Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a system for generating a visual intelligent layout printing template based on a SaaS (software as a service) mode, which belong to the technical field of computers, and realize that a data format required by a user is printed according to actual service data and a printing template based on the SaaS mode by setting document information and a data list head column; the document information of the printing template can copy and paste the content title; the printing template supports dynamic addition or decrement of a data table head column and supports custom sorting of the data column. The system comprises a document information part, an entry setting part and a template display part. The invention realizes that the user can carry out flexible and changeable data format adjustment according to the requirement of the company service, is suitable for carrying out self-defined change in changeable service environment, improves the diversity of operation, can be compatible with the requirement of frequent change, and has good popularization and application value.

Users of different account sets can insert or delete the printed data columns for printing and typesetting in a customized manner according to the requirements of the companies.
