Abstract
The invention discloses a circulating type carding wool spinning flexible production system, which relates to the technical field of spinning. The system integrates all processes of warehousing, production flow and ex-warehouse and all devices required by the processes into a three-dimensional production workshop, the distance between the processes is compressed to the utmost extent, and the purposes of improving the production efficiency and pairing machines on different production lines to achieve flexible production through automatic transportation by fully automating the transportation of raw materials, intermediate products and products are achieved.

The invention provides a circulating type carding wool flexible production system aiming at the defects in the prior art, which integrates all processes of warehousing, production flow and ex-warehouse as well as all devices required by the processes into a three-dimensional production workshop, compresses the routes between the processes to the utmost extent, fully automates the transportation of raw materials, intermediate products and products, not only can achieve the purpose of improving the production efficiency, but also can match machines on different production lines through automatic transportation to achieve the purpose of flexible production.

Further, conventional production layout cannot be used in the present application, and therefore, a three-dimensional production layout is adopted in the present application. By having three main units, the production space is divided in this application into two layers, one above ground layer having a carding system and a carding system, and the second above ground layer having a carding and twisting system. In order to increase the turnover efficiency, the feed and discharge storage area is also integrated into the first floor, while the feed and discharge storage area extends from the first floor to the second floor. Because feeding ejection of compact storehouse district and combing the hair system in the same layer, then need not in addition to save the raw materials, directly put into and combing the hair system with the raw materials through feeding ejection of compact storehouse district. The optimal production efficiency is achieved in a limited space.
The invention achieves the maximum production efficiency in a limited space by a three-dimensional circular production system, and simultaneously adopts a full-automatic transportation system to ensure that all production units can be mutually communicated, thereby really achieving flexible production.

Example 1: as shown in the figure and figure 2, a circulating type carding wool spinning flexible production system comprises a feeding and discharging bin storage area 1, a plurality of carding systems 2, a plurality of filament and yarn connecting systems 3 and a plurality of filament and yarn connecting systems 4, wherein the carding systems 2 form a flow line by an automatic filament storage bin, a texturing machine, an automatic filament feeding bin and a carding machine, the filament and yarn connecting systems 3 form a flow line by a ring spinning machine and an automatic bobbin winder, the filament and yarn connecting systems 4 form a flow line by a bobbin winder, a doubling machine and a twisting machine, the three-dimensional carding wool spinning flexible production system is arranged in a production space, the production space comprises an above-ground layer and an above-ground layer, the feeding and discharging bin storage area 1 is arranged on the above-ground layer and penetrates through the above-ground layer, the carding systems 2 and the filament and yarn connecting systems 3 are arranged on the above-ground layer, the carding systems 2 and the filament and yarn connecting systems 3 are consistent in number and are connected, the assembly line formed by the combing system 2 and the fine combing system 3 is uniformly and vertically distributed on the ground layer.

1. A circulating type carding wool spinning flexible production system comprises a feeding and discharging bin storage area, a plurality of carding systems, a plurality of filament winding systems and a plurality of filament winding and twisting systems, wherein the carding systems form a flow line by an automatic wool storage bin, a wool blending machine, an automatic wool feeding bin and a wool carding machine, the filament winding systems form a flow line by a ring spinning frame and an automatic bobbin winder, and the filament winding and twisting systems form a flow line by a bobbin winder, a doubling machine and a twisting machine, and is characterized in that the three-dimensional carding wool spinning flexible production system is arranged in a production space, the production space comprises a ground layer and a ground layer, the feeding and discharging bin storage area is arranged on the ground layer and penetrates through the ground layer, the carding systems and the filament winding systems are arranged on the ground layer, the filament winding and twisting systems are arranged on the ground layer, the carding systems and the filament winding systems are consistent in number and are connected with the filament winding systems, the feeding and discharging storage area and the carding system are provided with a raw material transportation channel, the ground one layer and the ground two layers are provided with a yarn drum transportation channel, the yarn drum transportation channel is communicated with the fine winding and twisting system and the winding and twisting system, the winding and twisting system and the feeding and discharging storage area are provided with a finished product transportation channel, and the feeding and discharging storage area is provided with a goods discharging area in the region of the ground one layer.
