s1, basic data preparation: recording a purchased material list and a sales billing material list;
s2, customizing a material list of purchase and a material matching field of a material list of sales invoices;
s3, cleaning data of the purchased material list and the sold and invoiced material list to obtain cleaned purchased materials and sold materials;
s4, judging whether field information corresponding to the purchased materials and the sold materials after cleaning is all consistent or not based on a full-quantity matching method according to the material matching fields defined in the S2;
s5, displaying a matching result when the fact that all the field information corresponding to the purchased materials and the sold materials after cleaning are consistent is determined;
the purchased material list and the material list for selling and billing comprise field information; the field information comprises commodity names, specifications, models, brands and input time;
when the field information corresponding to the purchased goods and the sold goods after cleaning is not all consistent, calculating and displaying a matching result based on a character removal matching method and a weight ratio model;
based on the break-word character matching method and the weight duty ratio model, calculating a matching result comprises the following steps:
determining data to be matched, and judging a character breaking character of commodity names in the data to be matched;
comparing the commodity name length of the sales materials in the data to be matched with the commodity name length of the purchase materials in the data to be matched, and taking the value with larger length as A;
determining the type of the material with larger length as the material to be disassembled; the material type with smaller length is used as the material to be matched;
performing character-by-character disassembly on commodity names of materials to be disassembled, after disassembly is completed, circularly traversing to match the commodity names in the materials to be matched by using single disassembled characters, and if the commodity names of the materials to be matched contain the disassembled characters, successfully matching the number of single characters by +1; recording the number of successfully matched words as B, and recording the number of successfully matched words as B=0, wherein the number of successfully matched words is B=B+1 once;
after traversing, calculating the commodity name matching rate C1 of the corresponding material to be matched, wherein the calculation formula is as follows: c1 = (B/a) 100%;
according to the same method, matching calculation is sequentially carried out on other fields in the user definition to obtain corresponding matching rates C2 and C3..
The weight duty ratio model distributes respective duty ratio coefficients of the custom fields in the final comprehensive calculation, and the comprehensive matching rate is calculated according to the duty ratio coefficients and the corresponding matching rate;
and determining the materials to be matched with the highest comprehensive matching rate, establishing a matching relation with the materials to be disassembled, and determining a matching result.
2. The method for automatic matching of sales materials for sale cost transfer of claim 1, wherein the manner of entering the purchased materials list and the sales invoices materials list includes at least one of automated OCR entry, electronic document scan conversion entry, manual entry.

The method for automatic matching of sales materials for balance of sales cost according to claim 1, wherein when the material matching fields of the purchased material list and the material list for sales billing are customized, the commodity name, brand are at least one of necessary options, specifications and models.
4. The method for automatic matching of sales materials with the balance of sales costs according to claim 1, wherein step S3 includes:
respectively determining a purchase material table YDC and a sales material table YDX according to the purchased material list and the sales billing material list; in the determining process, a unique primary key code is automatically created and generated for commodity materials: the coding rule of the purchase material table YDC is YDC+automatic number, and the coding rule of the sales material table YDX is YDX+automatic number;
cleaning corresponding data in the purchase material table YDC and the sales material table YDX according to the self-defined material matching field;
and (3) correspondingly taking the cleaned purchased material table YDC as a purchased material table QDC, correspondingly taking the cleaned sales material table YDX as a sales material table QDX, and keeping the unique primary key codes of the commodity materials corresponding to the purchased material table QDC and the sales material table QDX unchanged.
