Abstract

The test paper bracket 6 is of a T-shaped structure with a wide front part and a narrow back part, wherein one end, inserted into the test paper 9, is arranged as a front end, and the other end is a tail end. The test paper groove 61 arranged along the front-back direction is formed in the top of the test paper bracket 6, and an inward inclination angle convenient for the test paper 9 to slide in is formed in a groove opening at the front end of the test paper groove 61.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a plurality of photoelectric conversion channels 52 into which the photoelectric conversion tubes 8 can be inserted are arranged on the top of the detection head 5 in an array corresponding to the position of the detection channel 51, and the photoelectric conversion tubes 8 arranged in the array form a photoelectric conversion tube array. An inclined plane is arranged between the top and the side wall of the detection head 5, a plurality of inclined plane arrays are provided with light source channels 53 for inserting the LED light sources 7, and the LED light sources 7 are arranged in arrays to form an LED light source array. The LED light source 7 and the photoelectric conversion tube 8 are in line connection with the control circuit board 3, the control circuit board 3 is provided with a controller, a signal converter and a peripheral circuit, and the photoelectric conversion tube array can convert a reflected light signal emitted by the LED light source array into an electric signal to be transmitted to the control circuit board 3 for identification and processing and is displayed by the display screen 4.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
1. placing the test paper 9 absorbed with urine on the test paper bracket 6, inserting the tail part of the test paper bracket 6 from the bracket jack 24, and placing the test paper in the detection channel 51 of the detection head 5;
2. the control switch 23 is turned on to start the instrument, and data acquisition and analysis are started through the display screen 4;
3. the LED light source array emits light signals, the light signals are reflected to the photoelectric conversion tube array through the test paper 9, and the photoelectric conversion tube converts the reflected light signals into electric signals and transmits the electric signals to the control circuit board 3;
4. after the detection is finished, the data can be exported through the data interface 22, then the control switch 23 is closed, and the test paper bracket 6 is taken out for cleaning.
