Abstract
The invention discloses a glass auxiliary device for a vehicle, which comprises: the heat insulation material comprises a light reflection film, a heat insulation material and a sucker, wherein the light reflection film comprises a first surface and a second surface, and the first surface is a reflected light receiving area; the second surface is attached to a heat insulating material; one side of the heat insulation material, which is far away from the second surface, is attached to the heat insulation material; and a sucker is arranged on one side of the heat insulation material, which is far away from the heat insulation material, and is used for being adhered with the vehicle glass. Due to the arrangement of the heat insulation material, when sunlight directly irradiates the vehicle glass, the vehicle glass auxiliary device provided by the scheme can avoid the temperature rise in the vehicle; owing to be provided with insulation material, under the lower condition of outdoor temperature, through the automobile glass auxiliary device that this scheme of use provided, can avoid because the big automobile-used glass of the inside and outside difference in temperature phenomenon such as icing, hazing appear, simplified the cleaning process to automobile-used glass.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicles, and particularly relates to a vehicle glass auxiliary device.
Background
With the development of society, the living standard of people is continuously improved, and more people choose to drive a car for going on a journey. The automobile is provided with a windshield which is generally made into an integral large-curved shape and has certain radian at the upper part, the lower part, the left part and the right part. Windshields can be divided into laminated glass and tempered glass. The laminated glass is formed by sticking a transparent adhesive plastic film between two or three layers of glass, and combines the toughness of the plastic and the rigidity of the glass, thereby increasing the crushing resistance of the glass. The toughened glass is formed by quenching common glass to form certain internal stress in internal tissues, so that the strength of the glass is enhanced, and when the glass is impacted and broken, the glass is split into small fragments with blunt edges, so that passengers are not easily injured.
However, when sunlight directly irradiates the vehicle glass, the temperature in the vehicle is too high; when the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the vehicle is large, the vehicle glass can be subjected to the conditions of fogging, icing and the like, at this time, the glass is often required to be cleaned, windowed and the like manually, and the existing vehicle glass cleaning method has the problem of complexity.
Disclosure of Invention

In one embodiment, the thermal insulation material is polyurethane foam, polystyrene board, phenolic foam or cotton.

Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the present invention, the contents of the present invention will be further explained below with reference to the drawings and examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a glass auxiliary device for a vehicle, which mainly comprises: a reflective film 10, a heat insulating material 20, a heat insulating material 30 and a suction cup 40. The reflective film 10 comprises a first surface 12 and a second surface 14, wherein the first surface 12 is a reflective light receiving area; the second surface 14 is attached to the insulating material 20; the side of the heat insulating material 20 far away from the second surface 14 is attached with a heat insulating material 30; and a suction cup 40 is arranged on one side of the heat insulation material 30, which is far away from the heat insulation material 20, and the suction cup 40 is used for being adhered with the vehicle glass.
The reflective film 10 may be a safety protection product made of a reflective material, which is a directly applicable reflective material made of a film, and is manufactured by using a glass bead technology, a microprism technology, a synthetic resin technology, a film technology, a coating technology, and a microreplication technology. The reflective film 10 can generate strong reflective effect under the irradiation of a certain light source. The retroreflective sheeting 10 includes a first surface 12 and a second surface 14, the first surface 12 of the sheeting 10 being a light-receiving area. The second surface 14 of the retroreflective sheeting 10 is attached to the insulating material 20.
The insulating material 20 may have two sides, one side attached to the second surface 14 of the retroreflective sheeting 10 and the other side attached to the insulating material 30. The insulating material 20, also known as thermal insulation, may retard heat flow. The heat insulating material 20 is of various types, and the heat insulating material 20 may be classified into an organic heat insulating material, an inorganic heat insulating material, a metal heat insulating material, and the like according to the material.
The insulation material 30 may have two sides, one side being attached to the side of the insulation material 20 away from the second surface 14, and the side away from the insulation material 20 being provided with a suction cup 40. The thermal insulation material 30 generally refers to a material with a thermal coefficient less than or equal to 0.12, and the thermal insulation material 30 can be divided into the following components: organic heat insulating materials, inorganic heat insulating materials and metal heat insulating materials; according to the shape of the material, the method can be divided into: loose thermal insulation materials, plate thermal insulation materials, integral thermal insulation materials and the like.
The suction cups 40 may be disposed on a side of the thermal insulation material 30 away from the thermal insulation material 20, and the suction cups 40 may be disposed in a plurality and uniformly disposed on a side of the thermal insulation material 30 away from the thermal insulation material 20. The sucking disc 40 can adopt the nitrile rubber to make, has great tear force, and the sucking disc 40 can be used for with the glass adhesion for the car to make the glass auxiliary device for the car that this embodiment provided and glass adhesion for the car.
In this embodiment, a vehicle glass auxiliary device is provided, which includes a reflective film, a heat insulating material, and a suction cup, where the reflective film includes a first surface and a second surface, and the first surface is a reflected light receiving area; the second surface is attached to a heat insulating material; one side of the heat insulation material, which is far away from the second surface, is attached to the heat insulation material; and a sucker is arranged on one side of the heat insulation material, which is far away from the heat insulation material, and is used for being adhered with the vehicle glass. In one embodiment, the reflective film, the insulating material, and the thermal insulating material are all sized to conform to the size of the vehicle glazing. In the present embodiment, the vehicle glass auxiliary device is used for assisting a vehicle glass, and therefore, the size, shape, and the like of the light reflecting film, the heat insulating material, and the heat insulating material are all in accordance with the size and shape of the vehicle glass. For example, when the vehicle glass is of a large curved shape with a certain radian at the upper, lower, left and right sides, the reflective film, the thermal insulation material and the thermal insulation material may be of a large curved shape with a certain radian at the upper, lower, left and right sides.
In this embodiment, since the sizes of the reflective film, the heat insulating material, and the heat insulating material are all the same as those of the vehicle glass, the vehicle glass can be more completely assisted.
As shown in FIG. 2, in one embodiment, the number of suction cups 40 is 4 and is uniformly disposed on the side of the insulation 30 away from the insulation 20. The side of the heat insulating material 30 away from the heat insulating material 20 is the side close to the vehicle glass, and the suction cup 40 is arranged on the side close to the vehicle glass, so that the vehicle glass auxiliary device provided by the embodiment can be adhered to the vehicle glass. The 4 suction cups 40 may be uniformly arranged in the four corners of the thermal insulation material 30. In another embodiment, the number of suction cups 40 may also be 2, 3, etc.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a vehicle glass auxiliary device is provided that may further include a locator 50. The locator 50 may be located on the side of the insulating material 30 remote from the insulating material 20. The locator 50 may be a gps (global positioning system) locator, which may be used for positioning.
In one embodiment, the retroreflective sheeting is made of a reflective layer and a PVC material. The reflecting layer is made of different materials according to different types of reflecting films, and has micro glass beads, micro prisms, a metal reflecting coating or the like, which is not limited herein. PVC (Polyvinylchloride) material is an initiator of vinyl chloride monomer in peroxide, azo compound and the like; or a polymer polymerized by a free radical polymerization mechanism under the action of light and heat.
In one embodiment, the insulating material is fiberglass, asbestos, silicate, aerogel blanket, or vacuum panel. In another embodiment, the heat insulation material may also be heat insulation paper, polyurethane foam board, centrifugal peeling fiber cotton/rock wool, micro-nano heat insulation board, etc., which is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, the insulating material is polyurethane foam, polystyrene board, phenolic foam, or cotton. In another embodiment, the thermal insulation material may be aerogel felt, glass wool, rock wool, expanded perlite, micro-nano insulation, foamed cement, and the like, which is not limited herein.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (7)
1. The glass auxiliary device for the vehicle is characterized by comprising a reflective film, a heat insulation material and a sucker; the reflective film comprises a first surface and a second surface, and the first surface is a reflective light receiving area; the second surface is attached to the heat insulation material; one side of the heat insulation material, which is far away from the second surface, is attached to the heat insulation material; the sucking disc is arranged on one side, away from the heat insulation material, of the heat insulation material and used for being adhered to the vehicle glass.
2. The vehicle glass auxiliary device according to claim 1, wherein the size of the light reflecting film, the heat insulating material, and the heat insulating material is the same as the size of the vehicle glass.
3. The vehicle glass auxiliary device according to claim 1, wherein the number of the suction cups is 4, and the suction cups are uniformly provided on a side of the heat insulating material away from the heat insulating material.
4. The vehicular glass auxiliary device according to claim 1, further comprising a positioner; the locator is arranged on one side of the heat insulation material, which is far away from the heat insulation material.
5. The vehicular glass auxiliary device according to claim 1, wherein the light reflecting film is made of a reflective layer and a PVC material.
6. The vehicular glass auxiliary apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the heat insulating material is glass fiber, asbestos, silicate, aerogel mat, or vacuum plate.
7. The vehicular glass auxiliary device according to claim 1, wherein the heat insulating material is polyurethane foam, polystyrene board, phenolic foam or cotton.
