C. preparing middle layer slurry, adjusting the consistency to be No. 4 Ford cup for 35 seconds, and coating the prepared middle layer slurry on the surface of a blank in a spraying mode, wherein the coating amount is 3 g/sqft; then drying and cooling the mixture at the temperature of 120 ℃ to form an intermediate layer;
D. and (3) softening: c, under the condition that the rotating speed is 14 revolutions per minute, the leather blank treated in the step C is subjected to milling for 60 min;

B. preparing coloring layer slurry, adjusting the consistency to be 38 +/-3 seconds of a No. 4 Ford cup, and coating the prepared coloring layer slurry on the surface of a leather blank in a spraying mode, wherein the coating amount is 2 +/-0.2 g/sqft; then drying and cooling the substrate at the temperature of 105-125 ℃ to form a coloring layer;
C. preparing middle layer slurry, adjusting the consistency to be 35 +/-2 seconds in a No. 4 Ford cup, and coating the prepared middle layer slurry on the surface of a blank in a spraying mode, wherein the coating amount is 3 +/-0.2 g/sqft; then drying and cooling the substrate at the temperature of 110-130 ℃ to form an intermediate layer;
D. and (3) softening: c, under the condition that the rotating speed is 12-15 r/min, the leather blank treated in the step C is flawed for 60 +/-10 min;
E. preparing the top gloss layer slurry, adjusting the consistency to be 35 +/-2 seconds of a No. 4 Ford cup, and coating the prepared top gloss layer slurry on the surface of a blank in a spraying mode, wherein the coating amount is 2 +/-0.2 g/sqft; then drying and cooling the substrate at the temperature of 105-125 ℃ to form a top light layer; and rolling to obtain the automobile seat cushion leather with crystal effect.
2. The preparation method of the automobile seat cushion leather with crystal effect according to claim 1, wherein in the step A, the base coating slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85-90 parts of polyurethane resin, 14-15 parts of color paste and 2-2.5 parts of polycarbodiimide crosslinking agent.

The method for preparing the crystal-effect automobile seat cushion leather according to claim 1, wherein in the step B, the colored layer slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 82-86 parts of polyurethane resin, 14-15 parts of color paste, 2-2.5 parts of flatting agent and 2-2.5 parts of polycarbodiimide crosslinking agent.

The method for preparing the automobile seat cushion leather with crystal effect according to claim 1, wherein in the step C, the middle layer slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-65 parts of polycarbonate-polyether transparent polyurethane elastic resin, 30-37 parts of leather cracking resin, 8-12 parts of highlight hard wax, 20-25 parts of color paste, 2-3 parts of a leveling agent and 2-3 parts of a cross-linking agent.
5. The method for preparing automobile seat cushion leather with crystal effect according to claim 4, wherein the high-gloss hard wax is Stahl high-gloss super hard wax: the WAX 186.

The method for preparing the automobile seat cushion leather with the crystal effect according to claim 1, wherein in the step E, the top gloss layer slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-85 parts of polycarbonate-polyether transparent polyurethane elastic resin, 18-20 parts of color paste, 1-2 parts of organic silicon assistant, 2-3 parts of flatting agent, 8-10 parts of hand feeling agent and 1.5-2.5 parts of cross-linking agent.

The preparation method of the automobile seat cushion leather with crystal effect according to claim 1, wherein in the step A, the base coating slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 87.5 parts of polyurethane resin, 14.5 parts of color paste and 2.25 parts of polycarbodiimide crosslinking agent.

The method for preparing the automobile seat cushion leather with crystal effect according to claim 1, wherein in the step C, the middle layer slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of polycarbonate-polyether transparent polyurethane elastic resin, 34 parts of leather cracking resin, 10 parts of highlight hard wax, 23 parts of color paste, 2.5 parts of flatting agent and 2.5 parts of cross-linking agent.

The method for preparing the automobile seat cushion leather with the crystal effect according to claim 1, wherein in the step E, the top gloss layer slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 82.5 parts of polycarbonate-polyether transparent polyurethane elastic resin, 19 parts of color paste, 1.5 parts of organic silicon assistant, 2.5 parts of flatting agent, 9 parts of hand feeling agent and 2 parts of cross-linking agent.
