本发明涉及纸板加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种水平五层瓦楞覆面生产线。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板是一个多层的黏合体,它最少由一层波浪形芯纸夹层(俗称“坑张”、“瓦楞纸”、“瓦楞芯纸”、“瓦楞纸芯”、“瓦楞原纸”)及一层纸板(又称“箱板纸”、“箱纸板”)构成。它有很高的机械强度,能抵受搬运过程中的碰撞和摔跌。瓦楞纸箱的实际表现取决于三项因素:芯纸和纸板的特性及纸箱本身的结构。专利申请号201010524175.4公开了一种聚丙烯膜复合瓦楞纸箱的彩印方法,高质量的纸板制作是先通过卡匣单面机生产单张二层瓦楞纸板或通过五层线生产单张四层瓦楞纸板,然后再通过贴面机把彩印面纸裱在二、四层瓦楞纸板上,从而生成三、五层彩印瓦楞纸板,但是无法对纸板进行烘干定型;另外,传统的生产方式由于需要中间运输、重新上纸,然后才能生产,所以效率低下,需要人工较多,周转环节的增加也造成不必要的浪费。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的纸板加工效率低、资源损耗高以及生产工艺落后等技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案具体如下:
一种水平五层瓦楞覆面生产线,包括机架,所述机架上沿着瓦楞纸板的加工方向依次设置有供纸组件、飞达送纸机、涂胶机、双面机、横切机和堆码机。所述供纸组件设置有两个且分别安装在所述飞达送纸机的一侧;所述供纸组件包括无轴纸架和卡匣单面机,所述无轴纸架设置有两个且分别安装在所述卡匣单面机的两侧;所述涂胶机设置有两个且分别安装在所述飞达送纸机和双面机之间。
本发明可以连续生产(多种规格)三层或者(多种规格)五层彩印纸板,并且对其进行分切和码堆,方便了工作人员的使用,提高了生产效率。
优选的是:所述无轴纸架包括第一支架,所述第一支架上设置有小车、支臂、墙板、刹车缸、摆臂、举升缸、主动轴、牵引缸、卡头和刹车器,所述支臂与所述主动轴相连且设置在所述小车上方,所述刹车缸与所述支臂相连,所述摆臂与所述举升缸相连,所述主动轴与所述牵引缸相连,所述卡头设置在所述支臂的一端,与所述刹车器配合连接,所述主动轴与所述墙板相连。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明中把原过桥输送的纸板工艺进行反方向调整,把原单张瓦楞纸板涂胶,改成不裁切连贯进入设备涂胶,把两个涂胶机分置在烘干定型机下侧,使得一、二层单面瓦楞纸板连续生产,经涂胶机把通过送纸输送的单张彩印面纸贴(预印纸卷轴)在上面粘合成三、五层彩印纸板,再通过横切机切成所需的单张纸板。本联动线把多种机器有效的结合起来,结构紧凑,缩小了设备用地,提高生产效率,降低能耗,减少了操作工序。

涂胶机2包括第五支架,所述第五支架上设置有胶盒21、调量辊22、过纸辊23、涂胶辊24、预热辊25、主马达26和第三墙板27,胶盒21在调量辊22、涂胶辊24下方;胶盒21与第三墙板27相连;调量辊22、过纸辊23、涂胶辊24、预热辊25与第三墙板27相连。
横切机4包括第六支架,所述第六支架上设置有主动电机41、送纸电机42、刀轴43、刀轴齿轮44、联轴器45、油泵电机46、主动齿轮47、介轮48、送纸轴49、太阳轮411、传动链轮412、气缸413、测速轮414、底座415和第四墙板416。主动电机41与联轴器45相连;刀轴43与刀轴齿轮44相连;主动齿轮47、介轮48与刀轴齿轮44相连;送纸轴49与太阳轮411相连;测速轮414与送纸轴49相连,送纸电机42与底座415通过电机座相连;联轴器45与送纸电机42相连;油泵电机46与第四墙板416相连;传动链轮412安装在轴上与第四墙板416相连;气缸413与第四墙板416相连。
堆码机5包括第七支架,第七支架上设置有档板器马达51、转动轴52、档板器53、主马达54和升降架55。主马达54带动转动轴52旋转;档板器马达51带动档板器53左右横移,档板器马达51通过链条带动档板器53前、后移动;转动轴52与机架56相连;主马达54通过链条带动转动轴52转动;升降架55与机架56相连,通过气缸57实现上、下动作。
实施例2:
在实施例1的基础上根据客户要求设置两台楞型不同的卡匣单面机。
三层彩印瓦楞纸板的生产
A型三层彩印瓦楞纸板的生产
a.前一台卡匣单面机通过左右两个无轴纸架的原纸经机器操作形成一种楞型的粘合在一起的单面瓦楞纸,楞面朝上。
b.单面瓦楞纸板从飞达送纸机底部进入前(后)一台涂胶机。
c.涂胶后进入双面机(烘干定型机),同时飞达送纸机将单张彩印面纸送入,把面纸和瓦楞纸板粘合,从而形成连续的一种规格的三层彩印瓦楞纸板。
B型三层彩印瓦楞纸板的生产
a.后一台卡匣单面机通过左右两个无轴纸架的原纸经机器操作形成一种楞型的粘合在一起的单面瓦楞纸,楞面朝上。
b.单面瓦楞纸板从飞达送纸机底部进入(前)后一台涂胶机。
c.涂胶后进入双面机(烘干定型机),同时飞达送纸机将单张彩印面纸送入,把面纸和瓦楞纸板粘合,从而形成连续的一种规格的三层彩印瓦楞纸板。
连续的三层彩印瓦楞纸板经过横切机切成单张纸板。
最后进入堆码机,完成成品三层彩印瓦楞纸板的输出。
在实施例1的基础上五层彩印瓦楞纸板的生产
a.前一台卡匣单面机通过左右两个无轴纸架的原纸经机器操作形成一种楞型的粘合在一起的单面瓦楞纸,楞面朝上;后一台卡匣单面机通过左右两个无轴纸架的原纸经机器操作形成一种楞型的粘合在一起的单面瓦楞纸,楞面朝上。
b.前一台生产的单面瓦楞纸板从飞达送纸机底部进入前一台涂胶机。后一台后生产的单面瓦楞纸板从飞达送纸机底部穿过前一台涂胶机进入后一台涂胶机。
c.前一台生产的单面瓦楞纸涂胶后进入双面机(烘干定型机),同时飞达送纸机将单张彩印面纸送入,把面纸和瓦楞纸板粘合;然后和进入双面机(烘干定型机)的后一台生产的单面瓦楞纸经涂胶后粘合,从而形成连续的五层彩印瓦楞纸板。
连续的五层彩印瓦楞纸板经过横切机切成单张纸板。
最后进入堆码机,完成成品五层彩印瓦楞纸板的输出。
工作流程
卡匣单面机两边各配置一台无轴纸架,以供给主机瓦纸和面纸,无轴纸架可安装两筒纸,以实现不停机换纸,提高生产效率。
送纸把预码垛好的彩印面纸分成单张,在双面机上连贯的贴在经过涂胶机已涂好胶的单面瓦楞纸板上。
横切机把从双面机出来的三、(五)层纸板分成所需长度。
堆码机把横切好的纸板整齐堆叠后输出。
由于供纸组件中的卡匣单面机采用卡匣式(楞型模组快换),瓦楞辊可制造襄括纸板所需的所有楞型(A、B、C、E、F等),可根据客户要求生产多组不同楞型的快换瓦楞组,这样就可以在一条生产线上生产多种规格的三层(A、B、C、E、F等或者多种规格的五层(AE、BE、CE、BF、AF等)彩印纸板。

1.一种水平五层瓦楞覆面生产线,包括机架,其特征在于:所述机架上沿着瓦楞纸板的加工方向依次设置有供纸组件、飞达送纸机(1)、涂胶机(2)、双面机(3)、横切机(4)和堆码机(5),所述供纸组件设置有两个且分别安装在飞达送纸机(1)的一侧;所述供纸组件包括无轴纸架(6)和卡匣单面机(7),无轴纸架(6)设置有两个且分别安装在卡匣单面机(7)的两侧;所述涂胶机(2)设置有两个且分别安装在飞达送纸机(1)和双面机(3)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水平五层瓦楞覆面生产线,其特征在于:无轴纸架(6)包括第一支架,所述第一支架上设置有小车(61)、支臂(62)、刹车缸(64)、摆臂(65)、举升缸(66)、主动轴(67)、牵引缸(68)、卡头(69)和刹车器(611),所述支臂(62)与主动轴(67)相连且设置在小车(61)上方;刹车缸(64)与支臂(62)相连;摆臂(65)与举升缸(66)相连;主动轴(67)与牵引缸(68)相连;卡头(69)设置在支臂(62)的一端,与刹车器(611)配合连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水平五层瓦楞覆面生产线,其特征在于:所述第一支架上还设置有第一墙板(63),主动轴(67)与第一墙板(63)相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水平五层瓦楞覆面生产线,其特征在于:所述卡匣单面机(7)包括第二支架,所述第二支架上设置有底座(71)、下过纸辊(72)、蒸汽箱(73)、中过纸辊(74)、锁紧气缸(75)、副瓦辊(76)、风管(77)、主瓦辊(78)、吸风箱(79)、压力辊(711)、预热辊(712)、涂胶辊(713)、定胶辊(715)、隔胶电机(716)、主电机(718)、涂胶电机(719)、风机(720)和调量电机(722),吸风箱(79)与主瓦辊(78)相连;吸风箱(79)安装在主瓦辊(78)辊体两侧,风管(77)与吸风箱(79)相连;主电机(718)通过同步带与整机的传动系统联接;风机(720)与风管(77)相连。
5.根据权利要求4所述的水平五层瓦楞覆面生产线,其特征在于:所述第二支架上还设置有主胶槽(717)和副胶槽(714),主胶槽(717)和副胶槽(714)分别在涂胶辊(713)以及定胶辊(715)的下方。
6.根据权利要求4所述的水平五层瓦楞覆面生产线,其特征在于:所述第二支架上还设置有第二墙板(721),底座(71)、下过纸辊(72)、蒸汽箱(73)、中过纸辊(74)、压力辊(711)、预热辊(712)、锁紧气缸(75)分别与第二墙板(721)相连。
7.根据权利要求4所述的水平五层瓦楞覆面生产线,其特征在于:所述第二支架上还设置有涂胶墙板(724),隔胶电机(716)、涂胶电机(719)、调量电机(722)分别安装在涂胶墙板(724)上。
8.根据权利要求4所述的水平五层瓦楞覆面生产线,其特征在于:所述第二支架上还设置有液压小车(723),液压小车(723)与第二墙板(721)配合连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的水平五层瓦楞覆面生产线,其特征在于:飞达送纸机(1)包括第三支架,所述第三支架上设置有依次连接的预码纸部(11)、给纸机部(12)、前规凸轮部(13)和后输纸部(14),预码纸部(11)包括纸垛(15)和预码纸小车(16),纸垛(15)放置在预码纸小车(16)上,给纸机部(11)包括安装在第三支架上的飞达头(17)和提升机(18),飞达头(17)安装在提升机(18)上方,后输纸部(14)包括安装在第三支架上的侧拉轨(19)、分纸点轮(110)、前挡轨(111)、伺服电机(112)和传送带(113),传送带(113)与伺服电机(112)连接,分纸点轮(110)安装在侧拉轨(19)和前挡轨(111)之间。
