in different embodiments, the foregoing steps may have different execution orders, that is, may be executed in parallel, may also be executed in an exchange manner, and the like.
As another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention provides a marketing information processing apparatus for a commodity, which is applied to a server. The marketing information processing device of the commodity can be used as one of the software functional units, the marketing information processing device of the commodity comprises a plurality of instructions, the instructions are stored in the memory, and the processor can access the memory and call the instructions to execute so as to complete the marketing information processing method of the commodity.
Referring to fig. 5, the marketing information processing apparatus 500 for a commodity includes: an acquisition unit 51, a first processing unit 52 and a second processing unit 53.
The acquiring unit 51 is configured to acquire settlement information of a commodity from an intelligent device, and acquire shipment information of the corresponding commodity according to the settlement information;
the first processing unit 52 is configured to perform matching processing on the settlement information and the shipment information, and perform information processing of anti-cross-shipment and counterfeit-shipment tracing according to a result of the matching processing, or,
the second processing unit 53 is configured to perform commodity recommendation, point accumulation, or account distribution information processing according to the settlement information.
In some embodiments, the settlement information includes a kind of the settlement commodity and a sales amount thereof, and the obtaining unit 51 is further configured to: and acquiring the goods feeding information of the same commodity according to the type of the settlement commodity, wherein the goods feeding information comprises the type of the settlement commodity and the corresponding goods feeding quantity.
In some embodiments, the obtaining unit 51 is further configured to: acquiring historical accumulated sales quantity of the same type of the settlement commodities; matching the sum of the historical accumulated sales quantity of the same commodity and the sales quantity of the settlement commodity with the stock quantity of the same commodity; if the matching is carried out, calculating a matching result of normal sale through an algorithm; and if not, calculating a matching result of the abnormal sales through an algorithm.
In some embodiments, the smart device is associated with a sales location, the one sales location associating a plurality of the smart devices.
In some embodiments, the first processing unit 52 is specifically configured to: and if the matching result is the matching result of abnormal sales, generating the serial goods and/or counterfeit goods tracing information of the sales place.

In some embodiments, the second processing unit 53 is specifically configured to: determining an account splitting object according to a preset account splitting model; determining an account division ratio according to the account division rule of the account division object; generating branch account information corresponding to the branch account object according to the branch account proportion and the transaction amount of the settlement commodity; and performing accounting processing between the accounting objects according to the accounting information.
The marketing information processing device for the commodities can execute the marketing information processing method for the commodities provided by the embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method. For technical details that are not described in detail in the marketing information processing embodiment of the commodity, reference may be made to the marketing information processing method of the commodity provided in the embodiment of the present invention.
As another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device, where the electronic device includes an intelligent device or a server, and referring to fig. 6, the electronic device 600 includes: one or more processors 61 and memory 62. In fig. 6, one processor 61 is taken as an example.
The processor 61 and the memory 62 may be connected by a bus or other means, such as the bus connection in fig. 6.
The memory 62, which is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the marketing information processing method for the merchandise in the embodiment of the present invention. The processor 61 executes various functional applications and data processing of the marketing information processing method of the commodities of the above-described respective embodiments or the marketing information processing apparatus of the commodities of the above-described respective embodiments by running the nonvolatile software program, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 62.
The memory 62 may include high speed random access memory and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 62 may optionally include memory located remotely from the processor 61, and these remote memories may be connected to the processor 61 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The program instructions/modules are stored in the memory 62 and, when executed by the one or more processors 61, perform the marketing information processing method for the commodity in any of the above-described method embodiments, for example, thereby performing the marketing information processing method for the commodity in each of the above-described embodiments, or various functional applications and data processing of the marketing information processing apparatus for the commodity in each of the above-described embodiments.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which stores computer executable instructions for causing an electronic device to execute the marketing information processing method of the commodity.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer program product including a computer program stored on a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, the computer program including program instructions that, when executed by an electronic device, cause the electronic device to execute any one of the methods of processing marketing information of an article of manufacture.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus or device are merely illustrative, wherein the unit modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as module units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network module units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.

Claims (21)

1. A marketing information processing method of a commodity is applied to a server, and is characterized in that intelligent equipment is associated with sales places, and one sales place is associated with a plurality of intelligent equipment; the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring settlement information of the commodity from the intelligent equipment, and acquiring the goods feeding information of the corresponding commodity according to the settlement information;
matching the settlement information and the goods feeding information, and processing the goods fleeing prevention and counterfeit goods tracing information according to the matching result, or,
processing commodity recommendation, integration or account distribution information according to the settlement information;
the settlement information comprises the types of the settled commodities and the sales quantity thereof, and the step of acquiring the goods feeding information of the corresponding commodities according to the settlement information comprises the following steps: acquiring the goods feeding information of the same commodity according to the type of the settlement commodity, wherein the goods feeding information comprises the type of the settlement commodity and the corresponding goods feeding quantity;
the matching processing of the settlement information and the goods feeding information comprises the following steps:
acquiring historical accumulated sales quantity of the same type of the settlement commodities;
matching the sum of the historical accumulated sales quantity of the same commodity and the sales quantity of the settlement commodity with the stock quantity of the same commodity;
if the matching is carried out, calculating a matching result of normal sale through an algorithm;
if not, calculating a matching result of abnormal sales through an algorithm; and generating the source tracing information of the goods in the sales places and/or the counterfeit goods.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein performing cross-shipment prevention and counterfeit traceability information processing according to the matching processing result comprises:
and if the matching result is the matching result of abnormal sales, generating the serial goods and/or counterfeit goods tracing information of the sales place.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the settlement information comprises: settling the commodity transaction amount and the commodity type, and processing commodity recommendation, point integration or account distribution information according to the settlement information, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
performing similar commodity recommendation according to the settlement commodity transaction amount and/or the settlement commodity category, or,
processing the commodity point information according to the settlement commodity transaction amount and/or the settlement commodity type, or,
and carrying out account separating information processing according to a preset account separating model.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the performing similar commodity recommendation according to the settled commodity transaction amount and/or the settled commodity category comprises:
generating an electronic coupon according to the settlement commodity transaction amount, or,
generating commodity sales promotion information according to the settlement commodity transaction amount and the settlement commodity type, or,
and generating commodity selling information and/or commodity presentation information according to the settlement commodity type.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein the processing of the commodity point information according to the settlement commodity transaction amount and/or the settlement commodity kind includes:
generating a universal point according to the settlement commodity transaction amount and/or the settlement commodity category, or,
and generating a directional point according to the settlement commodity transaction amount and/or the settlement commodity category.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the processing of the commodity point information according to the settlement commodity transaction amount and/or the settlement commodity kind further comprises:
and generating network currency corresponding to the commodity points according to a preset point exchange rule.
7. The method according to claim 3, wherein the branch accounting information processing is performed according to a preset branch accounting model, and comprises the following steps:
determining an account splitting object according to a preset account splitting model;
determining an account division ratio according to the account division rule of the account division object;
generating branch account information corresponding to the branch account object according to the branch account proportion and the transaction amount of the settlement commodity;
and performing accounting processing between the accounting objects according to the accounting information.
8. A method for processing marketing information of commodities is applied to intelligent equipment and is characterized in that,
the intelligent device is provided with an application program for commodity marketing information processing, and the intelligent device interacts information with a server through the application program so as to enable the server to execute the commodity marketing information processing method of any one of the above claims 1 to 7.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
receiving a commodity settlement request, wherein the commodity settlement request is input by an image pickup device, a scanning device or a manual operation.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the smart devices comprise smart settlement devices, smart sales containers, and smart micro-silos, the method further comprising:
and selecting a settlement mode according to the commodity type, wherein the settlement mode comprises face payment or code scanning payment, and if the commodity belongs to a restrictive commodity, selecting the face payment.
11. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
receiving voice information;
and recording the commodity purchasing demand according to the voice information.
12. A marketing information processing device of a commodity is applied to a server, and is characterized in that intelligent equipment is associated with sales places, and one sales place is associated with a plurality of intelligent equipment; the device comprises:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a display unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring settlement information of commodities from intelligent equipment and acquiring the goods feeding information of the corresponding commodities according to the settlement information;
a first processing unit, configured to perform matching processing on the settlement information and the shipment information, and perform information processing for preventing cross-shipment and tracing counterfeit goods according to a result of the matching processing, or,
the second processing unit is used for processing commodity recommendation, integration or account distribution information according to the settlement information;
the settlement information comprises the types of the settled commodities and the sales numbers thereof, and the acquisition unit is further used for:
acquiring the goods feeding information of the same commodity according to the type of the settlement commodity, wherein the goods feeding information comprises the type of the settlement commodity and the corresponding goods feeding quantity;
the acquisition unit is further configured to: acquiring historical accumulated sales quantity of the same type of the settlement commodities;
matching the sum of the historical accumulated sales quantity of the same commodity and the sales quantity of the settlement commodity with the stock quantity of the same commodity;
if the matching is carried out, calculating a matching result of normal sale through an algorithm;
if not, calculating a matching result of abnormal sales through an algorithm; and generating the source tracing information of the goods in the sales places and/or the counterfeit goods.
13. The apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the first processing unit is specifically configured to: and if the matching result is the matching result of abnormal sales, generating the serial goods and/or counterfeit goods tracing information of the sales place.

The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the settlement information comprises: the second processing unit is specifically configured to: and recommending similar commodities according to the settlement commodity transaction amount and/or the settlement commodity type, or processing commodity point information according to the settlement commodity transaction amount and/or the settlement commodity type, or processing point information according to a preset point model.

The apparatus according to claim 14, wherein the second processing unit is specifically configured to: and generating an electronic coupon according to the transaction amount of the settlement commodity, or generating commodity sales promotion information according to the transaction amount of the settlement commodity and the type of the settlement commodity, or generating commodity sales information and/or commodity presentation information according to the type of the settlement commodity.

at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of processing marketing information for an article of manufacture of any of claims 1 to 7.
20. A smart device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of processing marketing information for an article of manufacture of any of claims 8-11.
21. A marketing information processing system for commodities, comprising: a server as claimed in claim 19 and a smart device as claimed in claim 20.
