Abstract
An embodiment of the invention provides an invoice recognition method and an invoice recognition system. The invoice recognition method comprises the steps of: scanning an invoice, and acquiring face value information of the invoice; querying whether an invoice record identical with the face value information exists in an invoice data warehouse; and if the invoice record identical with the face value information exists, returning all information of the invoice record. The invoice recognition method and the invoice recognition system acquire the face value information of the invoice through scanning the invoice, the face value information comprises an invoice number, an invoice code, an invoicing date, amount of money and the like, and the face value information is combined for querying in the invoice data warehouse, the accuracy rate of invoice authenticity recognition is increased, when the face value information includes two-dimensional code information, the two-dimensional code information can be analyzed, the face value information obtained through analysis is further compared with the face value information obtained through scanning, and the invoice recognition efficiency and accuracy rate are improved.

When the ticket information further includes two-dimensional code information, the query unit 22 is further configured to analyze the two-dimensional code information, compare whether the invoice number, the invoice code, the invoicing date and amount obtained through analysis are the same as the invoice number, the invoice code, the invoicing date and amount obtained through scanning, and if the invoice number, the invoice code, the invoicing date and amount obtained through scanning are different, end the current flow.
The query unit 22 is specifically configured to query whether an invoice record including the invoice number and/or invoice code exists in an invoice data store; and when the invoice records containing the acquired invoice numbers and/or the invoice codes are the same, comparing whether the invoicing date and the amount contained in the invoice records are respectively the same as the invoicing date and the amount acquired by scanning, and if so, judging that the invoice records containing the invoice numbers and/or the invoice codes are the same as the invoice records containing the invoice face information.
The specific process of identifying the invoice by using the system of the embodiment of the invention is similar to the method embodiment, and is not described again here.
In summary, in the embodiments of the present invention, the invoice information of the invoice is obtained by scanning the invoice, where the invoice information includes an invoice number, an invoice code, an invoice date, an invoice amount, and the like, and is queried in the invoice data warehouse in combination with the invoice information, so as to improve the accuracy of identifying the authenticity of the invoice, and when the invoice information includes two-dimensional code information, the two-dimensional code information is analyzed, and the analyzed invoice information is further compared with the scanned invoice information, so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of identifying the invoice.

inquiring whether an invoice record containing the invoice number and/or the invoice code exists in an invoice data warehouse;
and when the invoice records containing the acquired invoice numbers and/or the invoice codes are the same, comparing whether the invoicing date and the amount contained in the invoice records are respectively the same as the invoicing date and the amount acquired by scanning, and if so, judging that the invoice records containing the invoice numbers and/or the invoice codes are the same as the invoice records containing the invoice face information.
5. An invoice identification system, comprising: the device comprises a scanning unit, an inquiry unit and a feedback unit; wherein,
the scanning unit is used for acquiring the face information of the invoice;
the query unit is used for querying whether the invoice data warehouse has the invoice record which is the same as the invoice surface information;
and the feedback unit is used for returning all information of the invoice record when the invoice record identical to the invoice surface information exists.
6. The invoice recognition system of claim 5, wherein the scanning unit is specifically configured to scan the invoice using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to obtain the invoice number, invoice code, invoice date and amount of the invoice.

The invoice identification system according to claim 6, wherein when the invoice face information further includes two-dimensional code information, the query unit is further configured to analyze the two-dimensional code information, compare whether the analyzed invoice number, invoice code, invoicing date and amount are the same as the scanned invoice number, invoice code, invoicing date and amount, and if so, end the current process.
