本发明公开了一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂,其原料质量份数:聚醚多元醇A 10‑40份、聚醚多元醇B 50‑105份、聚酯多元醇15‑25份、阻燃剂55‑115份、氯化石蜡25‑55份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷A 5‑12份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷B 5‑8份、催化剂2‑4份、异氰酸酯280‑310份、二甲醚60‑80份、丙丁烷80‑90份;制备方法包含以下步骤:1.组合料的制备;2.管道输送;3.通过罐装机制成成品。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:在‑5℃至50℃能保持很好的粘结力,在这个温度范围内不影响施工,同时使用量小,能很好的节约施工成本。

一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂
技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂领域,具体是指一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂。
背景技术
由于国家大力推行环保、节能、安全建设,在建筑保温、家装行业内,多采用水泥砂浆或普通发泡胶做为粘合剂,使用水泥砂浆或普通发泡胶在室内砌墙、贴墙板、贴瓷砖;室外贴保温板等。
该粘结手段是目前市场上使用最多的手段。水泥砂浆混泥土使用一般包括以下几点:1.水泥在运输过程中必须需要防水防潮;2.必须严格按照比例混合;3.少量使用需要在施工现场进去各种材料的混匀;4.混匀好的物料必须在2-4小时内使用完毕,凝固后的水泥砂浆禁止使用;5.施工环境必须在5度以上,并对湿度要求较高;该粘结手段,在施工现场进行搅拌混匀,扬尘大,浪费多,场地需要较大,运输成本高,少量购买不易,家装施工困难等。
市场上普通聚氨酯发泡胶使用一般包括:1.后发大,易造成粘结缝隙大,粘结物变形;2.无阻燃性;3.粘结力不够等。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷,提供一种应用于家装各种材料的粘结,具有较强粘结力、无后发的一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂,按原料质量份数包括聚醚多元醇A 10-40份、聚醚多元醇B 50-105份、聚酯多元醇15-25份、阻燃剂55-115份、氯化石蜡25-55份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷A 5-12份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷B 5-8份、催化剂2-4份、异氰酸酯280-310份、二甲醚60-80份、丙丁烷80-90份。
作为改进,各组分按较优质量份数组成为包括聚醚多元醇A 30份、聚醚多元醇B80份、聚酯多元醇20份、阻燃剂100份、氯化石蜡40份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷A 6份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷B 7份、催化剂3份、异氰酸酯290份、二甲醚75份、丙丁烷80份。
作为改进,使用聚醚多元醇A的分子量500、官能度为3,使用聚醚多元醇B的分子量1000、官能度为3,使用聚酯多元醇的分子量640、官能度为2。
作为改进,使用阻燃剂为磷酸三(1-氯-乙丙基)酯。
作为改进,使用氯化石蜡为国标52#石蜡。
作为改进,使用聚醚改性聚硅氧烷A其型号为赢创B-8871。
作为改进,使用聚醚改性聚硅氧烷B其型号为中山东峻H-3626。
作为改进,使用催化剂为2,2-二吗啉基二乙基醚。
作为改进,使用丙丁烷中丙烷与丁烷的比例为:丙烷:丁烷=3.5:6.5。
作为改进,使用异氰酸酯为MDI。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:
1)运输过程中不需要放水防潮;
2)施工过程中无粉尘污染;
3)不需要额外施工场地;
4)施工环境无特殊要求;
5)无资源浪费,没用完后,多日后可继续使用;
6)无后发,粘结物内缝隙膨胀<1mm;
7)达到B3级阻燃性;
8)较强粘结力。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂,按原料质量份数包括聚醚多元醇A 30份、聚醚多元醇B80份、聚酯多元醇20份、阻燃剂100份、氯化石蜡40份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷A 6份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷B 7份、催化剂3份、异氰酸酯290份、二甲醚75份、丙丁烷80份。
聚醚多元醇A的分子量500、官能度为3;聚醚多元醇B的分子量1000、官能度为3;聚酯多元醇的分子量640、官能度为2;阻燃剂为磷酸三(1-氯-乙丙基)酯;氯化石蜡为国标52#石蜡;聚醚改性聚硅氧烷A其型号为赢创B-8871;聚醚改性聚硅氧烷B其型号为中山东峻H-3626;催化剂为2,2-二吗啉基二乙基醚;丙丁烷中丙烷与丁烷的比例为:丙烷:丁烷=3.5:6.5;异氰酸酯为MDI。
上述配方按照如下加工工艺加工:
按配方的质量份数将聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇B、聚酯多元醇、阻燃剂、氯化石蜡、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷A、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷B、催化剂,齿轮泵抽入不锈钢搅拌釜(温度30-60℃,搅拌速度70-90r/min)进行分散搅拌直到混合均匀,即形成行业内俗称“白料组合料”,通过管道输送至全自动气雾剂灌装生产线,按照白料286份,异氰酸酯290份交替灌入750ml气雾罐内,然后立即使用封口机进行封口,封口后使用充气机分别充入二甲醚75份,丙丁烷80份,最后进行震荡,使罐内各成份充分混匀即成成品,一般室温下需要48h后可正常使用,根据环境温度变化会稍有偏差。
使用方式:1.使用前罐体上下摇晃1min使罐内充分混匀;2.将喷枪与罐体螺纹圈对接拧紧;3.调节喷枪流速;4.扣动扳机,将胶打上物体表面(粗细15mm左右),按米字型或每200mm距离网状打上胶条;5.等待5-10min(根据环境温度湿度不同等待时间不同),表面有胶性,将两种物体相粘结,垂直面按压10min左右,水平按平即可无需持续按压。
实施例2
一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂,按原料质量份数包括聚醚多元醇A 10份、聚醚多元醇B100份、聚酯多元醇20份、阻燃剂100份、氯化石蜡28份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷A 8份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷B 5份、催化剂4份、异氰酸酯300份、二甲醚60份、丙丁烷90份。
聚醚多元醇A的分子量500、官能度为3;聚醚多元醇B的分子量1000、官能度为3;聚酯多元醇的分子量640、官能度为2;阻燃剂为磷酸三(1-氯-乙丙基)酯;氯化石蜡为国标52#石蜡;聚醚改性聚硅氧烷A其型号为赢创B-8871;聚醚改性聚硅氧烷B其型号为中山东峻H-3626;催化剂为2,2-二吗啉基二乙基醚;丙丁烷中丙烷与丁烷的比例为:丙烷:丁烷=3.5:6.5;异氰酸酯为MDI。

一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂,按原料质量份数包括聚醚多元醇A 30份、聚醚多元醇B85份、聚酯多元醇15份、阻燃剂55份、氯化石蜡80份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷A 5份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷B 8份、催化剂2.5份、异氰酸酯310份、二甲醚80份、丙丁烷80份。
聚醚多元醇A的分子量500、官能度为3;聚醚多元醇B的分子量1000、官能度为3;聚酯多元醇的分子量640、官能度为2;阻燃剂为磷酸三(1-氯-乙丙基)酯;氯化石蜡为国标52#石蜡;聚醚改性聚硅氧烷A其型号为赢创B-8871;聚醚改性聚硅氧烷B其型号为中山东峻H-3626;催化剂为2,2-二吗啉基二乙基醚;丙丁烷中丙烷与丁烷的比例为:丙烷:丁烷=3.5:6.5;异氰酸酯为MDI。
加工工艺及使用方式同实施例1。
本发明以胶条15mm为例:表面胶性形成时间5-10min;固化时间25-40min;最佳粘结强度时间≥24h;拉伸强度>0.15N/mm2;防火等级为B3级;固化后可耐温度-20℃--150℃(无明火不燃);固化后无毒副作用。

1.一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂,其特征在于,按原料质量份数包括聚醚多元醇A 10-40份、聚醚多元醇B 50-105份、聚酯多元醇15-25份、阻燃剂55-115份、氯化石蜡25-55份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷A 5-12份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷B 5-8份、催化剂2-4份、异氰酸酯280-310份、二甲醚60-80份、丙丁烷80-90份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂,其特征在于,各组分按较优质量份数组成为包括聚醚多元醇A 30份、聚醚多元醇B 80份、聚酯多元醇20份、阻燃剂100份、氯化石蜡40份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷A 6份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷B 7份、催化剂3份、异氰酸酯290份、二甲醚75份、丙丁烷80份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂,其特征在于,使用聚醚多元醇A的分子量500、官能度为3,使用聚醚多元醇B的分子量1000、官能度为3,使用聚酯多元醇的分子量640、官能度为2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂,其特征在于,使用阻燃剂为磷酸三(1-氯-乙丙基)酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂,其特征在于,使用氯化石蜡为国标52#石蜡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂,其特征在于,使用聚醚改性聚硅氧烷A其型号为赢创B-8871。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂,其特征在于,使用聚醚改性聚硅氧烷B其型号为中山东峻H-3626。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂,其特征在于,使用催化剂为2,2-二吗啉基二乙基醚。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯发泡粘合剂,其特征在于,使用丙丁烷中丙烷与丁烷的比例为:丙烷:丁烷=3.5:6.5。
