Description

Injection device for radiography
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of medical equipment, especially, relate to injection device for radiography.
Background
Patients with skin sinus/fistula, such as anal fistula or incisal fistula, are often encountered during medical treatment. For definite diagnosis of the sinus/fistula, clarification of the distribution and morphology of the sinus/fistula in the subcutaneous or deep tissue, and providing detailed information for clinical diagnosis and treatment, a sinogram examination of the sinus/fistula is required.
Sinus/fistula imaging: the contrast agent is injected through the external skin opening of the sinus/fistula by using the X-ray opaque contrast agent, so that the contrast agent is fully drained along the sinus/fistula to reach each part and internal opening of the sinus/fistula, then X-ray pictures are taken to obtain X-ray films, so that the images of the sinus/fistula are developed on the X-ray films, and the distribution range, depth, lumen shape, running, outlet quantity and mutual relation of the sinus/fistula under the skin are solved by the images of the X-ray films, thereby providing rich basis for the selection of clinical treatment, especially surgical treatment modes.
The conventional approach to sinus/fistula imaging is to inject the contrast agent directly from the external ostium of the sinus/fistula using an injection member, or to inject the contrast agent after placement into the sinus/fistula using a catheter. Some cases of poor or unsuccessful contrast effect can be encountered in the examination process, the contrast agent can not smoothly enter the sinus/fistula, the sinus/fistula can not achieve complete visualization, missed diagnosis can occur or the overall appearance of the focus can not be displayed, the clinical treatment is difficult, and the focus is easy to relapse.
As shown in CN208274792U, in the clinical contrast injection member for cardiovascular medicine, if the external orifice of sinus/fistula is too small, the contrast agent cannot be injected by the injection member, and although it is injected under pressure, a large amount of contrast agent overflows from the external orifice; for example, the sinus/fistula has too large outer opening or local wound surface and too large outer opening which are far larger than the diameter of the injection piece or catheter opening, so that proper pressure injection cannot be carried out during radiography, a large amount of contrast agent cannot enter the deep part of the sinus/fistula and largely overflows from the outer opening, and the like.
