The invention relates to the technical field of environment-friendly floors, in particular to an oil-resistant waterproof long-life environment-friendly sound insulation floor and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
In temperate and subtropical regions, the environment is suitable, all things grow, the living is comfortable, but simultaneously the virus activity is vigorous, the influenza is high, wherein the main epidemic strain is HXNX A. However, it is proved that residents in subtropical and temperate regions have seasonal vitamin D deficiency, which means that functional vitamin D is sufficient in summer and insufficient in winter, so that the comprehensive immunity of most of people is relatively low in autumn and winter, and children in the growth period are particularly obvious.
The proper increase of exercise and sunlight irradiation are important factors for promoting the absorption of vitamin D, the effect of exercise in the time period with insufficient sunlight is more important, but with the deepening of the urbanization process in China, the number of urban population is increased, indoor exercise becomes the main exercise means of the urban population, and the household exercise is limited due to the problem of limited floor sound insulation effect.
However, no special sound insulation floor which can adjust the temperature and has comfortable foot feeling is available on the market at present. Acetophenone is colorless crystal below 20 ℃, is light yellow oily liquid above 20 ℃, has the smell of hawthorn, is a plasticizer of cellulose ester and resin, is hydrophobic, oil-resistant, non-toxic and harmless, is a good filler of a sound insulation floor, but does not have related application in the field of sound insulation floors at present. The main defects of the existing sound insulation floor on the market in the application of temperate zone and subtropical zone are that the floor is not water-resistant, has high rigidity and poor flexibility, has hard foot feel, has no damping function and thus has relatively low service life.
Therefore, the oil-proof, waterproof, long-life and environment-friendly sound insulation floor which is intrinsically water-resistant, good in material plasticity, comfortable in foot feeling, sound-proof and vibration-damping and the manufacturing method thereof are urgently needed in the market.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing an oil-resistant, waterproof, long-life and environment-friendly sound insulation floor which is intrinsically water-resistant, good in material plasticity, comfortable in foot feeling, sound-proof and vibration-resistant.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: an oil-resistant, waterproof, long-life, environment-friendly and sound-insulation floor comprises a surface layer material and a bottom layer material, wherein the bottom layer material is of a reversed-square-shaped structure, the surface layer packaging material of the reversed-square-shaped structure is an organic matrix prepared by taking 45-56 parts by weight of polymethyl silicone resin as a raw material, and an internal functional filler is a bamboo fiber composite material prepared by taking 200-220 parts by weight of dendrocalamus latiflorus and 50-60 parts by weight of acetophenone as raw materials; the surface layer material is a wear-resistant layer and is a wear-resistant composite material prepared by taking 4-5 parts by weight of polymethyl silicone resin and 1-1.2 parts by weight of alumina powder as raw materials.
A manufacturing method of an oil-resistant waterproof long-life environment-friendly sound insulation floor comprises the following steps:
1) raw material preparation
① preparing raw materials, namely preparing 200 to 220 parts of dendrocalamus latiflorus, 50 to 60 parts of acetophenone, 50 to 60 parts of polymethyl silicone resin and 1 to 1.2 parts of alumina powder according to the parts by weight;
② preparing auxiliary materials, namely preparing enough biological enzyme aqua and enough sodium thiosulfate solution with solute mass fraction of 0.04%;
2) manufacture of bamboo fiber cloth
① boiling the hemp bamboo prepared in step ① of stage 1) in water for 1-1.5 h, taking out, and mechanically extruding into strips until the diameter of the crushed bamboo strips is 1-3 mm to obtain raw hemp bamboo strips;
② stewing raw bamboo strips obtained in step ① under steam pressure of 2MPa-2.5MPa and steam temperature of 130-135 deg.C for 25-30 min, completely soaking the stewed bamboo strips in biological enzyme water solution for degumming treatment, mechanically carding the degummed bamboo fiber net tubes into hard bamboo filaments;
③, immersing the hard bamboo filaments obtained in the step ② in a sodium thiosulfate solution with solute mass fraction of 0.04%, continuing for 1.5h-2h, and taking out the softened hard bamboo filaments to obtain bamboo fibers;
④, weaving the bamboo fiber obtained in step ③ into fiber cloth according to the four-flat needle method of the cloth, and obtaining the required bamboo fiber cloth;
3) filler cure integration
① heating the acetophenone prepared in step ① of stage 1) to 20-25 ℃ until the acetophenone is completely melted to obtain a prefabricated molten pool;
② completely immersing the bamboo fiber cloth obtained in the step ④ in the stage 2) into the prefabricated molten pool obtained in the step ①, and then cooling to 5-10 ℃ until the prefabricated molten pool is completely cooled to obtain a solid mixture, wherein the solid mixture is the filler required to be solidified and integrated;
4) floor forming process
①, mechanically cutting and processing the solidified and integrated filler obtained in the step ② in the stage 3) into a shape and a size which are matched with the designed size of the floor core to obtain a floor core block;
②, taking the polymethyl silicone resin prepared in the step ① of the stage 1) as an integrated packaging material, reserving 4-5 parts of polymethyl silicone resin, completely wrapping the floor core block obtained in the step ① by using a hot press molding process after all other polymethyl silicone resins are subjected to hot melting, and hot pressing to form a shape and a size which are suitable for the floor appearance design size but have a smaller thickness than the design size, so as to obtain a semi-molded cured floor;
③, melting 4-5 parts of the reserved polymethyl silicone resin in the step ②, mixing the melted polymethyl silicone resin with the alumina powder prepared in the step ① in the step 1), brushing the mixed melt on the upper surface of the semi-formed solidified floor obtained in the step ②, baking, cooling, and polishing until the designed size is reached, thus obtaining the required sound insulation floor.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: (1) the acetophenone is colorless crystal below 20 ℃, is light yellow oily liquid above 20 ℃, has the smell of hawthorn, is a plasticizer of cellulose ester and resin, is hydrophobic, oleophilic, nontoxic and harmless, and is a good filler of a sound insulation floor. (2) The invention is not the traditional direct hot-pressing application of the whole bamboo fiber, but the fiber is woven again according to the integration mode of the cloth after the part except the fiber is removed, the acetophenone with the health care function is filled, and then the acetophenone is cured and formed by the polymethyl silicone resin, so the cracking or the deformation of the original bamboo material caused by heating can be avoided. (3) The invention has self-heat absorption capacity, on one hand, the acetophenone which is taken as a functional filler can exist in the whole floor as a factor for forming cavities in a solid state, on the other hand, after the temperature exceeds 20 ℃, the hydrate in the acetophenone is melted to absorb heat, the temperature is kept stable, and after the acetophenone is melted, the acetophenone exists in a liquid state, so that the acetophenone has good sound insulation and sound resistance effects. (4) The sound insulation floor has the advantages that the elastic modulus is not lower than 20GPa, the static bending strength is not lower than 200MPa, but the flexibility is far better than that of a common bamboo floor; the sound insulation performance of the composite material is divided into two intervals, acetophenone mainly exists in a solid particle form at the temperature below 20 ℃, the sound absorption coefficient range NRC is 0.6-0.65, the sound insulation amount can reach 28dB-30dB, acetophenone mainly exists in a liquid state at the temperature above 20 ℃, the sound absorption coefficient range NRC is 0.8-0.85, the sound insulation amount can reach 20dB-25dB, and two different noise elimination and sound insulation mechanisms act together, so that the composite material can adapt to a wider range of scenes. (5) The whole structural material of the invention is silk-thread bamboo fiber and silicon-based resin material, so the whole material is flexible, and the invention has good sound insulation performance, noise reduction and sound insulation, can bear more frequent trampling and has comfortable foot feel. Therefore, the invention has the characteristics of water resistance, good plasticity of the material, comfortable foot feel, sound insulation and vibration damping.
Detailed Description
Example 1:
the preparation method of the oil-resistant waterproof long-life environment-friendly sound insulation floor comprises the following steps:
① preparing raw materials, preparing 212kg of dendrocalamus latiflorus, 56kg of acetophenone, 53kg of polymethyl silicone resin, 1.1kg of alumina powder, enough biological enzyme water agent and enough sodium thiosulfate solution with solute mass fraction of 0.04% according to parts by weight;
② boiling hemp bamboo in water for 1-1.5 h, taking out, mechanically extruding into strips, stewing and steaming the broken bamboo strips for 25-30 min under the conditions of 2-2.5 MPa steam pressure and 130-135 ℃ steam temperature, completely immersing the stewed bamboo strips into a bio-enzyme aqueous solution for degumming, mechanically carding the degummed bamboo fiber net tubes into hard bamboo filaments, immersing the hard bamboo filaments into a sodium thiosulfate solution with solute mass fraction of 0.04%, continuing for 1.5-2 h, taking out the softened hard bamboo filaments to obtain bamboo fibers, and spinning the bamboo fibers into fiber cloth according to a four-flat needle method of the cloth to obtain the required bamboo fiber cloth;
③ heating acetophenone to 20-25 deg.C to completely melt acetophenone to obtain a prefabricated molten pool, completely immersing bamboo fiber cloth in the prefabricated molten pool, and cooling to 5-10 deg.C to completely cool the prefabricated molten pool to obtain a solid mixture, which is the filler to be solidified and integrated;
④ cutting the solidified filler into the shape and size corresponding to the designed size of the floor core to obtain the core block, using polymethyl silicone resin as the integrated packaging material, reserving 4-5 kg of polymethyl silicone resin, melting the other polymethyl silicone resin, wrapping the core block completely by hot pressing to obtain the semi-formed solidified floor, melting the reserved polymethyl silicone resin, mixing with alumina powder, brushing the mixture on the upper surface of the semi-formed solidified floor, baking, cooling, and polishing to reach the designed size to obtain the final product.
The sound insulation coating manufactured according to the embodiment has the advantages that the elastic modulus is not lower than 20GPa, the static bending strength is not lower than 200MPa, and the elasticity is higher than that of a common bamboo floor; the sound insulation performance of the composite material is divided into two intervals, wherein at the temperature below 20 ℃, the acetophenone mainly exists in the form of solid particles, the sound absorption coefficient range NRC is 0.6-0.65, the sound insulation quantity can reach 28dB-30dB, at the temperature above 20 ℃, the acetophenone mainly exists in the form of liquid, the sound absorption coefficient range NRC is 0.8-0.85, and the sound insulation quantity can reach 20dB-25 dB; the same applies below.
Example 2:

① raw materials are prepared, 200kg of dendrocalamus latiflorus, 60kg of acetophenone, 60kg of polymethyl silicone resin and 1.2kg of alumina powder are prepared according to the weight parts;

① preparing raw materials, namely preparing 220kg of dendrocalamus latiflorus, 50kg of acetophenone, 50kg of polymethyl silicone resin and 1kg of alumina powder according to the parts by weight;
