Abstract
The embodiment of the disclosure discloses a bill management method and electronic equipment. The bill management method comprises the following steps: acquiring bill data; identifying bill information based on the bill data, and updating an image relation table; and collecting the bills according to the identified bill information. Through discerning acquireing the bill data to discern the type of bill and other bill information, then classify the bill according to the type of bill, and deposit the bill after classifying under corresponding customer's directory according to the classification, thereby solved bill kind and quantity more, the comparatively loaded down with trivial details problem of arrangement process, improved efficiency.

The existing enterprise financial bookkeeping relates to various bills, such as value-added tax invoices, travel lists, train tickets, taxi tickets and the like.

Some bills may not be automatically recognized due to reasons such as unclear display, so that supplementary recognition needs to be performed on bill information which cannot be recognized, the bill which cannot be recognized is sent to related personnel according to the image state of the bill for supplementary recognition, and the recognized information is input after the related personnel recognize the bill so as to update the corresponding image relation table.

judging the image state as the bill type successfully identified;
and if the bill type is a third preset type, checking the bill.
The third preset type is value-added tax special invoice.
In a particular application scenario,
the bill management method is operated in a financial and tax management system developed by adopting JAVA language based on SAAS platform mode. The system adopts a cloud + end architecture design mode, the cloud end is responsible for functions of bill image information identification, bill checking, image storage, structured data storage, bill display, bill management and the like, and the PC end is responsible for functions of bill scanning, image information uploading to a cloud end OSS file server and the like. In the system initialization process, an image relation table is established in a database, the bill image information and the file path scanned by a scanner are stored in the table, and an OSS server establishes a file storage path/scanfiles/{ enterprise ID }/{ cFileName } corresponding to a project and is used for storing the bill image uploaded by a PC terminal.
As shown in fig. 2, clicking the bill scanning menu to enter the bill management page, displaying all bill lists of the enterprise on the current page, as shown in fig. 4, the data items include "serial number", "batch number", "image status", "bill type", "billing date", "invoice code", "invoice number", "billing party", "invoice amount", "tax amount", "price and tax amount", and visually displaying the bill condition of the enterprise. The invoice drawing in fig. 4 is for illustration only, and the text above the invoice is unclear and does not affect the explanation of the embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3, in the scanning process, the scanner automatically stores the image information into the local computer hard disk, and the system automatically displays the image information on a page, so that an accountant can conveniently check the image information. Meanwhile, the PC end starts an independent thread to upload the image to an OSS file server, and after the specific cloud end clicks scanning, the PC end detects the drive and version information of the scanner and starts a scanning process to complete scanning initialization; after the scanner finishes the bill scanning, the PC side renames the image and starts a new Thread ({ public void run () { OSSUtil. upload (imgPath + fileName, file); and uploading the image to an OSS file server for storage. Meanwhile, the system automatically calls OCR service, identifies bill information, records the image state (0-unrecognized; 1-temporary storage; 2-successful identification), calls invoice inspection for the bill with the image state of 'successful identification' and the bill type of a value-added tax invoice, obtains the structural data of the whole bill face information, stores the structural data in a value-added tax invoice table, and associates the image information; the bill with the image state of 'temporary storage' or 'unidentified' supports supplementary identification, after the data supplement is finished, the bill is marked as 'identification success', if the bill is a fee bill, the bill checking process is skipped to directly update the fee bill table, the image information is related, and the subsequent business process is continued. In the scanning process, according to the identified structured data, the bills can be automatically collected under the corresponding enterprise names without being manually collected by an accountant.
The embodiment of the disclosure:
the method supports various bills to be scanned and identified, transfers image information into structured data, automatically collects the image information according to enterprises in the scanning process, establishes electronic files for each bill to perform visual management, and supports the viewing of original images in subsequent business processes.
The method supports that the bill face structured data can be extracted from the recognizable bill, and when the bill is blurred in image and cannot be extracted, a user can perform compensation operation by a manual maintenance method, so that the system availability is improved.
The value-added tax invoice and the expense bill are managed in a unified mode, and the user can finish the bill sorting work without distinguishing the bill types independently in the scanning process. Meanwhile, all bill information is stored in the cloud server, and users with different responsibilities are supported to perform work cooperation so as to complete the whole-flow processing of data.
The bill supporting multiple different types of enterprises is scanned through the scanner and automatically uploaded to the cloud OSS file server to perform image collection, an electronic file is established for all bills of the enterprises to be managed, meanwhile, bill identification is performed on the image, bill structured data are obtained, and the bill structured data are automatically filed according to enterprise tax numbers to complete bill arrangement work. The system supports remote checking of the collected business bills and subsequent business process operation, solves the problem of cooperative work among employees with different responsibilities of a finance and tax intermediary, improves bill sorting accuracy and work efficiency, and simultaneously enhances the relevance and the detectability of original bill images and financial data in the subsequent business processing process.
An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic device comprising a memory and a processor,

The memory is to store non-transitory computer readable instructions.
