技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有阻燃性的磁性丁基胶阻尼片,属于阻尼片技术领域。
背景技术
阻尼片又叫胶泥或者阻尼块,是贴在车身内表面的一种粘弹性材料,紧贴着车身的钢板壁上,主要是为了起到减少噪声、减少震动的作用,也就是说起到阻尼作用。所有小轿车里都安装有阻尼片,如奔驰、宝马等品牌汽车。此外,航天飞行器、飞机等其他需要减震降噪的机械也会用到阻尼片。现在的汽车阻尼片在装配时,先将阻尼片准确粘贴在车体钣金件特定位置上,再开始装配,由于钣金表面有灰尘、油污,阻尼片无法粘贴牢固,导致阻尼片容易掉落,影响装配进度。因此,设计一种具有阻燃性的磁性丁基胶阻尼片,它增加磁粉及阻燃剂,使其具有一定的磁性及阻燃效果,装配时更加便利,也能提高一定的安全性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种具有阻燃性的磁性丁基胶阻尼片,它解决了目前汽车阻尼片在安装时,无法粘贴牢固,影响安装效率的问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采取以下技术方案来实现:
一种具有阻燃性的磁性丁基胶阻尼片,它由以下组分按照质量百分比制作而成:丁基橡胶9-15%,聚异丁烯10-17%,碳五树脂2.5-4%,磁粉54-70%,碳酸钙3-4%,阻燃剂4-7%。
作为优选实例,所述磁粉为60%。
添加的磁粉经过26mT充磁后,使阻尼片产生磁性,对钣金有一定的吸附力,从而保证在钣金被污染的情况下,阻尼片能正常的装配,且因为是片状材料,可以模切为各种形状,以应对客户对阻尼片形状上的各种要求。
本发明的有益效果是:它在配方中增加了磁粉及阻燃剂,磁粉能够让阻尼片吸附在钣金表面,不会因为钣金表面的灰尘和油污,出现粘贴不牢的现象,装配时更加便利;阻燃剂能提高一定的安全性。

为了对本发明的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种具有阻燃性的磁性丁基胶阻尼片,它由以下组分按照质量百分比制作而成:丁基橡胶12%,聚异丁烯16%,碳五树脂3.5%,磁粉60%,碳酸钙3.5%,阻燃剂5%。
制备方法:将12%丁基橡胶在捏炼机中捏炼,15-20分钟后加入3.5%碳五树脂,搅拌5分钟后加入60%磁粉,搅拌20分钟后加入3.5%碳酸钙和5%阻燃剂,10分钟后,加入16%聚异丁烯,15分钟后出料,经过挤出机成型,单面覆0.2mm厚铝箔,即得上述带有磁性及阻燃性的丁基阻尼胶片。
实施例2
一种具有阻燃性的磁性丁基胶阻尼片,它由以下组分按照质量百分比制作而成:丁基橡胶15%,聚异丁烯14%,碳五树脂3%,磁粉60%,碳酸钙3.2%,阻燃剂4.8%。
制备方法:将15%丁基橡胶在捏炼机中捏炼,15-20分钟后加入3%碳五树脂,搅拌5分钟后加入60%磁粉,搅拌20分钟后加入3.2%碳酸钙和4.8%阻燃剂,10分钟后,加入14%聚异丁烯,15分钟后出料,经过挤出机成型,单面覆0.2mm厚铝箔,即得上述带有磁性及阻燃性的丁基阻尼胶片。
实施例1与实施例2样品比较,实施例1胶料相对于实施例2胶料内聚力较小,胶料更粘,说明丁基胶含量与胶料强度成正比,聚异丁烯含量与胶初粘性成正比。
它在配方中增加了磁粉及阻燃剂,磁粉能够让阻尼片吸附在钣金表面,不会因为钣金表面的灰尘和油污,出现粘贴不牢的现象,装配时更加便利;阻燃剂能提高一定的安全性。
