When people take the elevator, the people need to touch the keys of the elevator, the keys can become carriers for spreading viruses, individual users can prepare paper towels or disinfectant wet tissues, and some elevators are provided with paper drawers, so that the direct contact between fingers and the keys is avoided, but the used paper towels or wet tissues are not provided with reasonable recovery devices, the environment of the elevator can be influenced, and the keys can be pressed by the user with personal articles such as keys instead of the fingers. Most users still directly touch the keys with fingers, and the problem of virus propagation through indirect contact is not solved fundamentally. There is also a method of coating a film on an elevator key, for example, a telescopic elevator key antibacterial coating device disclosed in chinese patent document CN112722968A, which coats a film on an elevator key and periodically replaces the film to reduce the probability of virus propagation, thereby achieving the purpose of virus prevention and control. However, the film may not be replaced when it is necessary to replace it due to human factors, and particularly, a strong infectious Virus such as a Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) may cause a high risk of spreading an infectious Disease during a period of time when it is too abused. In addition, at present, people most commonly use common preservative films to carry out film covering operation, and the films can fall off during the service life, so that the edges of the films have to be adhered by adhesive tapes, and the film covering and film uncovering are inconvenient.

As shown in fig. 11, the upper slider 3 is provided with an upper placement groove 31, and the upper end of the rotating rod 61 can be placed in the upper placement groove 31 and can rotate freely in the upper placement groove 31.
In this embodiment, the identifiable code carrier is an RFID chip 65 and the identifiable code identification device is an RFID reader. The RFID chip 65 is provided on the hard bar 63. Of course, in other embodiments, the recognizable code may be in other forms such as a bar code, a two-dimensional code, and the like, and correspondingly, the recognizable code recognition device is a code scanning device.
The advancing direction of the rotating lever 61 when the film roll 6 is unwound is defined as a downstream direction (leftward direction in fig. 9), and a direction opposite to the advancing direction is defined as an upstream direction (rightward direction in fig. 9). The positioning ring 612a and the first ratchet portion 612b are of an integrally formed plastic structure, the number of the first ratchet portions 612b is multiple, and the multiple first ratchet portions 612b are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the positioning ring 612 a. The first ratchet portion 612b made of plastic has a certain deformation capability and a certain elastic recovery capability.
The lower slider 4 is provided with a barrel 9, a barrel rotation shaft 91 is arranged in the barrel 9, the barrel rotation shaft 91 is connected to a synchronization shaft 92 through a second ratchet mechanism, the synchronization shaft 92 is provided with a synchronization insertion hole 921, one end of the core bar 611 is provided with a synchronization insertion rod 611b matched with the synchronization insertion hole 921, so that the core bar 611 can rotate synchronously with the synchronization shaft 92, in this embodiment, the synchronization insertion rod 611b is a square rod, and correspondingly, the synchronization insertion hole 921 is a square hole. Defining the rotation direction of the sleeve 612 as a forward direction when the roll 6 is unwound and a reverse direction opposite to the forward direction; when the core bar 611 rotates reversely, the spring rotating shaft 91 can be driven to rotate reversely by the second ratchet mechanism, so as to store energy for the spring 90; when the core bar 611 rotates in the forward direction, the sleeve 612 can be driven to rotate in the forward direction by the first ratchet mechanism.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 15 to 18, the second ratchet mechanism includes a second ratchet portion 931, a second ratchet portion 932, a mounting seat 933, and a spring piece 934, the second ratchet portion 931 is fixed to the synchronizing shaft 92, and the mounting seat 933 is fixed to the spring rotating shaft 91. The second ratchet portion 932 is mounted on the mounting seat 933 by a mounting shaft 932a, and the spring piece 934 is mounted on the mounting seat 933 by a screw 934a and presses the second ratchet portion 932.
A base 94 is arranged in the barrel 9, and the base 94 is fixed on the lower sliding block 4; a first base plate 95 and a second base plate 96 are respectively fixed on two sides of the base 94, the synchronizing shaft 92 is mounted on the first base plate 95 through a first bearing 951, and the clockwork rotating shaft 91 is mounted on the second base plate 96 through a second bearing 961; a support ear 941 is further disposed on the base 94, and the synchronizing shaft 92 passes through a shaft hole on the support ear 941.
In use, the connecting rod 8 is pushed in a downstream direction, the toothed ring part 610 leaves the gap 5a and then is meshed with the rack 5, the toothed ring part 610 starts to rotate and drives the sleeve 612 to rotate in a forward direction through the first ratchet mechanism, and the film roll 6 is unwound as shown in fig. 19. When the film 62 needs to be replaced, the connecting rod 8 is pushed in the upstream direction, the core rod 611 rotates in the reverse direction, the spring 90 is driven to store energy through the second ratchet mechanism, but the sleeve 612 does not rotate at the moment and only moves in the upstream direction along with the whole core rod 611, because the fixed end of the film 62 is fixed on the sleeve 612, the film 62 covered on the touch screen 7 can be gradually uncovered along with the movement of the sleeve 612, when the core rod 611 moves to the position of the gap 5a, because the ring gear part 610 loses the restriction effect of the rack 5, the core rod 611 rotates in the forward direction rapidly under the action of the spring 90, and the sleeve 612 is driven to rotate in the forward direction through the first ratchet mechanism, so that the film is wound on the sleeve 612, and then the integrated structure of the wound film roll and the rotating rod 61 is taken down from the upper slider 3 and the lower slider 4, and a new film roll 6 is replaced.
By adopting the technical scheme, the control method and the system of the epidemic prevention elevator and the epidemic prevention elevator can lock the elevator through the elevator controller, unlock the elevator only when the film 62 covering the keys is replaced by a new one, judge whether the film 62 is replaced or not by setting the identifiable code on the film 62, and indicate that the film 62 is replaced when the identifiable code is identified as a new code; in addition, when the elevator is in an unlocked state, the elevator is locked after the condition of locking the elevator is triggered, and the film 62 is waited to be replaced next time. By the method, the situation that the film 62 is not replaced when needing to be replaced due to human factors can be effectively avoided, and therefore epidemic prevention of the elevator is facilitated.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
