The invention comprises a double-layer sleeve body, wherein the inner diameter of the inner sleeve body 1 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of an ultrasonic probe 12, and has certain elasticity, a small amount of medical coupling agent is injected into the inner sleeve body 1 before examination, so that the effect of exhausting air between the transrectal ultrasonic probe 12 and the inner sleeve body 1 is achieved, and the transrectal ultrasonic probe 12 is placed into the inner sleeve body 1; the inner diameter of the outer sleeve body 2 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the ultrasonic probe 12, and the outer sleeve body has certain elasticity; the inner sleeve body 1 and the outer sleeve body 2 are connected at the root parts thereof through the connecting ring 3, a closed cavity gap is formed between the inner sleeve body 1 and the outer sleeve body 2, and the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are both connected with the liquid injection cavity 4, such as a single water injection pipe, air is easily brought into the liquid injection cavity 4, or residual gas in the liquid injection cavity 4 is difficult to discharge; the invention is provided with a liquid inlet pipe 13 and a liquid outlet pipe 14, the upper part is the liquid inlet pipe 13 which can be used for connecting the injector 6 to inject the physiological saline, the lower part is the liquid outlet pipe 14, the head end of the liquid outlet pipe 14 can be put into a container to receive the redundant physiological saline, and the liquid inlet pipe 13 and the liquid outlet pipe 14 of the water injection cavity can be used for discharging the air in the liquid injection cavity 4 by adopting a circulating water injection method, thereby achieving the purposes of reducing and avoiding gas interference.
The use method of the transrectal ultrasonic probe gas interference prevention device comprises the following steps:
(1) the fixing sleeve 7 is turned backwards and exposes out of the inner cavity of the inner sleeve body 1, and a layer of medical coupling agent is uniformly coated on the inner wall of the inner sleeve body 1;
(2) correspondingly and axially extending the ultrasonic probe 12 into the fixed sleeve 7, slowly placing the ultrasonic probe 12 into the inner sleeve body 1, and then pinching the fixed rubber ring 8 by hand to stretch the fixed sleeve 7 and the probe sleeve to the tail end of the ultrasonic probe 12, so that the elastic fixed rubber ring 8, the inner wall of the fixed sleeve 7 and the inner wall of the inner sleeve body 1 are correspondingly attached to the periphery of the ultrasonic probe 12;
(3) observing whether bubbles exist between the ultrasonic probe 12 and the fixed sleeve 7 and between the probe sleeve body 1 and the probe sleeve body, if so, slightly pressing the bubbles out of the sleeve opening of the fixed sleeve 7 by fingers; if no bubble exists, performing the step (4);
(4) smearing 3-5 g of medical coupling agent at the anus of a patient for lubrication, slowly placing the ultrasonic probe 12 and the probe sleeve into the anus of the patient, keeping the liquid inlet pipe 13 and the liquid outlet pipe 14 outside the patient until the ultrasonic imager can observe the depth of the corresponding rectum through the ultrasonic probe 12, stopping the ultrasonic imager, and fixing the ultrasonic probe 12 to avoid sliding out of the anus of the patient;
(5) closing the clamper 5 of the liquid outlet pipe 14 of the liquid injection cavity 4, connecting the injector 6 with the liquid inlet pipe 13 of the liquid injection cavity 4 through the connector 9, pumping out the air in the liquid injection cavity 4 outwards for a plurality of times through the injector 6 until the piston of the injector 6 is difficult to pull outwards, and closing the clamper 5 of the liquid inlet pipe 13 of the liquid injection cavity 4;
(6) after the physiological saline is extracted by the injector 6, the injector is connected with the connector 9 of the liquid inlet pipe 13, the clamping device 5 of the liquid inlet pipe 13 is opened, the physiological saline is slowly injected into the liquid injection cavity 4, when the physiological saline is visible in the liquid outlet pipe 14, the connector 9 of the liquid outlet pipe 14 is placed into a container, the clamping device 5 of the liquid outlet pipe 14 is opened, the physiological saline flows into the container, and after the injector 6 completely injects the physiological saline, the liquid outlet pipe 14 and the clamping device 5 of the liquid inlet pipe 13 are closed;
(7) observing an image generated by an ultrasonic imager connected with the ultrasonic probe 12, if the image has an unclear part, indicating that gas remains in the liquid injection cavity 4, and repeating the step (6) for a plurality of times to continue injecting the physiological saline into the liquid injection cavity 4 until the image is clear; if the image is clear, the gas is not remained in the liquid injection chamber 4, then the step (8) is carried out;
(8) the clamping device 5 of the liquid inlet pipe 13 is opened, the injector 6 continues to inject the normal saline into the liquid injection cavity 4 for a plurality of times through the liquid inlet pipe 13, so that the liquid injection cavity 4 is continuously and slowly filled with the normal saline, the normal saline extrudes the outer sleeve body 2 to expand to generate tension, the outer sleeve body 2 is enabled to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the rectal intestinal canal, and the normal saline is injected until the ultrasonic probe 12 is used for scanning, and the image generated by the ultrasonic imager is satisfied or the patient feels uncomfortable and stops.
In order to better obtain the required detection image, in the step (8), when the rectum is scanned by the ultrasonic probe 12, the position of the ultrasonic probe 12 is adjusted by swinging according to the angle to be detected, and the required image is obtained on the ultrasonic imager.
In order to reduce the hardness of the device and avoid discomfort to a patient, the liquid inlet pipe 13 and the liquid outlet pipe 14 are both flexible pipes, the fixed sleeve 7 and the probe sleeve are both made of rubber, and the connecting ring 3 is made of rubber or soft plastic. The fixing sleeve 7 and the probe sleeve can be made of natural rubber or thermoplastic polyurethane rubber.
The invention realizes the circulation flushing and discharging of the gas in the liquid inlet pipe 13, the liquid injection cavity 4 and the liquid outlet pipe 14 by injecting the normal saline from the liquid inlet pipe 13 and discharging the normal saline from the liquid outlet pipe 14, namely discharging the gas in the cavity of the device; then, the external sleeve body 2 is expanded by continuously injecting normal saline into the vacuum liquid injection cavity 4, and the rectal cavity is filled by utilizing the expansion of the external sleeve body 2, so that the gas is extruded out of the range scanned by the ultrasonic probe 12; by utilizing the double-layer structure of the inner sleeve body and the outer sleeve body 2 of the probe sleeve, the ultrasonic probe 12 in the inner sleeve body 1 can swing and adjust the position according to the detection requirement, the ultrasonic probe 12 sleeved by the inner sleeve body 1 is always wrapped by the physiological saline, and the expanded outer sleeve body 2 can always fill the gap of the rectum.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 4, the difference from embodiment 1 is that the liquid inlet pipe 13 and the liquid outlet pipe 14 are both connected to the outer casing 2, and the outer casing 2 is provided with a connecting hole 11 corresponding to the liquid inlet pipe 13 and the liquid outlet pipe 14, respectively. The liquid inlet pipe 13 and the liquid outlet pipe 14 are connected with the liquid injection cavity 4 through the connecting hole 11.

(2) the ultrasonic probe is correspondingly and axially extended into the fixed sleeve, so that the ultrasonic probe is slowly arranged in the inner sleeve body, the fixed rubber ring is pinched by hands to stretch the fixed sleeve and the probe sleeve to the tail end of the ultrasonic probe, and the elastic fixed rubber ring, the inner wall of the fixed sleeve and the inner wall of the inner sleeve body are correspondingly attached to the periphery of the ultrasonic probe;
(3) observing whether bubbles exist between the ultrasonic probe and the fixed sleeve and between the ultrasonic probe and the sleeve body of the probe sleeve, if so, slightly pressing the bubbles out of the sleeve opening of the fixed sleeve by using a finger; if no bubble exists, performing the step (4);
(4) smearing 3-5 g of medical coupling agent at the anus of a patient for lubrication, slowly placing an ultrasonic probe and a probe sleeve into the anus of the patient, keeping a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe outside the patient until an ultrasonic imager can observe the depth of the corresponding rectum through the ultrasonic probe, and fixing the ultrasonic probe to prevent the ultrasonic probe from sliding out of the anus of the patient;
(5) closing a clamping device of a liquid outlet pipe of the liquid injection cavity, connecting an injector with a liquid inlet pipe of the liquid injection cavity through a connector, outwards pumping air in the liquid injection cavity for multiple times through the injector until a piston of the injector is difficult to outwards pull, and closing the clamping device of the liquid inlet pipe of the liquid injection cavity;
(6) after the physiological saline is extracted by the injector, the injector is connected with the connector of the liquid inlet pipe, the clamping device of the liquid inlet pipe is opened, the physiological saline is injected slowly into the liquid injection cavity, after the physiological saline is visible in the liquid outlet pipe, the connector of the liquid outlet pipe is placed into the container, the clamping device of the liquid outlet pipe is opened, the physiological saline flows into the container, and after the injector completely injects the physiological saline, the clamping devices of the liquid outlet pipe and the liquid inlet pipe are closed;
(7) observing an image generated by an ultrasonic imaging instrument connected with the ultrasonic probe, if the image has an unclear part, indicating that gas remains in the liquid injection cavity, and repeating the step (6) for a plurality of times to continue injecting the physiological saline into the liquid injection cavity until the image is clear; if the image is clear, indicating that no gas remains in the liquid injection cavity, performing step (8);
(8) and opening the clamping device of the liquid inlet pipe, continuously injecting normal saline into the liquid injection cavity for multiple times through the liquid inlet pipe by using the injector, continuously and slowly filling the liquid injection cavity with the normal saline, extruding the outer sleeve body by the normal saline to expand to generate tension, enabling the outer sleeve body to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the rectum intestinal canal, and injecting the normal saline until the ultrasonic probe scans the image generated by the ultrasonic imaging instrument is satisfied or the patient feels uncomfortable and stops.
