Description

Natural sterilization and deodorization fiber and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a natural sterilization and deodorization fiber and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of textile manufacturing.
Background
Fiber products which are in direct contact with the skin such as underwear, gloves, socks, shirts, bedclothes, carpets and the like are often attached by skin secretions such as sweat and the like during use, and the skin secretions can become a nutrient source for the reproduction of various bacteria and fungi, cause numerous diseases and endanger the physical health of people. For this urgent problem, the mainstream approach is to add various synthetic antibacterial agents, such as various antimicrobial metal ions (silver, copper, zinc) based on organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt, to the fiber and fiber cloth products to impart antibacterial property. However, the antibacterial fabric obtained by the method is not always safe for human bodies, and a part of antibacterial agents can cause adverse reactions such as skin rash and the like in application, and particularly, the antibacterial fabric is obvious for people with sensitive skin such as newborns and the like. And some antibacterial agents can generate toxic substances such as dioxin and the like during incineration, thereby polluting the environment.
Chitosan (chitosan), a natural antibacterial and deodorizing substance, is obtained by deacetylating chitin widely existing in the nature, and has recently been widely used in various fields such as medicine, food, cosmetics, biomedical engineering, etc., as an antimicrobial component. Chinese patent application No. 200710053709.8 discloses a chitosan/starch blending drug-loaded fiber with excellent mechanical properties and a preparation method thereof. Chinese patent application No. 201310202585.0 discloses a chitosan-ethyl cellulose blending film, a blending gel and a preparation method thereof. The chitosan is used as an antibacterial component to prepare a novel natural antibacterial composite material which is applied to the fields of women, infants and medical supplies with high requirements on human safety. However, the fiber product which is in direct contact with the skin in daily life only applies the antibacterial property of chitosan, not only has antibacterial and deodorizing capacity and safety to human bodies, but also needs to consider wearing comfort and washing durability, particularly the adhesive used for ensuring the washing durability, and also needs to consider the safety to human bodies, so that sericin and gelatin which have natural adhesion and protection functions are adopted as the adhesive, and the requirements are met at the same time.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a functional fiber with excellent performance and a preparation method thereof, and the fiber has the functions of antibiosis and deodorization, is comfortable to wear, safe to human bodies, natural and free of pollution, and has good washing durability. Can be used for various fiber products which can directly contact with the skin in daily life, such as underwear, gloves, socks, shirts, bedding, carpets, women and infants, medical supplies, and the like.
The preparation method of the natural sterilizing and deodorizing fiber provided by the invention comprises the following steps.
(1) Dispersing chitosan in water at a certain temperature, adding the organic acid complex solution while stirring the dispersion to adjust the pH value of the solution, sequentially adding sericin and gelatin after the chitosan is completely dissolved, continuously stirring for a period of time, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed aqueous solution A.
(2) The fiber is treated by the mixed aqueous solution A through a conventional padding or spraying method, and a method of two-padding and two-rolling can be adopted when the requirement on the washing durability of the fiber is higher. And then, drying and heat-treating the treated fiber for a period of time under a certain temperature condition by using a hot air dryer to obtain the functional fiber with excellent antimicrobial property, high safety and good washing durability.
The chitosan has a deacetylation degree of more than 55%, a molecular weight of 20-140k daltons, preferably a deacetylation degree of 65-92% and a molecular weight of 60-120 k daltons, and is more easily dissolved and has a better bacteriostatic effect when the deacetylation degree is 92% and the molecular weight is 100k daltons; the addition amount of the chitosan is 0.1-2% of the mass percentage concentration, preferably 2%, the antibacterial performance effect is poor when the concentration is too low, even the requirement cannot be met, the concentration exceeds 2%, and the antibacterial performance is not obviously improved when the addition amount of the chitosan is continuously increased, but the cost is increased.
The organic acid compound solution is a compound solution of acetic acid, citric acid and tartaric acid, the molar ratio of the acetic acid to the citric acid to the tartaric acid is 3:1:1, the acetic acid with the weakest acidity is selected to be the most suitable, a single acetic acid solution is milder in reaction process, but the organic acid compound with the citric acid and the tartaric acid has better solubility and improved antibacterial property, so a large number of experiments are carried out in the compound process of the citric acid and the tartaric acid, and the ratio with the best comprehensive property is finally balanced.
Wherein the mass ratio of the sericin to the chitosan in the step (1) is (0.1-2): 1, preferably 1.8:1, the specific addition amount depends on the deacetylation degree and the molecular weight of the chitosan, the higher the deacetylation degree of the chitosan, the lower the molecular weight, the more the addition amount of the sericin needs to be increased to ensure the bonding fastness, and when the addition amount of the sericin is 2 times of the addition amount of the chitosan, the washing durability of the functional fiber continuously increasing the addition amount of the sericin does not change obviously.
Wherein, the mass ratio of the added amount of the gelatin in the step (1) to the sericin is (0-0.8): 1, preferably 0.5:1, and the added amount is more favorable for the durability of fiber washing.
The fibers in the step (2) mainly refer to synthetic fibers (including polyamide, polyester, polyacrylonitrile and the like) and semi-synthetic fibers obtained by blending synthetic fibers, cellulose fibers and animal fibers. After padding or spraying treatment, the total adhesion amount of chitosan, sericin and gelatin on the surface of the fiber is between 0.05 and 0.5 percent, preferably between 0.15 and 0.35 percent, and at the moment, the antibacterial property of the fiber can be ensured, and the luster and the hand feeling of the fiber fabric cannot be influenced because of overhigh adhesion amount.
Wherein the temperature in the step (1) is 60-70 ℃, preferably 60 ℃, and the water temperature is favorable for dissolving the acidified chitosan.
Wherein, the stirring speed in the step (1) is controlled at 500r/min, specifically at 200r/min, the stirring speed is lower than 100r/min, the dispersion of chitosan is not good, the dissolution is slow, the burden of stirring equipment is too high, and the dispersion liquid is easy to splash around.
Wherein, the pH value in the step (1) is adjusted to 3-4, and the chitosan dissolution effect is the best at the pH value.
Wherein, the temperature in the step (2) is 100-; the higher the temperature, the shorter the time required for the drying heat treatment, the higher the productivity and the lower the relative energy consumption, but it should be noted that the high temperature will have a bad influence on the physical properties of some kinds of synthetic fibers, and the fiber with excellent antimicrobial property, high safety and good washing durability can be obtained by selecting 100 ℃ plus 120 ℃ in the allowable production capacity.
The invention further provides the natural sterilization and deodorization fiber prepared by the method, the product performance is excellent, the fiber is safe and environment-friendly, and the fiber can be used for producing underwear, gloves, socks, shirts, bedding articles, carpets, women and infants articles, medical articles and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that.
(1) The concentration of the chitosan is 0.1-2%, preferably 2%, the antibacterial performance effect is poor when the concentration is too low, even the antibacterial requirement cannot be met, the concentration exceeds 2%, the antibacterial performance is not obviously improved when the addition amount of the chitosan is continuously increased, and the cost is increased.
(2) The pH value is adjusted by the organic acid compound liquid compounded by the acetic acid, the citric acid and the tartaric acid, the acetic acid with the weakest acidity is selected to be most suitable in consideration of the influence of the organic acid on the fiber strength, and although the reaction process of a single acetic acid solution is milder, the organic acid compound liquid compounded by the citric acid and the tartaric acid has better solubility and improved antibacterial property, so a large number of experiments are carried out in the compounding process of the three, and the ratio with the best comprehensive property is finally balanced.
(3) The combined use of sericin and gelatin ensures the bonding fastness, and when the addition of sericin is 2 times of that of chitosan, the washing durability of the functional fiber with the addition of sericin is continuously increased without obvious change; when the mass ratio of the added amount of the gelatin to the sericin is 0.5:1, the added amount is more beneficial to the durability and the body feeling comfort degree of fiber washing.
(4) The functional fiber prepared by the method has the advantages of excellent antimicrobial property, high safety, good washing durability and skin-friendly and soft property.
