During concrete implementation, the order in the original work order can be divided into 3 preset groups according to the product size of each order in the original work order, and 3 order groups corresponding to the makeup layout position 1, the makeup layout position 2 and the makeup layout position 3 in sequence are obtained: a first order group, a second order group, and a third order group. The pictures corresponding to the orders in the first order group are used for being typeset to the imposition position 1 of the quasi-typesetting template, the pictures corresponding to the orders in the second order group are used for being typeset to the imposition position 2 of the quasi-typesetting template, and the pictures corresponding to the orders in the third order group are used for being typeset to the imposition position 3 of the quasi-typesetting template. Wherein the orders in the first order group have: order 1; the orders within the second order group are: order 2; the orders in the third order group are: order 3 and order 4. Orders 3 and 4 in the third order group are distributed in sequence.
Step S3: and splitting each order with the product quantity larger than 1 in each order group, so that the order with the product quantity larger than 1 in each order group is formed by the orders with the product quantity equal to 1 one by one, and m new order groups with the product quantity of 1 in each order in the group are obtained.
In this embodiment, the product quantity of order 1 in the first order group is 1, and splitting is not required; the product quantity of the order 2 is 2, and the order is divided into an order 2-1 and an order 2-2 which are distributed in sequence; likewise, order 3 and order 4 do not need to be split. Thus, the orders in the new order group (denoted as the first new order group) corresponding to the first order group are: order 1; orders in a new order group (marked as a second new order group) corresponding to the second order group are distributed in sequence: order 2-1, order 2-2; orders in a new order group (marked as a third new order group) corresponding to the third order group are distributed in sequence: order 3, order 4.
In the step, the number of the products obtained by splitting the order with the number of the products larger than 1 is 1, and the number of the products obtained by splitting the order is 1, and the whole order group has a constant relative position. If there is an order group D, the order group D includes an order 7, an order 8, and an order 9 that are sequentially ordered, where the product quantities of the order 7, the order 8, and the order 9 are sequentially 1, 3, and 1, and after the order 8 is split into the order 8-1, the order 8-2, and the order 8-3 that are sequentially distributed, the orders in the new order group corresponding to the order group D include the orders that are sequentially distributed: order 7, order 8-1, order 8-2, order 8-3, and order 9.
Step S4, acquiring pictures corresponding to each order in all new order groups, including front cover pictures, back cover pictures and inner page pictures corresponding to each order in the new order groups.
And acquiring pictures corresponding to each order in all the new order groups to obtain pictures corresponding to each order in the first new order group, the second new order group and the third new order group.
Step S5, vertically typesetting the front cover picture and the back cover picture of each order in the first new order group, the second new order group and the third new order group to generate a PDF typesetting file, and vertically typesetting the inner page pictures of each order in the first new order group, the second new order group and the third new order group to generate another PDF typesetting file.
The total number of orders of the first new order group, the second new order group and the third new order group is 1, 2 and 2 in sequence, and 1, 2 and 2 are all more than or equal to 1, and the three new order groups are all the target order groups described in the specification.
In step S5, the vertical layout method is used to vertically layout the front cover pictures and the back cover pictures of each order in the first new order group, the second new order group, and the third new order group to generate a PDF layout file, which specifically includes the steps of:
step S51: generating a quasi-typesetting template (which is the first typesetting template in the current typesetting process) corresponding to the template M, typesetting the first picture of the order 1 of the first new order group (here, the cover picture of the order 1) onto the imposition position 1 on the currently generated quasi-typesetting template, typesetting the first picture of the order 2-1 of the second new order group (here, the cover picture of the order 2-1) onto the imposition position 2 on the currently generated quasi-typesetting template, and typesetting the first picture of the order 3 in the third new order group (here, the cover picture of the order 3) onto the imposition position 3 on the currently generated quasi-typesetting template. Step S52 is performed for the first time thereafter.
Step S52: and respectively judging whether the picture of the order currently in the typesetting in each order group is the last picture in the pictures to be typeset corresponding to the order.
Because each order in the first new order group, the second new order group and the third new order group also comprises a back cover picture, the front cover picture of each order is not the last picture of the current pictures to be typeset (front cover picture and back cover picture) of the corresponding order, and the back cover picture of each order is the last picture in the current pictures to be typeset of each order.
Thus, after step S52 is performed for the first time, step S56 is continuously performed.
Step S56: continuously generating a quasi-typesetting template (which is a second typesetting template in the current typesetting process) corresponding to the template M, typesetting a next picture of the order 1 of the first new order group (namely, a back cover picture of the order 1) onto the imposition position 1 on the currently generated quasi-typesetting template, typesetting a next picture of the order 2-1 of the second new order group (namely, a back cover picture of the order 2-1) onto the imposition position 2 on the currently generated quasi-typesetting template, and typesetting a next picture of the order 3 of the third new order group (namely, a back cover picture of the order 3) onto the imposition position 3 on the currently generated quasi-typesetting template. And then switches to perform step S52 a second time.
When step S52 is executed for the second time, it is determined that the pictures (all the closed bottom pictures) of the order currently in layout of each new order group currently in layout are all the last pictures in the pictures to be laid out corresponding to the order, and then step S53 is executed.
Step S53: and continuously generating a quasi-typesetting template (which is the third typesetting template in the current typesetting process) corresponding to the template M, and typesetting the first picture (here, the cover picture of the order 2-2) of the next order (here, the order 2-2) of the second new order group onto the typesetting position 2 on the currently generated quasi-typesetting template.
Turning to step S52 after step S53, step S52 determines whether the currently laid out picture (here, the cover picture of order 2-2) of the order currently in layout (here, the order 2-2) in each order group is the last picture in the pictures to be laid out (including the cover picture and the back picture of order 2-2) of the corresponding order (here, order 2-2) and determines that the cover picture of order 2-2 is not the last picture in the pictures to be laid out of order 2-2) for each new order group currently in layout (at this time, the new order group currently in layout has only the second new order group), and then continues to step S54.
Step S54: and continuously generating a quasi-typesetting template corresponding to the template M, and typesetting a next picture (here, a back cover picture of the order 2-2) of the order (here, the order 2-2) currently in typesetting onto the typesetting position 2 on the currently generated (namely, generated in the current step) typesetting template.
At this point, in the three target order groups (the first new order group, the second new order group, and the third new order group), the layout of the pictures to be laid out (the front cover picture and the back cover picture) of all the orders is completed, and step S52 is not performed, but step S55 is performed.
Step S55: and sequentially printing each typesetting template which finishes typesetting on a PDF file according to the sequence of the generation of the typesetting templates (in the embodiment, the sequence of the first typesetting template, the second typesetting template and the page.
Similarly, in step S5, the vertical typesetting method is adopted to vertically typeset the inner page pictures of each order in the first new order group, the second new order group, and the third new order group to generate another PDF typeset file, which specifically includes the steps of:
step K1: generating a quasi-typesetting template corresponding to the template M, typesetting a first inner page picture (namely, a picture corresponding to the first inner page of the order 1) of the order 1 of the first new order group onto the makeup position 1 on the currently generated quasi-typesetting template, typesetting a first inner page picture (namely, a picture corresponding to the first inner page of the order 2-1) of the order 2-1 of the second new order group onto the makeup position 2 on the currently generated quasi-typesetting template, and typesetting a first inner page picture (namely, a picture corresponding to the first inner page of the order 3) of the order 3 in the third new order group onto the makeup position 3 on the currently generated quasi-typesetting template. Step K2 is then performed.
Step K2: grouping each new order currently in the typesetting, and respectively judging whether the currently typeset inner page picture of the order currently in the typesetting in each group is the last inner page picture in the pictures to be typeset corresponding to the order: if the currently typeset inner page picture of the order currently in the typesetting in each target order group currently in the typesetting is not the last inner page picture in the pictures to be typeset of the respective corresponding order, executing a step K3; if the currently typeset inner page pictures of the currently typeset order in each target order group currently in the typesetting are all the last inner page pictures in the pictures to be typeset of the respective corresponding orders, executing a step K4; if the currently typeset inner page pictures of the currently typeset order in each target order group currently in the typesetting are not all the last inner page pictures in the pictures to be typeset of the respective corresponding order, executing a step K5;
step K3: continuously generating a quasi-typesetting template corresponding to the template M, and typesetting the next inner page picture of each currently-typesetting order in each target order group currently in typesetting to the corresponding typesetting position of the currently-generated quasi-typesetting template; then, continuing to execute the step K2 until the pictures to be typeset of each order in the m new order groups are completely typeset;
step K4: continuously generating a quasi-typesetting template corresponding to the template M, and typesetting the 1 st picture in the picture to be typeset of the next order in each target order grouping group with the order which is not typeset in the quasi-typesetting template to the corresponding typesetting position of the currently generated quasi-typesetting template; then, continuing to execute the step K2 until the pictures to be typeset of each order in the m new order groups are completely typeset;
step K5: continuously generating a quasi-typesetting template corresponding to the template M, typesetting the 1 st inner page picture in the to-be-typesetting picture of the next order in each target order grouping group of the to-be-typesetting picture which has the order which is not typeset and is currently in the typesetting order and the current typesetting inner page picture of the order which is currently in the typesetting order is the last inner page picture in the to-be-typesetting picture, and typesetting the next inner page picture which is currently in the typesetting and is not the order of the last inner page picture in the to-be-typesetting picture to the corresponding typesetting position of the currently generated quasi-typesetting template; then, executing a step K2 until the picture to be typeset of each order in the m new order groups is completely typeset;
step K6: after the pictures to be typeset of each order in the m new order groups are completely typeset, printing each quasi-typesetting template which finishes typesetting in the typesetting process into a PDF file according to the sequence of the generation of each quasi-typesetting template in the typesetting process, and storing the PDF file.
The PDF file obtained in step K6 is the inner page typesetting PDF file corresponding to the original work order a.
Optionally, in this embodiment, both the inner page layout PDF file and the front and back cover layout PDF file may be named in a format of "original worksheet number-number of prints-PDF layout file encoding", and the inner page layout PDF file and the front and back cover layout PDF file may be distinguished by PDF layout file encoding. Taking the original work order number of the original work order A as "0001", the inner page typesetting PDF file corresponding to the original work order A can be named by "0001-1-1001", and the front cover typesetting PDF file corresponding to the original work order A can be named by "0001-1-2001". It should be noted that the naming method of all PDF files referred to in this specification can be determined by those skilled in the art according to actual situations.
When the method is used, the generated inner page typesetting PDF file and the front cover and back cover typesetting PDF file are sent to a manufacturer for subsequent printing production. Based on the PDF typesetting file obtained by the method 100, each time a PDF typesetting file is printed, the sequence of the corresponding obtained printing paper (i.e. photo paper) is the sequence of the corresponding pictures of the related orders in the work order, manual sequencing is not needed basically for the pages of the album, in addition, after all the printing paper obtained by printing is aligned and horizontally placed after the original printing sequence is maintained, namely, the front cover and back cover pictures belonging to the same order are distributed in a pile (a pile of photo paper obtained after printing the front cover and back cover corresponding to the original work order A and composing the PDF file is shown in figure 2), and the pictures corresponding to the inner pages belonging to the same order are distributed in a pile according to the sequence of the inner page numbers from small to large, when cutting, all the printing paper is conveniently cut as a whole, so that the cutting of the whole of the front cover and back cover of the album is facilitated, The cutting device is also beneficial to cutting off the whole inner page of the album, not only is beneficial to increasing the cutting speed, but also can avoid manually sorting and sequencing the album pictures one by one after cutting to a certain extent, thus being beneficial to reducing the error rate and improving the working efficiency.
In fig. 2, it is to be noted that: 300 is printing paper, 400 is cover picture of order 1, 500 is cover picture of order 3, and 600 is cover picture of order 2-1.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a layout template (overall rectangular) corresponding to the template M in the embodiment, in which: 700 is a canvas, 701 is an imposition layout position 1, 702 is an imposition layout position 3, and 703 is an imposition layout position 2. In the layout template shown in fig. 3, the sum of the areas where the layout position 1, the layout position 3, and the layout position 2 are located constitutes an available layout area on the canvas 700.
In this embodiment, the sum of the product pages of the orders in the order grouping group is equal, that is: the sum of the number of product pages for all orders in the first order group (order 1 only) is 24P, the sum of the number of product pages for all orders in the second order group (order 2) is 24P, and the sum of the number of product pages for all orders in the third order group (order 3 and order 4) is 24P.
It should be noted that the method 100 is also applicable to the case where the sums of the product pages of the orders in the order grouping group are not all equal and are not equal, and for simplifying the description, the details are not described here again.
It should be noted that the method 100 described in this embodiment is also applicable to the case that the total number of orders in each order grouping group is equal and the product page number of each order in each order grouping group is equal, and the specific typesetting process may be executed with reference to the above description, and is not described herein again to simplify the description.
Example 2:
this embodiment is another embodiment of the method of the present invention. Compared with embodiment 1, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the method 100 described in this embodiment further includes the steps of:
after the typesetting of any one picture is finished, adding a bleeding area in the peripheral circumference direction of the currently typesetted picture, and adding an order identification code for uniquely identifying an order corresponding to the picture in the bleeding area;
and after the bleeding area is added to each corresponding picture each time, adding an identification color block for uniquely identifying the picture in the order on the lower edge of the added bleeding area.
Recording all orders in the new order group as sub orders, and finishing each typesetting quasi-typesetting template in any typesetting process (namely, any typesetting process in the typesetting process of vertically typesetting a front cover picture and a back cover picture of each order in the m new order groups to generate a PDF typesetting file and in the typesetting process of vertically typesetting an inner page picture of each order in the m new order groups to generate another PDF typesetting file): the identification color blocks of any two adjacent typeset pictures in the same sub-order are staggered on the corresponding quasi-typesetting template and are sequentially staggered towards the same direction; in the same new order group, the identification color blocks of the pictures of the corresponding pages of each sub-order are opposite in position on each corresponding quasi-typesetting template.
When the method is used, after the typesetting of any one picture is completed, a bleeding area is added to the periphery of the currently typesetted picture, an order identification code for uniquely identifying the order corresponding to the picture is added to the added bleeding area, and an identification color block for uniquely identifying the picture in the order is added to the lower edge of the added bleeding area. Fig. 4 is a layout template with completed layout obtained based on the method 100 in this embodiment, where: 704 is a bleeding area, 705 is an identification color block, 706 is an order identification code, 700 is a canvas, 400 is a cover picture of the order 1, 500 is a cover picture of the order 3, and 600 is a cover picture of the order 2-1.
Optionally, the mark color block is used for checking whether there is a missing page after printing, and for implementation, the mark color block in this embodiment is a black rectangular block. Specifically, after printing a front cover and a back cover type PDF file and an inner page type PDF file corresponding to an original work order, for example, after printing the inner page type PDF file corresponding to the original work order, printing paper is aligned to form a pile, and then a layout position on the pile of printing paper is cut, at this time, a cut is cut by viewing from one side where an identification color block is arranged, and when the inner page of the same album is not missing, the identification color block of each inner page of the same album can be visually seen. In this embodiment, when looking at the cut, the identification color blocks of the inner pages of the same album are distributed in a step shape, and the positions of the identification color blocks of the corresponding pages of different albums (for example, in embodiment 1, the picture corresponding to the inner page of the first page of the order 2-1 is the corresponding page with the picture corresponding to the inner page of the first page of the order 2-2, the picture corresponding to the inner page of the second page of the order 2-1 is the corresponding page with the picture corresponding to the inner page of the second page of the order 2-2, and other analogy can obtain the relevant corresponding pages) are opposite, which facilitates to quickly distinguish the relevant printed matters of different albums.
Optionally, the order identification code is a bar code (or any other identification code capable of identifying an order and an order picture design order number corresponding to a picture) and is used for identifying the order and the order picture design order number corresponding to the picture. The order identification code is helpful for identifying the order corresponding to the picture album, is used for matching the front cover and the back cover of the picture album with the inner page of the picture album for subsequent code scanning so as to perform next processing, and is also used for code scanning to confirm which products exist under the same user name, so that all order products under the same user name can be conveniently delivered together by the logistics department after all the order products are completed. The order picture design order number is a design order number automatically generated by the merchant platform and used for uniquely identifying the product picture corresponding to the order when the customer submits the order and then submits the product picture corresponding to the order to the merchant platform, and may be a string of digital codes, for example.
