11. A fender according to claim 10, wherein the arm reinforcement includes a diagonal rib provided between adjacent two of the lateral ribs;
one end of the diagonal rib is connected with one end of the transverse rib, and the other end of the diagonal rib is connected with the other end of the transverse rib opposite to the one end.
12. A fender according to claim 8, wherein the fender arm is a box open to the wheel, the arm reinforcement being disposed within the box.
13. A fender according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the number of fender arms is two, and the two fender arms are respectively provided on both sides of the fender body.
14. A fender according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the fender body and the fender arm are both nylon.
15. A vehicle comprising a frame and a fender according to any of claims 1 to 14, the fender arm being fixedly connected to the frame.
