The trapezoidal prefabricated sandwich heat-insulation wall board is assembled into a wall. The trapezoidal prefabricated sandwich heat-insulation wall board with long and short sides has the advantages that along the length direction (Y direction) of the trapezoidal prefabricated sandwich heat-insulation wall board, the length of the first panel 11 is larger than that of the second panel 12, the length of the middle heat-insulation layer 13 is smaller than or equal to that of the second panel 12, the length of the middle heat-insulation layer 13 is smaller than that of the second panel 12 under normal conditions, and the top groove 14 of the sandwich heat-insulation wall board is formed by the first panel 11, the second panel 12 and the heat-insulation layer 13.
Along the width direction (X direction) of the trapezoidal prefabricated sandwich heat-insulating wall panel, the widths of the first panel 11, the second panel 12 and the heat-insulating layer 13 are equal, or the widths of the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 are equal, wherein the width of the heat-insulating layer 13 is smaller than that of the second panel 12.
The structure of the long and short edge trapezoidal prefabricated sandwich heat-insulating wall panel connected with the column comprises that along the length direction of the wall panel, the length of a first panel 11 is greater than that of a second panel 12, the length of a middle heat-insulating layer 13 is less than or equal to that of the second panel 12, the length of the middle heat-insulating layer 13 is less than that of the second panel 12 under normal conditions, and the first panel 11, the second panel 12 and the heat-insulating layer 13 form a top groove 14 of the sandwich heat-insulating wall panel.
The width of the first panel 11 is greater than the width of the second panel 12 along the width of the wall panel, with the width of the insulation 13 being less than or equal to the width of the second panel 12, preferably the width of the insulation 13 being less than the width of the second panel 2.
The difference between the trapezoidal prefabricated sandwich heat-insulating wall board with the long and short sides and the standard prefabricated sandwich heat-insulating wall board with the long and short sides lies in that the top of the wall board has a certain inclination, namely, along the length direction of the heat-insulating board, the length of one side edge of one plate is greater than that of the other side edge of the same plate.
At the corner of the house, one side close to the column is provided with long and short edges along the width direction of the wallboard. Along the width direction of wallboard, the width of first panel 11 is greater than the width of second panel 12, and the width of heat preservation 13 wherein is less than or equal to the width of second panel 12, and the width of preferred heat preservation 13 is less than the width of second panel 12, and first panel 11, heat preservation 13 and second panel 12 form the side recess, and the wallboard of post both sides is placed according to the design drawing. The first panel, the insulating layer and the second panel enclose a column space.
The steel beams or the wood beams of the roof truss are arranged in the top grooves 14 formed by the first and second panels 11 and 12 and the heat insulation layer 13 and extend to be connected with the columns, so that the construction is very simple and convenient. The insulation board is continuously arranged between the inner side of the first panel and the beam along the length direction of the beam, and therefore the beam is coated on the inner side of the insulation board.
