Claims (7)

1. An edible oil production line comprises a blank arranging machine, a blow molding machine, a labeling machine, a filling machine, a capping machine, a case unpacking machine, a case sealing machine and a double-layer workshop, wherein a first transmission chain is arranged between the blow molding machine and the labeling machine, the edible oil production line is characterized by further comprising a first conveying device (1), a second conveying device (2) and a case packing device (3), the blank arranging machine, the blow molding machine and the labeling machine are arranged in the lower-layer workshop, the filling machine, the capping machine, the case unpacking machine, the case sealing machine and the case packing device (3) are arranged in the upper-layer workshop, the first conveying device (1) is arranged between the labeling machine and the filling machine, the second conveying device (2) is arranged between the case sealing machine and the lower-layer workshop, the case packing device (3) comprises a conveying mechanism (31), a placing table (32) and a pushing device (33), the conveying mechanism (31) is arranged on the rear side of the placing table (32), and the, a conveyor belt (34) is arranged below the placing table (32), two ends of the conveyor belt (34) are respectively connected with a case unpacking machine and a case sealing machine, the case sealing machine is connected with the second conveying device (2), the conveying mechanism (31) is connected with a second transmission chain, the other end of the second transmission chain is connected with a labeling machine, and the second transmission chain is further connected with a filling machine and a capping machine.

The edible oil production line of claim 1, wherein the conveying mechanism (31) comprises a table top (311), a first partition plate (312) and a second partition plate (313), baffles are arranged on the rear side and the right side of the table top (311), the table top (311) is provided with a through groove (314) matched with the first partition plate (312) and the second partition plate (313), horizontal connecting plates (315) are arranged at the bottoms of the first partition plate (312) and the second partition plate (313), the horizontal connecting plates (315) are connected with a first cylinder (316), the pushing device (33) comprises a pushing plate (331) and a second cylinder (332), the second cylinder (332) is fixedly connected with the baffle on the rear side of the table top (311), and the pushing plate (331) is fixedly connected with the second cylinder (332).

The edible oil production line of claim 2, wherein the placing table (32) comprises a concave frame (321), a first rotating plate (322) and a second rotating plate (323), the opening of the concave frame (321) corresponds to the front side of the table top (311), the first rotating plate (322), the second rotating plate (323) and the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the concave frame (321) are hinged, and the first rotating plate (322) and the second rotating plate (323) are connected with a rotating cylinder (324).

The edible oil production line of claim 1, wherein the first conveying device (1) comprises a first clamping track (11) and a second clamping track (12), the first clamping track (11) and the second clamping track (12) comprise a horizontal feeding section, a downward-bending arc transition section and a horizontal discharging section which are positioned above, the first clamping track (11) and the second clamping track (12) respectively comprise a conveying motor (13), a conveying belt (14) and a soft clamping component (15) arranged on the conveying belt (14), and the soft clamping component (15) comprises a soft rubber sleeve (151) which is annularly arranged, a clamping plate (152) which clamps the soft rubber sleeve (151) on the conveying belt (14), and a backing plate (153) which is arranged between the clamping plate (152) and the soft rubber sleeve (151).

The edible oil production line of claim 1, wherein the second conveying device (2) comprises a mounting frame (21), a first spiral frame (22) and a second spiral frame (23), the mounting frame (21) is arranged in the middle of the first spiral frame (22), the second spiral frame (23) and the mounting frame (21) are fixedly connected, and a plurality of conveying rollers (24) are rotatably connected between the first spiral frame (22) and the second spiral frame (23).

The edible oil production line of claim 1, wherein an upper cover device is arranged between the capping machine and the filling machine, the upper cover device comprises a guide rail, a support and a third cylinder, the guide rail is connected with a bottle cap lifter, the third cylinder is arranged on the right side of the guide rail and fixedly connected with the support, and the third cylinder is connected with a pressing plate.
7. The edible oil production line of claim 1, wherein the second transmission chain is formed by connecting a plurality of sub transmission chains in a splicing manner, and the sub transmission chains and the first transmission chain are both formed by transmission plates.
