Abstract
The invention provides an additive for improving the bending test reliability of a surface treatment product, which consists of a brightening agent, a wetting agent and a flattening agent, wherein the addition amount of the brightening agent in surface treatment liquid medicine is 1-5ml/L, the addition amount of the wetting agent in the surface treatment liquid medicine is 0.2-0.8ml/L, and the addition amount of the flattening agent in the surface treatment liquid medicine is 1-5 ml/L. The invention can effectively solve the problem that cracks are easy to appear at the bending part after the product bending test.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of surface treatment, in particular to the field of nickel-plated products, and further particularly relates to an additive for improving the bending test reliability of a surface-treated product.
Background
The surface treatment is a process method for artificially forming a surface layer with mechanical, physical and chemical properties different from those of a substrate on the surface of a substrate material. The purpose of the surface treatment is to meet the requirements of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, decoration or other special functions of the product.
The surface treatment in a broad sense is a process method comprising a plurality of physical and chemical methods such as pretreatment, electroplating, coating, chemical oxidation, thermal spraying and the like. The subdivision according to the product coating material may include copper plating, nickel plating, silver plating, gold plating, etc.

(3) the conductive salt can improve the conductivity of the solution and is a substance which does not have a complexing effect on discharged metal ions;
(4) a buffer to stabilize the pH of the solution, particularly near the cathode surface;
(5) the stabilizer prevents main salt in the plating solution from hydrolyzing or metal ions from oxidizing, and keeps the solution clear and stable;
(6) an anode activator which can eliminate or reduce the substances polarized by the anode in the electroplating process, and can promote the normal dissolution of the anode and improve the current density of the anode;
the respective amounts may be those known in the art, which are not part of the improvement of the present invention, and will not be described in detail herein.

otherwise the same as in the first embodiment, except that: the addition amount of the brightener in the nickel plating solution is 4ml/L, the addition amount of the wetting agent in the nickel plating solution is 0.6ml/L, and the addition amount of the leveler in the nickel plating solution is 4 ml/L.
Example five:
otherwise the same as in the first embodiment, except that: the addition amount of the brightener in the nickel plating solution is 5ml/L, the addition amount of the wetting agent in the nickel plating solution is 0.7ml/L, and the addition amount of the leveler in the nickel plating solution is 5 ml/L.
In summary, in the additive for improving the bending test reliability of the surface-treated product provided by the above embodiments, compared with the prior art, the additive is limited to three types, that is, only the brightener, the wetting agent and the leveling agent are used, and the dosage of the three types of additives is greatly reduced, wherein the conventional additive amount is 10ml/L of the brightener, 1.8ml/L of the wetting agent and 10ml/L of the leveling agent;

Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the appearance of the bent part of the product after the bending test with the additive of the present invention, and it can be seen that the crack phenomenon at the bent part is obviously improved, which verifies the above technical effect.

Claims (7)

The additive for improving the bending test reliability of the surface treatment product is characterized by comprising a brightening agent, a wetting agent and a flattening agent, wherein the addition amount of the brightening agent in the surface treatment liquid medicine is 1-5ml/L, the addition amount of the wetting agent in the surface treatment liquid medicine is 0.2-0.8ml/L, and the addition amount of the flattening agent in the surface treatment liquid medicine is 1-5 ml/L.

The additive for improving the bending test reliability of a surface treatment product according to claim 1, wherein the brightener is added in the surface treatment liquid in an amount of 1-4ml/L, the wetting agent is added in the surface treatment liquid in an amount of 0.3-0.7ml/L, and the leveler is added in the surface treatment liquid in an amount of 1-4 ml/L.

The additive for improving the bending test reliability of a surface treatment product according to claim 1, wherein the brightener is added in the surface treatment liquid medicine in an amount of 1-3ml/L, the wetting agent is added in the surface treatment liquid medicine in an amount of 0.4-0.6ml/L, and the leveler is added in the surface treatment liquid medicine in an amount of 1-3 ml/L.

The additive for improving the bending test reliability of a surface treatment product according to claim 1, wherein the brightener is added in the surface treatment liquid in an amount of 1-2ml/L, the wetting agent is added in the surface treatment liquid in an amount of 0.4-0.5ml/L, and the leveler is added in the surface treatment liquid in an amount of 1-2 ml/L.

The additive for improving the bending test reliability of a surface treatment product according to claim 1, wherein the brightener is added in an amount of 2ml/L in the surface treatment liquid medicine, the wetting agent is added in an amount of 0.4ml/L in the surface treatment liquid medicine, and the leveler is added in an amount of 2ml/L in the surface treatment liquid medicine.
6. The additive for improving the bending test reliability of a surface treatment product according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the surface treatment liquid is a nickel plating liquid, the additive is a nickel plating additive, and the surface treatment product is a nickel plating product.
7. The additive for improving the bending test reliability of a surface treatment product according to claim 6, wherein the nickel-plated layer product is a Type-C interface.
