Abstract
The invention discloses a multifunctional pathological tissue paraffin section processing device, and particularly relates to the field of laboratory instruments, wherein the device comprises a water storage tank, a degassing mechanism and a baking mechanism; the degassing mechanism comprises a lower water outlet pipe, an upper water storage container, a heating sleeve and a movable frame; one end of the lower water outlet pipe is fixed with the bottom of the water storage tank, and the bottom end of the lower water outlet pipe is provided with a water outlet hole; the inner side of the lower water outlet pipe is provided with a fixing ring, correspondingly, the lower end of the upper water storage container is provided with a water outlet pipe, and the water outlet pipe is sleeved in the lower water outlet pipe and is abutted and contacted with the upper end of the fixing ring; the movable frame comprises a support rod, a transverse slide rail rod and a transverse slide rod, one end of the support rod is fixed to the upper end of the water storage tank, the other end of the support rod is fixed to the lower end of the transverse slide rail rod, a slide rail groove is formed in the inner side of the transverse slide rail rod, and the transverse slide rod is fixed to the side end of the heating sleeve. The method which is most widely applied in the conventional preparation technology of paraffin section histology. Paraffin sections are not only used for observing the morphological structure of normal cell tissues, but also are the main methods used by subjects such as pathology and forensic science to study, observe and judge morphological changes of cell tissues, and have been widely used in the study of other subjects. In teaching, most of section specimens observed under a light mirror are prepared by a paraffin section method. The living cells or tissues are colorless and transparent, and various structures among various tissues and in the cells lack contrast, so that the living cells or tissues are not easy to clearly distinguish under a common light mirror; the tissue will die and decay after leaving the body, and the original normal structure is lost, therefore, the tissue is fixed, embedded in paraffin, sliced and stained to avoid the death of cell tissue, and the morphological structure can be clearly identified.
During the process of processing the paraffin section of pathological tissue, the spreading operation of the paraffin section needs to be carried out by utilizing the surface tension of water so as to spread the paraffin section. However, in the actual operation process, some bubbles are dissolved/dissociated in the warm water for the slide, so that bubbles are attached to the lower surface of the slide, and the integrity of the slide is affected after the bubbles are broken in the drying or dyeing process. Therefore, the technical staff is a problem to be solved for effectively and continuously discharging the bubbles in the water to facilitate the exhibition.
