In one embodiment, in order to make the new film more conformable, the base 1 includes a fixed pedestal 11 and a movable pedestal 12; the fixed base frame 11 is in driving connection with the sliding driving mechanism 2; the movable pedestal 12 is arranged on the fixed pedestal 11 through a plurality of telescopic structures; the film coating roller 31 shaft and the recovery roller 32 shaft are arranged on the movable pedestal 12; the telescopic mechanism 13 is used for jacking and pressing the movable pedestal 12 so as to enable a new film or a recovery roller 32 on the film covering roller 31 to be attached to the plane where the elevator calling panel is located. The laminating roller 31 is always tightly attached to the elevator calling panel in the process of covering the new film, so that the new film can be tightly covered on the elevator calling panel, and the new film is prevented from falling off due to unstable attachment. In addition, in the process of recycling the old film, the surface of the recycling roller 32 is always tightly attached to an elevator calling panel, so that the recycling roller 32 can effectively wind the old film on the periphery of the recycling roller 32, and the effectiveness of film removing and covering operations is improved.
In an embodiment, the telescopic mechanism 13 may be a telescopic cylinder or an oil cylinder.
In another embodiment, in order to reduce the energy loss generated by using a telescopic cylinder or an oil cylinder as the telescopic mechanism 13 and simplify the structure of the telescopic mechanism 13, the telescopic mechanism 13 with other structures can be used, that is, the telescopic mechanism 13 comprises two limit shafts and a spring; the two limiting shafts are arranged oppositely and at intervals and are respectively arranged on the fixed pedestal 11 and the movable pedestal 12; the spring is sleeved on the peripheries of the two limiting shafts, and two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the two limiting shafts or the fixed pedestal 11 and the movable pedestal 12; the distance between the fixed base frame 11 and the movable base frame 12 is changed according to the remaining amount of the new film on the laminating roller 31 or the recovery amount of the old film on the recovery roller 32. When the allowance of the new film on the laminating roller 31 is reduced along with the use of the new film and the diameter of the laminating roller 31 is reduced, the spring on one side of the fixed pedestal 11 close to the laminating roller 31 is shortened and tensioned, and the movable pedestal 12 drives the laminating roller 31 to be attached to a calling panel under the limiting action of the limiting shaft. When the old film wound on the recovery roller 32 increases and the diameter of the recovery roller 32 increases, the spring on one side of the fixed pedestal 11 close to the recovery roller 32 is lengthened along with the increase of the diameter of the recovery roller 32, the movable pedestal 12 moves away from the fixed pedestal 11 under the limiting action of the limiting shaft, and the surface of the recovery roller 32 is always attached to an elevator calling panel.
In one embodiment, the movable base frame 12 is a U-shaped frame with adjacent sides perpendicular to each other, and two opposite sides thereof are parallel to the laminating roller 31 and the recovery roller 32, and the telescopic mechanisms 13 are respectively disposed on the two opposite sides. The other side is fixedly provided with a film covering roller and a recovery roller 32 shaft.
In one embodiment, the coasting drive mechanism 2 includes a coasting drive source 21 and two roller sets 22 drivingly connected to the coasting drive source 21; the two roller groups 22 are parallel and are axially connected to the same side of the fixed pedestal 11 at intervals; the slide rail 5 is clamped between the two roller groups 22. Namely, the fixed base 1 is provided with a groove matched with the slide rail 5, the roller groups 22 are respectively arranged at two sides of the groove, and the rollers in the roller groups 22 are all coupled to the fixed base 1. The slide rail 5 is clamped between the groove of the fixed base 1 and the two roller sets 22, and the sliding driving source 21 drives the roller sets 22 to roll along the slide rail 5 and drives the fixed base frame 11 to move along the slide rail 5, which is beneficial to improving the stability of the sliding driving mechanism 2 driving the fixed base frame 11 to move along the slide rail 5.
In an embodiment, the section structure of the slide rail 5 is a T-shape, and the T-shape structure of the slide rail 5 is beneficial to increasing the connection stability of the slide rail 5.
In one embodiment, each roller set 22 includes a driving pulley 221 and a driven pulley 222; the driving wheel 221 is in driving connection with the sliding driving source 21, and the driven wheel 222 is in transmission connection with the driving wheel 221 through a linkage belt 223. The sliding driving source 21 drives the driving wheel 221 to rotate and roll along the sliding rail 5, and the driving wheel 221 drives the driven wheel 222 thereof to rotate through the linkage belt 223 and roll along the sliding rail 5 synchronously with the driving wheel 221, so that the rollers synchronously drive the base 1 to move along the sliding rail 5.
In one embodiment, the sliding driving source 21 is a stepping motor, and the two driving wheels 221 are respectively connected to the stepping motor.
In one embodiment, in order to maintain the cleanliness of the new film on the laminating roller 31, a protective sleeve is arranged outside one side of the laminating roller 31, which faces away from the plane where the elevator calling panel is located, so that the pollution of the new film which is not covered on the laminating roller 31 can be prevented, and the sanitation and safety of the elevator calling panel can be further improved.
In one embodiment, in order to remotely monitor the device, the automatic film covering device for the elevator calling panel further comprises a monitor, a controller and an alarm; the monitor is used for acquiring a monitoring image of an area where the film removing and covering unit 3 is located and sending the monitoring image to a controller or an elevator monitoring center; and the controller or the elevator monitoring center determines whether the film removing and covering unit 3 has damage risk according to the monitoring image, and determines whether to control the alarm to give an alarm according to the determination result. Therefore, the film removing unit 3 is prevented from being damaged by external force, the service life of the film removing unit 3 is prolonged, and the situation that a new film is stolen is avoided.
Various technical features in the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined as long as there is no conflict or contradiction in the combination between the features, but is limited to the space and is not described one by one.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic film covering device for an elevator calling panel is characterized by comprising a slide rail, a base, a sliding driving mechanism and a film removing and covering unit; the sliding rail is used for being fixed on one side of an elevator calling panel; the base is arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding manner and is in driving connection with the sliding driving mechanism so as to be driven by the sliding driving mechanism to reciprocate between two opposite side edges of the elevator calling panel; the film removing unit comprises a film coating roller and a recovery roller which are axially arranged on the base and are parallel to each other at intervals; a new film is wound on the surface of the film laminating roller; the recycling roller is used for recycling the old film paved on the surface of the elevator calling panel, and the recycling direction of the old film is opposite to the output direction of the new film.
2. The automatic film covering device for elevator call panels according to claim 1, further comprising a timer and a controller; the controller is electrically connected with the timer and the sliding driving mechanism respectively; and when the controller determines that the film replacement time is up according to the timing signal sent by the timer, the controller controls the sliding driving mechanism to drive the base to sequentially run along the recovery direction of the old film and the output direction of the new film so as to realize the recovery of the old film and the coverage of the new film.

The automatic film covering device for the elevator calling panel according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising an infrared sensor; the infrared sensor is used for detecting whether a human body exists in a space area where the elevator calling panel is located and sending a human body detection signal to the controller; and when the controller determines that the film replacement time is up according to the timing signal sent by the timer and determines that no human body exists in the space region according to the human body detection signal, the controller controls the sliding driving mechanism to drive the base to sequentially run along the recovery direction of the old film and the output direction of the new film.

The automatic film covering device for the elevator calling panel according to claim 1, wherein the film removing unit further comprises a cutting blade and a cutting driving mechanism which are arranged on the base; the cutting edge is parallel to the laminating roller and is positioned outside the new film output end of the laminating roller; the cutting driving mechanism is in driving connection with the cutting edge so as to drive the cutting edge to move towards or away from the plane where the calling panel is located.

The automatic film covering device for elevator calling panels according to claim 1, wherein the base comprises a fixed pedestal and a movable pedestal; the fixed base frame is in driving connection with the sliding driving mechanism; the movable base frame is arranged on the fixed base frame through a plurality of telescopic structures; the film covering roll shaft and the recovery roll shaft are arranged on the movable base frame; the telescopic mechanism is used for jacking the movable base frame so as to enable a new film on the film laminating roller or the recovery roller to be attached to the plane where the elevator calling panel is located.

The automatic film covering device for the elevator calling panel as claimed in claim 5, wherein the telescoping mechanism comprises two limiting shafts and a spring; the two limiting shafts are arranged oppositely and at intervals and are respectively arranged on the fixed base frame and the movable base frame; the spring is sleeved on the peripheries of the two limiting shafts, and two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the two limiting shafts or the fixed base frame and the movable base frame; the distance between the fixed base frame and the movable base frame is changed along with the change of the residual amount of the new film on the film coating roller or the recovery amount of the old film on the recovery roller.

The automatic film covering device for the elevator calling panel according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the sliding driving mechanism comprises a sliding driving source and two roller groups in driving connection with the sliding driving source; the two roller groups are parallel and are axially connected to the same side of the fixed pedestal at intervals; the slide rail is clamped between the two roller groups.

The automatic film covering device for the elevator calling panel according to claim 7, wherein each roller group comprises a driving wheel and a driven wheel; the driving wheel is in driving connection with the sliding driving source, and the driven wheel is in driving connection with the driving wheel through a linkage belt; and/or the section structure of the slide rail is T-shaped.
9. The automatic film covering device for the elevator calling panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein a protective sleeve is arranged outside one side of the film covering roller, which faces away from a plane where the elevator calling panel is located.

The automatic film covering device for the elevator calling panel according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising a monitor, a controller and an alarm; the monitor is used for acquiring a monitoring image of an area where the film removing unit is located and sending the monitoring image to the controller or the elevator monitoring center; and the controller or the elevator monitoring center determines whether the film removing and covering unit has damage risk according to the monitoring image and determines whether to control the alarm to give an alarm according to the determination result.
